Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,包括绷带,绷带通过经编机编织加工制成,绷带采用编链或变化编链再加上衬纬组织、变化经平组织和经缎组织形成有网眼的织物,织物表面涂有树脂,织物的原料为玻璃纤维;玻璃纤维对X‑射线的透射性比聚酯纤维好,方便医疗后期的检查,相比那些合成有机纤维织物、纱布、无纺布、及其它非玻璃纤维复合的织物,玻璃纤维基布的强度一般更大,采用经编的方法制备,增大了织物的回弹性,且人体贴合性和尺寸稳定性,优于机织或非织造织物,并且涂覆的紫外光固化树脂层还在一定程度上增加了绷带的强度,绷带在使用时无需用水,减少了感染几率,不会引起皮肤不适,固化时间也可以通过照射光线时间的不同进行调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,属于医用纺织品领域。
背景技术
绷带是医疗中常见的器械之一,用于伤口处或者手术后的保护和固定。传统的石膏绷带固化时间长、透气性差,也不利于伤口恢复,对于医生而言,不方便操作及术后复查,现几乎已被医用高分子绷带取代。目前市场上的医用高分子绷带主要是以聚酯纤维和玻璃纤维为原料,通过树脂涂层或热处理的方法制作成可固化绷带。此类绷带轻薄、舒适、防水并且固化时间短,为医生和患者都带来了更好的使用感。
其中,基布材料对绷带整体的性能有很大的影响。玻璃纤维强度高,对X-射线透明,但是玻璃纤维纱刚性大,无弹性,通过编织可形成具有一定延伸性的玻璃纤维基布。虽然玻璃纤维基布的编织方法已经开发了很多,但在实际使用中往往达不到期望的效果,比如尺寸不稳定,弹性低,易折皱等等。本发明选用经编方式加工玻璃纤维纱,工艺过程简单,生产效率高,玻璃纤维经编织物的性能更适合作为高分子绷带。表面涂覆树脂的不同也会影响绷带的性能,不仅固化时间不同,绷带整体的舒适度也会改变。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,采用经编织造玻璃纤维基布,提升了玻璃纤维织物作为绷带基布所需的性能,织物轻薄柔软,延伸性和回弹性良好,尺寸稳定,网眼大小合适,既能满足透气要求,也适合涂覆树脂等材料。在这种织物表面涂覆一种树脂,使其遇到光或者空气中的某些物质后,短时间内快速固化。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,包括绷带,所述绷带通过经编机编织加工制成,所述绷带采用编链或变化编链再加上衬纬组织、变化经平组织和经缎组织形成有网眼的织物,所述织物表面涂有树脂,所述织物的原料为玻璃纤维。
进一步改进在于,所述玻璃纤维纱为无捻粗纱。
进一步改进在于,所述玻璃纤维无捻粗纱由玻璃纤维短纤集束而成。
进一步改进在于,所述绷带包括经编结构,所述经编结构由多把梳栉编织而成,前梳作编链运动,后梳作衬纬运动。
进一步改进在于,所述经编结构包括编链组织,所述编链组织为开口编链,作为地组织。
进一步改进在于,所述衬纬组织为二至六针距针背垫纱,使前梳形成的编链连成整片。
进一步改进在于,所述编链和衬纬组织反向垫纱,形成的织物交织点多。
进一步改进在于,所述织物在自然状态下,网眼孔径大小不超过两毫米。
进一步改进在于,所述树脂为自然光固化树脂或紫外光固化树脂,绷带使用时无需泡水固化。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:
玻璃纤维对X-射线的透射性比聚酯纤维好,方便医疗后期的检查。相比那些合成有机纤维织物、纱布、无纺布、及其它非玻璃纤维复合的织物,玻璃纤维基布的强度一般更大。采用经编的方法制备,增大了织物的回弹性,且人体贴合性和尺寸稳定性,优于机织或非织造织物。网眼大小适中,有利于承载涂层物质。并且涂覆的紫外光固化树脂层还在一定程度上增加了绷带的强度,绷带在使用时无需用水,减少了感染几率,不会引起皮肤不适,固化时间也可以通过照射光线时间的不同进行调整。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步地详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
参见图1-3,一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,包括绷带,所述绷带通过经编机编织加工制成,所述绷带采用编链2或变化编链再加上衬纬组织、变化经平组织和经缎组织形成有网眼3的织物4,所述织物4表面涂有树脂5,所述织物4的原料为玻璃纤维,制成自然光固化绷带。
所述玻璃纤维纱为无捻粗纱,在经编机上通过衬纬1和编链2编织而成,编链2和衬纬穿经都是满穿。
所述玻璃纤维无捻粗纱由玻璃纤维短纤集束而成。
所述绷带包括经编结构,所述经编结构由多把梳栉编织而成,前梳作编链运动,后梳作衬纬运动。
所述经编结构包括编链组织,所述编链组织为开口编链,作为地组织。
所述衬纬组织为二至六针距针背垫纱,使前梳形成的编链连成整片。
所述编链2和衬纬组织反向垫纱,形成的织物交织点多。
所述织物4在自然状态下,网眼3孔径大小不超过两毫米。
所述树脂5为自然光固化树脂或紫外光固化树脂,绷带使用时无需泡水固化,从包装袋中拿出,遇到自然光的照射,在两分钟内即可固化。

1.一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,包括绷带,所述绷带通过经编机编织加工制成,所述绷带采用编链或变化编链再加上衬纬组织、变化经平组织和经缎组织形成有网眼的织物,所述织物表面涂有树脂,所述织物的原料为玻璃纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维纱为无捻粗纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维无捻粗纱由玻璃纤维短纤集束而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,所述绷带包括经编结构,所述经编结构由多把梳栉编织而成,前梳作编链运动,后梳作衬纬运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,所述经编结构包括编链组织,所述编链组织为开口编链,作为地组织。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,其特征在于,所述衬纬组织为二至六针距针背垫纱,使前梳形成的编链连成整片。
