本发明公开了一种包扎用弹力布，包括纱布层、间隔织物层和高弹力无纺布层，所述纱布层缝接在所述间隔织物层上，所述高弹力无纺布层粘结在所述间隔织物层上，所述间隔织物层为经编织物，该间隔织物层包括吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层，所述吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层均为经编双梳组织，其中，间隔层的上端与导湿层编织连接，下端与吸湿层编织连接，所述纱布层与所述间隔织物层之间设有亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层，所述高弹力无纺布层粘结在所述间隔织物层上。该弹力布不仅具有较好的透气导湿性、抗菌性、止血效果以及较好的保温绝热性，又具有较好的弹力和强度，可以稳定包扎处的压力，同时可以防止粘连伤口，利于病情恢复。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域，具体涉及一种包扎用弹力布。
背景技术
随着现代纺织技术的发展，纺织品几乎伸入到人类生活的各个领域，医用纺织品作为纺织品的一个分支，是纺织技术和医学科学结合而成的新领域，是纺织品中创新性最强、科技含量最高的品种之一。医用领域对于纺织品的要求较高。当前医用纺织品已成为一种集纺织、医学、生物、高分子等多学科相互交叉并与高科技相融合的高附加值产品。
鉴于医用纺织品的特殊性，对医用纺织品的性能要求非常高。其最基本的要求是本身无毒无害，不会致癌，无不良刺激，不会引起过敏，也不会与人体组织或分泌液作用而产生有毒或有害物质，能经受常规的卫生消毒处理，在一定的热湿条件下能保持稳定的性能。
包扎布用于对伤口进行包扎，以进行止血。而对于手术过程中的麻醉病人，其身体循环速度降低，如果失去大量热量，由此会发生“低温症”。因此，手术用包扎布必须要减少病人在冷空气中的热量损失。另外，包扎布还需要有较好的透气导湿性、舒适性、抗菌性，并且要有较好的弹力，能够稳定包扎处的压力。另外，现有的包扎布通常在包扎伤口时，容易粘连伤口，导致拆纱布换药时对伤口造成二次伤害。根据以上所述，需要开发出一款具有较好综合性能的并且可以防止粘连伤口的包扎用弹力布。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种包扎用弹力布，该弹力布不仅具有较好的透气导湿性、抗菌性、止血效果以及较好的保温绝热性，又具有较好的弹力和强度，可以稳定包扎处的压力，同时可以防止粘连伤口，利于病情恢复。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种包扎用弹力布，包括纱布层、间隔织物层和高弹力无纺布层，所述纱布层缝接在所述间隔织物层上，所述高弹力无纺布层粘结在所述间隔织物层上，所述间隔织物层为经编织物，该间隔织物层包括吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层，所述吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层均为经编双梳组织，其中，间隔层的上端与导湿层编织连接，下端与吸湿层编织连接，所述纱布层与所述间隔织物层之间设有亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层，所述高弹力无纺布层粘结在所述间隔织物层上。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述纱布层采用棉包氨纶包芯纱为经纱，棉纱为纬纱，以平纹组织结构编织而成。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，间隔织物层中的吸湿层采用棉纤维、银纤维和氨纶丝的混纺纱编织而成。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，间隔织物层中的间隔层采用锦纶丝编织而成。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，间隔织物层中的导湿层采用中空纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱编织而成，
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述高弹力无纺布层是以锦纶、棉纤维、氨纶混合而成的原料经过热粘合法制得。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述纱布层经过止血药液处理。
上述止血药液包括如下重量份数的组分：10-20份金银花、10-15份侧柏叶、5-12份三七、3-8份黄连、3-10份槐花和2-5份甘油。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明中的纱布层与皮肤接触，保证舒适性和透气性；间隔织物层是由吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层组成的经编织物，吸湿层采用棉纤维、银纤维和氨纶丝编织而成，具有较好的吸湿性、弹性和抗菌性，可以较好的吸收皮肤伤口处的液体；间隔层连接在吸湿层和导湿层之间，形成支撑在吸湿层和导湿层之间的具有间距的结构，使得整个间隔织物层形成三维结构，具有较好的导湿作用，同时间隔层中滞留的静止空气，具有较好的绝热性能，从而实现对皮肤的保温，减少手术过程中的热量损失，防止“低温症”的发生；此外，该间隔织物层的结构又具有释压的作用，以平衡包扎处的包扎压力；导湿层采用中空纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱编织而成，从而利用中空纤维的中空结构和棉纤维的孔结构的配合实现较好的导湿效果，使得湿气可以及时蒸发掉。
本发明中的高弹力无纺布层是采用锦纶、棉纤维、氨纶混合而成的原料经过热粘合法制得，具备无纺布轻柔、舒适性好的优点，同时又具有较好的弹性，可以稳定包扎处的压力，利于病情恢复；
本发明在纱布层和间隔织物层之间设置亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层，通过亲水性聚氨酯泡沫可以对纱布进行支撑，以对纱布施加张力，以张紧纱布，防止纱布粘连伤口；而且，亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层具有亲水作用，从而有一定的吸湿导湿效果，聚氨酯材料又具有很好的生物相容性，可以改善伤口愈合的环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例
如图1所示的本发明实施例的一种包扎用弹力布，包括纱布层1、间隔织物层3和高弹力无纺布层4，所述纱布层1缝接在所述间隔织物层3上，所述高弹力无纺布层4通过医用粘结剂粘结在所述间隔织物层3上，所述间隔织物层3为经编织物，该间隔织物层3包括吸湿层31、间隔层32和导湿层33，所述吸湿层31、间隔层32和导湿层33均为经编双梳组织，其中，间隔层32的上端与导湿层33编织连接，下端与吸湿层31编织连接，所述纱布层1与所述间隔织物层3之间设有亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层2，所述高弹力无纺布层4粘结在所述间隔织物层3上。
其中，纱布层1与皮肤接触；为了保证舒适性、透气性和吸湿性，该纱布层1采用棉包氨纶包芯纱为经纱，棉纱为纬纱，以平纹组织结构编织而成。
为了实现较好的吸湿性、弹性和抗菌性，以较好的吸收皮肤伤口处的液体，间隔织物层3中的吸湿层31采用棉纤维、银纤维和氨纶丝的混纺纱编织而成；其中，棉纤维、银纤维和氨纶丝的混纺比例为80:5:15。
间隔织物层3中的间隔层32采用锦纶丝编织而成。间隔层32连接在吸湿层31和导湿层33之间，形成支撑在吸湿层31和导湿层33之间的具有间距的结构，使得整个间隔织物层形成三维结构，具有较好的导湿作用，同时间隔层32中滞留的静止空气，具有较好的绝热性能，从而实现对皮肤的保温，减少手术过程中的热量损失，防止“低温症”的发生；此外，该间隔织物层3的三维结构又具有释压的作用，以平衡包扎处的包扎压力；
为了实现较好的导湿效果，使得身体的湿气可以及时蒸发掉，间隔织物层3中的导湿层33采用中空纤维和棉纤维50/50的混纺纱编织而成。
上述间隔织物层采用拉舍尔经编机编织，具体采用6把梳栉进行编织。其中，中间的两把梳栉编织间隔层，两边的四把梳栉编织吸湿层和导湿层。即采用6个系统的纱线进行编织。
高弹力无纺布层4是以锦纶、棉纤维、氨纶混合而成的原料经过热粘合法制得，使得该层具备无纺布轻柔、舒适性好的优点，同时又具有较好的弹性，可以稳定包扎处的压力，利于病情恢复。其中，在该实施例中，锦纶、棉纤维、氨纶的混合比例为65:25:10。
此外，为了实现伤口处的止血效果，纱布层1可浸轧于止血药液中进行处理。在本实施例中，该止血药液包括如下重量份数的组分：20份金银花、12份侧柏叶、6份三七、5份黄连、10份槐花和2份甘油。

1.一种包扎用弹力布，其特征在于，包括纱布层、间隔织物层和高弹力无纺布层，所述纱布层缝接在所述间隔织物层上，所述高弹力无纺布层粘结在所述间隔织物层上，所述间隔织物层为经编织物，该间隔织物层包括吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层，所述吸湿层、间隔层和导湿层均为经编双梳组织，其中，间隔层的上端与导湿层编织连接，下端与吸湿层编织连接，所述纱布层与所述间隔织物层之间设有亲水性聚氨酯泡沫层；所述纱布层采用棉包氨纶包芯纱为经纱，棉纱为纬纱，以平纹组织结构编织而成；间隔织物层中的吸湿层采用棉纤维、银纤维和氨纶丝的混纺纱编织而成；间隔织物层中的间隔层采用锦纶丝编织而成；间隔织物层中的导湿层采用中空纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱编织而成；所述高弹力无纺布层是以锦纶、棉纤维、氨纶混合而成的原料经过热粘合法制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包扎用弹力布，其特征在于，所述纱布层经过止血药液处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包扎用弹力布，其特征在于，所述止血药液包括如下重量份数的组分：10-20份金银花、10-15份侧柏叶、5-12份三七、3-8份黄连、3-10份槐花和2-5份甘油。
