本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,所述玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,使用玻璃纤维无捻粗纱作为原料,玻璃纤维无捻粗纱在经编机上通过衬纬组织和编链组织编织形成有网眼的织物,编链和衬纬穿经都是满穿,织物表面涂覆自然光固化聚氨酯,制成自然光固化绷带。本发明采用经编织造玻璃纤维基布,提升了玻璃纤维织物作为绷带基布所需的性能,织物轻薄柔软,延伸性和回弹性良好,尺寸稳定,网眼大小合适,能够满足透气要求。

一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带
技术领域
本发明属于医用纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带。
背景技术
绷带是医疗中常见的器械之一,用于伤口处或者手术后的保护和固定。传统的石膏绷带固化时间长、透气性差,也不利于伤口恢复,对于医生而言,不方便操作及术后复查,现几乎已被医用高分子绷带取代。目前市场上的医用高分子绷带主要是以聚酯纤维和玻璃纤维为原料,通过树脂涂层或热处理的方法制作成可固化绷带。此类绷带轻薄、舒适、防水并且固化时间短,为医生和患者都带来了更好的使用感。
其中,基布材料对绷带整体的性能有很大的影响。玻璃纤维强度高,对X-射线透明,但是玻璃纤维纱刚性大,无弹性,通过编织可形成具有一定延伸性的玻璃纤维基布。虽然玻璃纤维基布的编织方法已经开发了很多,但在实际使用中往往达不到期望的效果,比如尺寸不稳定,弹性低,易折皱等等。本发明选用经编方式加工玻璃纤维纱,工艺过程简单,生产效率高,玻璃纤维经编织物的性能更适合作为高分子绷带。表面涂覆树脂的不同也会影响绷带的性能,不仅固化时间不同,绷带整体的舒适度也会改变。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,采用经编织造玻璃纤维基布,提升了玻璃纤维织物作为绷带基布所需的性能,织物轻薄柔软,延伸性和回弹性良好,尺寸稳定,网眼大小合适,能够满足透气要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一种技术方案是:所述玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,使用玻璃纤维无捻粗纱作为原料,玻璃纤维无捻粗纱在经编机上通过衬纬组织和编链组织编织形成有网眼的织物,编链和衬纬穿经都是满穿,织物表面涂覆自然光固化聚氨酯,制成自然光固化绷带。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维无捻粗纱由玻璃纤维短纤集束而成。
进一步地,所述织物由多把梳栉编织而成,前梳作编链运动,后梳作衬纬运动。
进一步地,所述编链组织为开口编链,作为地组织。
进一步地,所述衬纬组织为二至六针距针背垫纱,使前梳形成的编链连成整片。
进一步地,所述衬纬组织和编链组织反向垫纱。
进一步地,在织物相邻纵行之间形成网眼组织。

本发明的优点具体如下:
本发明采用玻璃纤维对X-射线的透射性比聚酯纤维好,方便医疗后期的检查。相比那些合成有机纤维织物、纱布、无纺布、及其它非玻璃纤维复合的织物,玻璃纤维基布的强度一般更大。采用经编的方法制备,增大了织物的回弹性,且人体贴合性和尺寸稳定性,优于机织或非织造织物。网眼大小适中,有利于承载涂层物质。并且涂覆的紫外光固化树脂层还在一定程度上增加了绷带的强度,绷带在使用时无需用水,减少了感染几率,不会引起皮肤不适,固化时间也可以通过照射光线时间的不同进行调整。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施例,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
参见图1-3,本发明所述玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,使用玻璃纤维无捻粗纱作为原料,玻璃纤维无捻粗纱由玻璃纤维短纤集束而成;玻璃纤维无捻粗纱在经编机上通过衬纬组织1和编链组织2编织形成有网眼的织物,编链和衬纬穿经都是满穿,织物表面涂覆自然光固化聚氨酯,制成自然光固化绷带。具体地,所述织物由多把梳栉编织而成,前梳作编链运动,后梳作衬纬运动;其中,所述编链组织为开口编链,作为地组织;所述衬纬组织为二至六针距针背垫纱(如图1所示,本实施例中衬纬组织为四针匮针背垫纱),使前梳形成的编链连成整片;所述衬纬组织和编链组织反向垫纱,使织物的交织点多;在织物相邻纵行之间形成网眼组织3,在自然状态下,网眼组织3孔径大小不超过两毫米,一般为一毫米;最后在所述绷带表面涂覆聚氨酯涂层,绷带在使用时,从包装袋中拿出,遇到自然光的照射,在两分钟内即可固化。
本发明所述玻璃纤维经编医用绷带,使用玻璃纤维纱作为原料,通过经编机编织加工,采用编链或变化编链加衬纬组织、变化经平组织、经缎组织形成有网眼的织物,提升了玻璃纤维织物作为绷带基布所需的性能,织物轻薄柔软,延伸性和回弹性良好,尺寸稳定,网眼大小合适,既能满足透气要求,也适合涂覆树脂等材料。涂覆树脂后的绷带,遇到水、光或者空气中的某些物质后,能在短时间内快速固化,能够减少患者的不适和医生的困扰。
