技术领域
本发明属于手术服技术领域,具体涉及一种手术服面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
手术防护服和手术用盖布最初使用结构较紧密的棉机织物,一段时间后改用经拒液化学物质整理得到紧密的机织物,但阻隔血液、体液和细菌的功能并不如人意。到了20世纪70年代,在医用防护领域中,非织造医用材料迅猛发展。然而,考虑到由一次性纺织品使用后丢弃引起的环境污染,在欧洲,ESTA(European Textile Service Association)等组织呼吁人们尽量使用耐久型织物。
外科手术防护服的基本要求是拒液性。在手术过程中,医护人员要面对着可能含有病毒或细菌的病人血液、体液和分泌物,随时存在着被感染的危险。防护材料应能阻止微生物、微小颗粒和液体的进入,从而起到保护医务人员的作用。
目前有些手术服进行了防渗漏和拒水处理,但是这种处理会影响手术服的排汗功能,造成医护人员的汗液无法排除,同时导致患者的体液沿着手术服向下滴落,而在手术室内工作的医护人员通常穿着拖鞋,因此这些体液会滴落至医护人员的脚面,也会导致生物性职业暴露。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手术服面料,克服了现有技术的不足,既可以帮助医护人员进行排汗,也可以抵制患者体液的渗入,同时还避免患者体液直接滴落,对医护人员进行保护。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种手术服面料,包括自外向内依次包括防飞溅层、抑菌层、隔菌膜、吸水层和单向导湿层,且防飞溅层、抑菌层、隔菌膜、吸水层和单向导湿层通过胶合工艺依次粘结在一起;
其中,所述单向导湿层采用静电喷淋的方法将拒水整理液对由阳离子涤纶纱和涤纶长丝编织制成的面料坯布进行喷淋处理,使制成的面料具备单向导湿功能。
进一步,所述拒水整理液按照质量百分比包括氟系拒水剂2%-8%、盐3%-15%,余量为水。
进一步,所述防飞溅层采用异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝和锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝编织成的面料。
进一步,所述抑菌层采用异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝、薄荷纤维、银纤维和粘胶纤维混纺制成。
进一步,所述的异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝为含有吸湿基团的异截面聚酯长丝,通过在聚酯合成过程中添加一缩二乙二醇和聚乙二醇醚单体,通过异截面纺丝板,纺制出异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝。
进一步,所述隔菌膜采用孔径大小范围为50nm~80nm的PTFE微孔膜。
本发明还保护了一种基于上述的手术服面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取一具有搅拌功能的反应器,按照配比向反应器中加入水、氟系拒水剂和盐,搅拌均匀后即得;
(2)将阳离子涤纶纱和涤纶长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成面料坯布,将面料坯布放置到静电喷淋装置上,将步骤(1)制得拒水整理液喷淋到面料坯布的表面,烘干后得到单向导湿层;
(3)将防飞溅层、抑菌层、隔菌膜、吸水层和单向导湿层通过胶合技术依次粘结在一起,低温干燥20-40min后取出,得到所述手术服面料
进一步,所述步骤(2)中静电喷淋的具体参数为:喷淋的液滴尺度在50-200μm的范围内,面料坯布的进料速度为30-40m/min。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置单向导湿层和吸水层,将医护人员排出的体液快速导向吸水层,并被吸水层吸收锁水,保持与皮肤接触的单向导湿层为干爽状态,提升医护人员的舒适度。
2、本发明通过防飞溅层对患者的体液进行吸收,避免患者体液滴落威胁医护人员的安全,同时采用抑菌层对患者体液进行抑菌处理,采用隔菌膜将抑菌层和吸水层分离,保障医护人员的安全。

性能检测
按照上述方法制备手术防护服面料,并对其相关指标进行检测,并在进行80次医用洗涤后对防护服面料进行检测,具体检测结果如下表:

根据上表可以得出,本发明提供的手术服面料在防液溅、阻微、透湿方面具有优异的性能,为医护人员提供舒适、安全的手术防护服。

其中,所述单向导湿层采用静电喷淋的方法将拒水整理液对由阳离子涤纶纱和涤纶长丝编织制成的面料坯布进行喷淋处理,使制成的面料具备单向导湿功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术服面料,其特征在于:所述拒水整理液按照质量百分比包括氟系拒水剂2%-8%、盐3%-15%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术服面料,其特征在于:所述防飞溅层采用异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝和锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝编织成的面料。

5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种手术服面料,其特征在于:所述的异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝为含有吸湿基团的异截面聚酯长丝,通过在聚酯合成过程中添加一缩二乙二醇和聚乙二醇醚单体,通过异截面纺丝板,纺制出异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术服面料,其特征在于:所述隔菌膜采用孔径大小范围为50nm~80nm的PTFE微孔膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术服面料,其特征在于:所述吸水层采用PET短纤针刺无纺布。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的手术服面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取一具有搅拌功能的反应器,按照配比向反应器中加入水、氟系拒水剂和盐,搅拌均匀后即得;
(2)将阳离子涤纶纱和涤纶长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成面料坯布,将面料坯布放置到静电喷淋装置上,将步骤(1)制得拒水整理液喷淋到面料坯布的表面,烘干后得到单向导湿层;
(3)将防飞溅层、抑菌层、隔菌膜、吸水层和单向导湿层通过胶合技术依次粘结在一起,低温干燥20-40min后取出,得到所述手术服面料。
9.一种权利要求8所述的手术服面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中静电喷淋的具体参数为:喷淋的液滴尺度在50-200μm的范围内,面料坯布的进料速度为30-40m/min。
