技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种耐老化的童装面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对纺织服装及面料的需求已不仅在质量和档次上,而是逐步向个性化、差异化的方向发展,面料也由最初的遮风、挡雨、保温而发展到今天的舒适、美观以及时尚等概念。
尤其是儿童面料备受家长和社会的关注,由于儿童天性好动,儿童衣物经常出现破洞现象,普通面料制成的儿童衣物使用周期短,放置或使用一段时间易出现老化现象,使用成本高,吸水性较差,穿戴时间长时易滋生细菌,威胁儿童身体健康。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上不足,提供一种耐老化的童装面料及其制作方法,来解决磨损快和老化快的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种耐老化的童装面料,包括中心面料体,所述中心面料体顶端设置有防水层,所述防水层包括防水面料层、若干引流孔、疏水孔和防水膜,所述引流孔等间距设置于所述防水面料层内部顶端,所述引流孔底端且位于所述防水面料层内部连接所述疏水孔,所述防水面料层底端设置有所述防水膜,所述防水层顶端设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层顶端设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层顶端设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层顶端设置有耐磨图案涂层,所述中心面料体底端设置有吸水层,所述吸水层底端设置有杀菌层,所述杀菌层底端设置有亲肤层,所述耐磨层、所述抗菌层、所述防辐射层、所述防水层、所述中心面料体、所述吸水层、所述杀菌层和所述亲肤层通过纺线连接,对于各层的面料连接可将纺线替换为贯穿线条以及连接布一和连接布二,所述连接布一和所述连接布二均设置有粘胶纤维,通过所述贯穿条贯穿所述布料层,所述连接布一位于所述耐磨层内,所述连接布二位于亲肤层内,然后进行压实固定。
优选的,所述亲肤层为棉布,按照质量百分比计,其含有40%-70%棉花和30%-60%的蚕丝。
优选的,所述耐磨层由腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维按照1.5∶1混纺而成,所述中心面料体由天然纤维与化学纤维按照1∶1的比例,混合纺织而成。
优选的,所述抗菌层和所述杀菌层均由电镀银纤维纺织而成。
优选的,所述耐磨图案涂层采用复合耐磨涂料,复合耐磨涂料由70%-80%聚四氟乙烯和20%-30%的石墨构成,所述耐磨图案涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
优选的,所述防辐射层有弹性纤维纺织而成,在纺织过程中向其内部穿插设置若干防辐射金属丝。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法。
该耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
中心面料体的制备,将购置的天然纤维和化学纤维按照1∶1的比例放在纺织机上纺织成中心面料体;
将购置的棉花和蚕丝放在纺织机上混合纺织成棉布,然后将电镀银纤维放在纺织机上纺织成布;
然后将腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维放在纺织机上混纺成耐磨层;同时将购置的聚四氟乙烯和石墨均匀搅拌混合;
将购置的弹性纤维放在纺织机上纺织,然后再纺织过程中向弹性纤维内部穿插若干防辐射金属丝;
将纺织好的面料均置于软化液内进行软化,软化完成后取出烘干备用;
然后通过纺线依次将其固定,完成后在耐磨层顶端均匀涂上聚四氟乙烯和石墨的混合物,涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,晾干即可。
进一步的,所述软化液的主要成分为氨基硅油。
进一步的,所述纺线由蚕丝编织而成。
进一步的,所述耐磨图案涂层中原料最佳混合比例为聚四氟乙烯∶石墨等于3∶1。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)、通过将耐磨层设置在面料最外部增加整体布料的耐磨性和抗老化性,防止衣物被磨破或自然老化,同时耐磨图案涂层的设置在衣物易被磨损处,例如膝盖、肘关节等处,进一步保护衣物不被磨损,延长衣物的使用寿命以及减少买衣服的花销。
(2)、亲肤层采用棉花和蚕丝纺织而成,且位于面料最里层,直接与皮肤接触,能保证穿戴的舒适感,防止对皮肤造成磨损,杀菌层设置在亲肤层顶部能防止衣物内细菌的滋生,同时吸水层设置在杀菌层顶部,吸收的汗液,必须经过杀菌层,不仅能快速吸收汗液而且进过杀菌层时还能对汗液进行杀菌,防止细菌的滋生,保证儿童身体的舒适度,以及防止出汗后的温差较大造成儿童感冒。
(3)、耐磨图案涂层设置在耐磨层顶端不仅能增加衣物的耐磨程度,同时能够耐脏以及在能在其上面绘制各种卡通图案,吸引更多儿童喜欢。
(4)、采用贯穿线条固定使布料没有明显的连接痕迹,美观大方,同时通过贯穿线条连接每一层布料都能相对滑动,不仅增加其透气性,同时能够增加面的柔软度,使得穿上更舒适。

综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置耐磨层9设置在面料最外部增加整体布料的耐磨性和抗老化性,防止衣物被磨破或自然老化,同时耐磨图案涂层10的设置在衣物易被磨损处,例如膝盖、肘关节等处,进一步保护衣物不被磨损,延长衣物的使用寿命以及减少买衣服的花销,亲肤层13采用棉花和蚕丝纺织而成,且位于面料最里层,直接与皮肤接触,保证穿戴的舒适感,防止对皮肤造成磨损,杀菌层12设置在亲肤层13顶部能能防止衣物内细菌的滋生,同时吸水层11设置在杀菌层12顶部,吸收的汗液,必须经过杀菌层,不仅能快速吸收汗液而且进过杀菌层12时还能对汗液进行杀菌,防止细菌的滋生,保证儿童身体的舒适度,以及防止出汗后的温差较大造成儿童感冒,耐磨图案涂层10的设置在耐磨层顶端不仅能增加衣物的耐磨程度,同时能够耐脏以及在能在其上面绘制各种卡通图案,吸引更多儿童喜欢,采用贯穿线条15固定使布料没有明显的连接痕迹,美观大方,同时通过贯穿线条15连接每一层布料都能相对滑动,不仅增加其透气性,同时能够增加面的柔软度,使得穿上更舒适。
另外为了更清楚的理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体实例对本发明的上述方案进行详细说明。
实施例一
所述亲肤层13由40%-70%棉花和30%-60%的蚕丝混纺而成,可在混纺中加入5%涤纶纤维,质量百分比为40%-70%棉花、25%-55%蚕丝和5%涤纶纤维,相较于只有棉花和蚕丝混纺而成,此混纺而成的棉布更为结实,使用寿命更长。
实施例二
所述面料各层的连接不仅限于通过纺线和贯穿线条连接,也可通过粘胶纤维进行连接,亦可通过在纺织过程增加其连接孔以及连接布条进行连接,连接方式多种多样,增加其使用的功能性和使用范围。
实施例三
如图4所示,对于面料整体来说可以将其剪成若干布条,然后通过相互交错缝制在一起,同时可以根据自己需要的样式以及空隙进行调整,以达到最佳使用效果,同时此方法能减少面料的使用以及增加面料使用的新颖性。
实施例四
所述耐磨图案涂层10原料为复合耐磨涂料,对于复合耐磨涂料可在原先的成分之中加入1%的桂花香料,将复合成分改为聚四氟乙烯含量为70%-80%,石墨含量为19%-29%,桂花香料含量为1%,添加桂花香料后是耐磨图案涂层10能产生桂花香味,给人提供舒适的嗅觉环境,更能吸引顾客。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法。
如图5所示,在实际生产过程中,该耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,中心面料体的制备1,将购置的天然纤维和化学纤维按照1∶1的比例放在纺织机上纺织成中心面料体1;
步骤S103,将购置的棉花和蚕丝放在纺织机上混合纺织成棉布,然后将电镀银纤维放在纺织机上纺织成布;
步骤S105,然后将腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维放在纺织机上混纺成耐磨层;同时将购置的聚四氟乙烯和石墨均匀搅拌混合;
步骤S107,将购置的弹性纤维放在纺织机上纺织,然后再纺织过程中向弹性纤维内部穿插若干防辐射金属丝;
步骤S109,将纺织好的面料均置于软化液内进行软化,软化完成后取出烘干备用;
步骤S1011,然后通过纺线依次将其固定,完成后在耐磨层顶端均匀涂上聚四氟乙烯和石墨的混合物,涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,晾干即可。
在一个实施例中,所述软化液的主要成分为氨基硅油,所述纺线14由蚕丝编织而成,所述耐磨图案涂层10中原料最佳混合比例为聚四氟乙烯;石墨等于3∶1。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化的童装面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(9)由腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维按照1.5∶1混纺而成,所述中心面料体由天然纤维与化学纤维按照1∶1的比例,混合纺织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化的童装面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(8)和所述杀菌层(12)均由电镀银纤维纺织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化的童装面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨图案涂层(10)采用复合耐磨涂料,复合耐磨涂料由70%-80%聚四氟乙烯和20%-30%的石墨构成,所述耐磨图案涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化的童装面料,其特征在于,所述防辐射层(7)有弹性纤维纺织而成,在纺织过程中向其内部穿插设置若干防辐射金属丝。
7.一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求6所述的一种耐老化的童装面料的制备,包括以下步骤:
中心面料体(1)的制备,将购置的天然纤维和化学纤维按照1∶1的比例放在纺织机上纺织成中心面料体(1);
将购置的棉花和蚕丝放在纺织机上混合纺织成棉布,然后将电镀银纤维放在纺织机上纺织成布;
然后将腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维放在纺织机上混纺成耐磨层;同时将购置的聚四氟乙烯和石墨均匀搅拌混合;
将购置的弹性纤维放在纺织机上纺织,然后再纺织过程中向弹性纤维内部穿插若干防辐射金属丝;
将纺织好的面料均置于软化液内进行软化,软化完成后取出烘干备用;
然后通过纺线依次将其固定,完成后在耐磨层顶端均匀涂上聚四氟乙烯和石墨的混合物,涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,晾干即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述软化液的主要成分为氨基硅油。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述纺线(14)由蚕丝编织而成。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐老化的童装面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述耐磨图案涂层(10)中原料最佳混合比例为聚四氟乙烯∶石墨等于3∶1。
