Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布及其加工工艺,其中,白织坯布包括基层,所述基层底端设置有弹性层,所述基层顶端设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层顶端设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层顶端设置有耐磨层,本发明结构简单,手感舒适,具有良好的抗菌性、防辐射性、耐磨性、吸湿透气性、弹性。

一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织制品技术领域,具体为一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布及其加工工艺。
背景技术
坯布是指供印染加工用的本色棉布。工业上的坯布一般是指布料,或者是层压的坯布,上胶的坯布等。按照生产原料,可以分为以下几种:纯纺织物:构成织物的原料都采用同一种纤维,有棉织物毛织物丝织物涤纶织物等;混纺织物:构成织物的原料采用两种或两种以上不同种类的纤维,经混纺而成纱线所制成,有涤粘涤腈涤棉等混纺织物;混并织物:构成织物的原料采用由两种纤维的单纱,经并合而成股线所制成,有低弹涤纶长丝和中长混并,也有涤纶短纤和低弹涤纶长丝混并而成股线等;交织织物:构成织物的两个方向系统的原料分别采用不同纤维纱线,有蚕丝人造丝交织的古香缎,尼龙和人造棉交织的尼富纺等。按构成织物原料是否染色分类,可以分为白坯织物和色织物。随着社会的发展,人体健康问题愈加受到重视,具备抗菌防紫外线能力的布料更加受到市场青睐,但是目前的布料在抗菌性、防紫外线性上依然有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布及其加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,包括基层,所述基层底端设置有弹性层,所述基层顶端设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层顶端设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层顶端设置有耐磨层。
优选的,所述基层为棉纤维层,所述耐磨层为尼龙纤维层。
优选的,所述防辐射层为防辐射纬线与防辐射经线编织而成,所述防辐射纬线由聚丙烯纤维与竹纤维混纺而成,所述防辐射经线由金属纤维与碳纤维混纺而成。
优选的,所述弹性层为弹性丝线编织而成,所述弹性丝线包括锦纶纤维,所述锦纶纤维外周包裹有改性聚氨酯纤维,所述抗菌层为活性炭纤维与蚕丝蛋白纤维编织而成。
一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过喷气式织机编织棉纤维得到基层,通过喷气式织机编织尼龙纤维得到耐磨层;
S2、将聚丙烯纤维与竹纤维混纺得到防辐射纬线,将金属纤维与碳纤维混纺得到防辐射经线,将防辐射纬线与防辐射经线编织成为半成品防辐射层,在半成品防辐射层外表面涂覆防辐射剂,随后置于30-40℃下烘干,得到防辐射层;
S3、将活性炭纤维与蚕丝蛋白纤维混纺编织得到半成品抗菌层,将半成品抗菌层烧毛、精练漂白、脱水后,浸泡在抗菌剂中20-40min,取出置于40-50℃环境下烘干,得到抗菌层;
S4、在锦纶纤维的外周涂覆改性聚氨酯纺丝液,经高温干燥、卷绕成型后得到弹性丝线,使用弹性丝线编织得到弹性层;
S5、将弹性层、基层、抗菌层、防辐射层、耐磨层按照从下往上的顺序依次叠加,通过热定型熔融复合成为整体。
优选的,步骤S2中所述防辐射剂包括20-40重量份的硝酸银溶液、5-7重量份的纳米银溶液、10-15重量份的酒石酸溶液、10-20重量份的七叶皂苷溶液。
优选的,步骤S3中所述抗菌剂包括20-40重量份的硝酸铜溶液、20-40重量份的硝酸锌溶液、50-70重量份的氨水。
优选的,步骤S4中所述改性聚氨酯纺丝液包括30-50重量份的聚氨基甲酸酯、1-10重量份的纳米二氧化钛、20-30重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.5-1重量份的二甲基甲酰胺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:基层为棉纤维层,棉纤维的可纺性良好,具有较好的吸湿性及一定的耐磨性,没有静电,吸湿排汗性较好,透气性好,亲肤性好,手感舒适,作为基层能够保证布料的整体手感;耐磨层为尼龙纤维层,尼龙纤维机械强度高,韧性好,有较高的抗拉、抗压强度,耐疲劳性能突出,软化点高,耐热,表面光滑,摩擦系数小,耐磨,耐腐蚀能力强,能够对布料起到防护作用,延长布料使用寿命;防辐射层具有良好的防辐射性能,能够有效阻隔紫外线辐射,避免紫外线对人体造成的伤害,保护效果好,有利于人体健康;弹性层增强了布料的弹力,使布料的拉伸回弹能力更佳;由于棉纤维的吸湿透气性,与人体接触后,容易吸收汗水,如果不能及时清洗,布料内部容易滋生细菌,而抗菌层就能够抑制细菌的生长、清洁除臭,对人体健康有益。本发明结构简单,手感舒适,具有良好的抗菌性、防辐射性、耐磨性、吸湿透气性、弹性。

实施例一
请参阅图1~6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,包括基层1,所述基层1底端设置有弹性层2,所述基层1顶端设置有抗菌层3,所述抗菌层3顶端设置有防辐射层4,所述防辐射层4顶端设置有耐磨层5。
所述基层1为棉纤维层,棉纤维的可纺性良好,具有较好的吸湿性及一定的耐磨性,没有静电,吸湿排汗性较好,透气性好,亲肤性好,手感舒适,作为基层能够保证布料的整体手感,所述耐磨层5为尼龙纤维层,尼龙纤维机械强度高,韧性好,有较高的抗拉、抗压强度,耐疲劳性能突出,软化点高,耐热,表面光滑,摩擦系数小,耐磨,耐腐蚀能力强,能够对布料起到防护作用,延长布料使用寿命。
所述防辐射层4为防辐射纬线6与防辐射经线7编织而成,所述防辐射纬线6由聚丙烯纤维8与竹纤维9混纺而成,所述防辐射经线7由金属纤维10与碳纤维11混纺而成,防辐射层4具有良好的防辐射性能,能够有效阻隔紫外线辐射,避免紫外线对人体造成的伤害,保护效果好,有利于人体健康。
所述弹性层2为弹性丝线编织而成,所述弹性丝线包括锦纶纤维14,所述锦纶纤维14外周包裹有改性聚氨酯纤维15,弹性层2增强了布料的弹力,使布料的拉伸回弹能力更佳,所述抗菌层3为活性炭纤维12与蚕丝蛋白纤维13编织而成,由于棉纤维的吸湿透气性,与人体接触后,容易吸收汗水,如果不能及时清洗,布料内部容易滋生细菌,而抗菌层3就能够抑制细菌的生长、清洁除臭,对人体健康有益。
一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过喷气式织机编织棉纤维得到基层1,通过喷气式织机编织尼龙纤维得到耐磨层5;
S2、将聚丙烯纤维8与竹纤维9混纺得到防辐射纬线6,将金属纤维10与碳纤维11混纺得到防辐射经线7,将防辐射纬线6与防辐射经线7编织成为半成品防辐射层,在半成品防辐射层外表面涂覆防辐射剂,随后置于30℃下烘干,得到防辐射层4;
S3、将活性炭纤维12与蚕丝蛋白纤维13混纺编织得到半成品抗菌层,将半成品抗菌层烧毛、精练漂白、脱水后,浸泡在抗菌剂中20min,取出置于40℃环境下烘干,得到抗菌层3;
S4、在锦纶纤维14的外周涂覆改性聚氨酯纺丝液,经高温干燥、卷绕成型后得到弹性丝线,使用弹性丝线编织得到弹性层2;
S5、将弹性层2、基层1、抗菌层3、防辐射层4、耐磨层5按照从下往上的顺序依次叠加,通过热定型熔融复合成为整体。
步骤S2中所述防辐射剂包括20重量份的硝酸银溶液、5重量份的纳米银溶液、10重量份的酒石酸溶液、10重量份的七叶皂苷溶液。
步骤S3中所述抗菌剂包括20重量份的硝酸铜溶液、20重量份的硝酸锌溶液、50重量份的氨水。
步骤S4中所述改性聚氨酯纺丝液包括30重量份的聚氨基甲酸酯、1重量份的纳米二氧化钛、20重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.5重量份的二甲基甲酰胺。
实施例二
与实施例一相比,不同之处在于:
一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过喷气式织机编织棉纤维得到基层1,通过喷气式织机编织尼龙纤维得到耐磨层5;
S2、将聚丙烯纤维8与竹纤维9混纺得到防辐射纬线6,将金属纤维10与碳纤维11混纺得到防辐射经线7,将防辐射纬线6与防辐射经线7编织成为半成品防辐射层,在半成品防辐射层外表面涂覆防辐射剂,随后置于35℃下烘干,得到防辐射层4;
S3、将活性炭纤维12与蚕丝蛋白纤维13混纺编织得到半成品抗菌层,将半成品抗菌层烧毛、精练漂白、脱水后,浸泡在抗菌剂中30min,取出置于45℃环境下烘干,得到抗菌层3;
S4、在锦纶纤维14的外周涂覆改性聚氨酯纺丝液,经高温干燥、卷绕成型后得到弹性丝线,使用弹性丝线编织得到弹性层2;
S5、将弹性层2、基层1、抗菌层3、防辐射层4、耐磨层5按照从下往上的顺序依次叠加,通过热定型熔融复合成为整体。
步骤S2中所述防辐射剂包括30重量份的硝酸银溶液、6重量份的纳米银溶液、12重量份的酒石酸溶液、15重量份的七叶皂苷溶液。
步骤S3中所述抗菌剂包括30重量份的硝酸铜溶液、30重量份的硝酸锌溶液、60重量份的氨水。
步骤S4中所述改性聚氨酯纺丝液包括40重量份的聚氨基甲酸酯、5重量份的纳米二氧化钛、25重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.7重量份的二甲基甲酰胺。
实施例三
与实施例一相比,不同之处在于:
一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过喷气式织机编织棉纤维得到基层1,通过喷气式织机编织尼龙纤维得到耐磨层5;
S2、将聚丙烯纤维8与竹纤维9混纺得到防辐射纬线6,将金属纤维10与碳纤维11混纺得到防辐射经线7,将防辐射纬线6与防辐射经线7编织成为半成品防辐射层,在半成品防辐射层外表面涂覆防辐射剂,随后置于40℃下烘干,得到防辐射层4;
S3、将活性炭纤维12与蚕丝蛋白纤维13混纺编织得到半成品抗菌层,将半成品抗菌层烧毛、精练漂白、脱水后,浸泡在抗菌剂中40min,取出置于50℃环境下烘干,得到抗菌层3;
S4、在锦纶纤维14的外周涂覆改性聚氨酯纺丝液,经高温干燥、卷绕成型后得到弹性丝线,使用弹性丝线编织得到弹性层2;
S5、将弹性层2、基层1、抗菌层3、防辐射层4、耐磨层5按照从下往上的顺序依次叠加,通过热定型熔融复合成为整体。
步骤S2中所述防辐射剂包括40重量份的硝酸银溶液、7重量份的纳米银溶液、15重量份的酒石酸溶液、20重量份的七叶皂苷溶液。
步骤S3中所述抗菌剂包括40重量份的硝酸铜溶液、40重量份的硝酸锌溶液、70重量份的氨水。
步骤S4中所述改性聚氨酯纺丝液包括50重量份的聚氨基甲酸酯、10重量份的纳米二氧化钛、30重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、1重量份的二甲基甲酰胺。

1.一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)底端设置有弹性层(2),所述基层(1)顶端设置有抗菌层(3),所述抗菌层(3)顶端设置有防辐射层(4),所述防辐射层(4)顶端设置有耐磨层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,其特征在于:所述基层(1)为棉纤维层,所述耐磨层(5)为尼龙纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(4)为防辐射纬线(6)与防辐射经线(7)编织而成,所述防辐射纬线(6)由聚丙烯纤维(8)与竹纤维(9)混纺而成,所述防辐射经线(7)由金属纤维(10)与碳纤维(11)混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布,其特征在于:所述弹性层(2)为弹性丝线编织而成,所述弹性丝线包括锦纶纤维(14),所述锦纶纤维(14)外周包裹有改性聚氨酯纤维(15),所述抗菌层(3)为活性炭纤维(12)与蚕丝蛋白纤维(13)编织而成。
5.一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、通过喷气式织机编织棉纤维得到基层(1),通过喷气式织机编织尼龙纤维得到耐磨层(5);
S2、将聚丙烯纤维(8)与竹纤维(9)混纺得到防辐射纬线(6),将金属纤维(10)与碳纤维(11)混纺得到防辐射经线(7),将防辐射纬线(6)与防辐射经线(7)编织成为半成品防辐射层,在半成品防辐射层外表面涂覆防辐射剂,随后置于30-40℃下烘干,得到防辐射层(4);
S3、将活性炭纤维(12)与蚕丝蛋白纤维(13)混纺编织得到半成品抗菌层,将半成品抗菌层烧毛、精练漂白、脱水后,浸泡在抗菌剂中20-40min,取出置于40-50℃环境下烘干,得到抗菌层(3);
S4、在锦纶纤维(14)的外周涂覆改性聚氨酯纺丝液,经高温干燥、卷绕成型后得到弹性丝线,使用弹性丝线编织得到弹性层(2);
S5、将弹性层(2)、基层(1)、抗菌层(3)、防辐射层(4)、耐磨层(5)按照从下往上的顺序依次叠加,通过热定型熔融复合成为整体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中所述防辐射剂包括20-40重量份的硝酸银溶液、5-7重量份的纳米银溶液、10-15重量份的酒石酸溶液、10-20重量份的七叶皂苷溶液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中所述抗菌剂包括20-40重量份的硝酸铜溶液、20-40重量份的硝酸锌溶液、50-70重量份的氨水。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌防紫外线型白织坯布的加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中所述改性聚氨酯纺丝液包括30-50重量份的聚氨基甲酸酯、1-10重量份的纳米二氧化钛、20-30重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.5-1重量份的二甲基甲酰胺。
