一种低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)、分拣,根据颜色将废弃聚乙烯塑料分开;(2)、清洗粉碎,将聚乙烯塑料制品清洗,带水粉碎;(3)、干燥,采用甩干机把余水甩干;(4)、造粒,由挤出机造出的颗粒,挤出机温度设定为200‑250℃,在60‑80目的过滤网过滤;(5)、切粒,冷水切粒。本发明的低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,可以实现低密度聚乙烯资源的有效回收利用,环保节能。

一种低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料监工技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料再生技术。
背景技术
随着塑料行业的迅猛发展,聚乙烯作为一种通用塑料,广泛应用于日用品、建筑、
汽车制造业等领域。但随着聚乙烯应用领域的扩大和使用量的增加,废旧聚乙烯也与日俱增,若不加以应用,浪费资源,又会对环境造成极大的污染。
发明内容
为了解决废旧聚乙烯回收利用的问题,本发明提供了一种低密度聚乙烯塑料再生工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、分拣,根据颜色将废弃聚乙烯塑料分开;
(2)、清洗粉碎,将聚乙烯塑料制品清洗,带水粉碎;
(3)、干燥,采用甩干机把余水甩干;
(4)、造粒,由挤出机造出的颗粒,挤出机温度设定为200-250℃,在40-80目的过滤网过滤;
(5)、切粒,冷水切粒。
所述步骤(5)中,切之后的颗粒大小为3*4mm。
本发明的低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,可以实现低密度聚乙烯资源的有效回收利用,环保节能。
具体实施方式
LDPE,学名高压聚乙烯,它一般是指塑料包装膜。如:编织袋内衬膜、食品包装膜、日用品包装膜、大棚膜。这些膜大部分是本色,也有淡蓝色、黑色,在回收前最好把色样分开。不能把低压膜,PP膜放在一起,更不能把OPP和PVC膜放进去。对LDPE的回收并加以再次利用,就是再生LDPE工艺流程。整个再生LDPE工艺流程主要有四道工序:1)、分拣,根据颜色将废弃聚乙烯塑料分开;
(2)、清洗粉碎,将聚乙烯塑料制品清洗,带水粉碎,当粉碎料流到水槽后最好再次滚动,目的为进一步冲洗清洁点;
(3)、干燥,采用甩干机把余水甩干;
(4)、造粒,由挤出机造出的颗粒,挤出机温度设定为200-250℃,在60-80目的过滤网过滤,有二种基本用途:再次吹塑膜和注塑。在60到80目的过滤网中出来的材料可以再次吹塑;在40到60目的过滤网中出来的材料可以满足注塑的质量要求。一般来说高压料再次吹膜,好的吹本色,差一点吹黑膜和垃圾袋,做注塑料后的价格则更低;
(5)、切粒,冷水切粒,切之后的颗粒大小为3*4mm。

1.一种低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、分拣,根据颜色将废弃聚乙烯塑料分开;
(2)、清洗粉碎,将聚乙烯塑料制品清洗,带水粉碎;
(3)、干燥,采用甩干机把余水甩干;
(4)、造粒,由挤出机造出的颗粒,挤出机温度设定为200-250℃,在40-80目的过滤网过滤;
(5)、切粒,冷水切粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低密度再生聚乙烯塑料工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,切之后的颗粒大小为3*4mm。
