Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液及其制备方法,它由以下的原辅材料配制而成:蓝莓花青素浓缩液,蓝莓原果汁,抗坏血酸,乳酸锌,木糖醇,置于配料罐中,加总体积1/5的去离子水在35℃使其充分溶解,定容至容器刻度,搅拌充分溶解后,过滤、混匀灌装,封口,杀菌,灯检,包装,检验合格后即得成品。本发明的一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液,其中蓝莓花青素可促进眼睛视紫质的再生,清楚眼部自由基,预防眼部疾病的功效,所添加的营养素进一步增强改善视力的效果,还能对花色苷的稳定性有保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健品及其制备方法,即一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国蓝莓引种试栽试验近20年,结合我国的复杂多样的土壤和多变的气候条件。中国蓝莓种植总面积在2013年就达到了20366公顷,总产量达15130吨。中国的蓝莓资源丰富,为中国的经济发展有着良好的促进作用。蓝莓果实中花青素含量很高,果子风味独特,酸甜适宜,口感好,既可以鲜食,也可以加工制作饮料、香精和酿酒等等,目前还没有为了改善视力用蓝莓花青素口服液作为保健品的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液,利用蓝莓花青素浓缩液作为原材料,乳酸锌和抗坏血酸作为辅料,木糖醇作为调味剂做成的口服液,不仅生物效价高,服用方便,适合各种人群食用,更能针对改善眼睛视力调配,所用营养强化剂协同蓝莓花青素改善视力。
本发明的构成:一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液,其特征在于:由以下配比的原辅材料配制而成,蓝莓花青素浓缩液1000mL,蓝莓原果汁1940mL,抗坏血酸2g,乳酸锌5g,木糖醇400g,由以上原辅料调配总体积为4000mL的口服液;所述的制备方法:蓝莓花青素浓缩液制备工艺为蓝莓冻果解冻榨汁后皮渣经无水乙醇提取,提取后回收乙醇得提取浓缩液,按浓缩液体积加1:1去离子水对浓缩液进行沉淀,过滤后对其水溶液提取液进行浓缩,浓缩至备用,再将蓝莓果子榨的汁经过滤无果肉沉淀后备用,准确量取蓝莓花青素浓缩液1000mL,蓝莓原果汁1940mL,木糖醇400g,抗坏血酸2g,乳酸锌5g,置于配料罐中,再加调配口服液总体积1/5的去离子水于35℃将木糖醇,抗坏血酸及乳酸锌充分溶解后加入配料罐并定容至容器刻度,搅拌充分溶解后,过滤、灌装、封口、杀菌、灯检,包装和检验合格后即得成品。
本发明使用杀菌方式为杀菌温度950C杀菌时间60s灌装好后杀菌。
本发明的创新点是:1、选用高纯度蓝莓花青素浓缩液做为原材料,乳酸锌和抗坏血酸作为辅料,木糖醇作为调味剂,做成的口服液不仅生物效价高,服用方便,适合各种人群食用,该口服液主要针对改善眼睛视力调配,所用营养强化剂一方面协同蓝莓花青素改善视力,另一方面对花青素的稳定性起着明显的保护作用。提高口服液在货架期间花青素的含量。2、本发明口感良好,蓝莓风味香气醇厚,酸甜适当,受消费者所喜好。
具体实施方式
取蓝莓冻果2.5kg,榨汁后得果汁1650mL,取皮渣以质量(0.85kg)与无水乙醇体积比为1g:3mL比例进行提取2.5h,过滤,旋转蒸发回收乙醇,按浓缩液体积1:1加去离子水对蓝莓花青素浓缩液进行沉淀,去除杂质。再进行旋转蒸发浓缩,浓缩至浓缩液体积与蓝莓皮渣质量比为1:1(ml:g),即浓缩至850mL蓝莓花青素浓缩液,备用。
将蓝莓果汁1650mL过滤后至无果肉沉淀后备用。
将上述浓缩液和果汁混合,配制成总体积为浓缩液4倍的口服溶液,即3400mL口服溶液。按总体积为3400mL称取营养强化剂乳酸锌4.2884g,抗氧化剂抗坏血酸1.7g,甜味剂木糖醇340g。原辅料置于配料罐中充分混匀,加总体积1/5的去离子水在35℃使其充分溶解,定容至容器刻度,混匀灌装,封口,杀菌,灯检,包装,检验合格后即得成品。本发明采用灌装封口后再杀菌的方式,杀菌条件为95℃杀菌60s即可。
规格:50mL/支,
有效成分:花青素含量≥40mg/100mL。
食用指南:一日1次,一次1支。

1.一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液,其特征在于:由以下配比的原辅材料配制而成,蓝莓花青素浓缩液1000mL,蓝莓原果汁1940mL,抗坏血酸2g,乳酸锌5g,木糖醇400g,由以上原辅料调配总体积为4000mL的口服液;所述的制备方法:蓝莓花青素浓缩液制备工艺为蓝莓冻果解冻榨汁后皮渣经无水乙醇提取,提取后回收乙醇得提取浓缩液,按浓缩液体积加1:1去离子水对浓缩液进行沉淀,过滤后对其水溶液提取液进行浓缩,浓缩至备用,再将蓝莓果子榨的汁经过滤无果肉沉淀后备用,准确量取蓝莓花青素浓缩液1000mL,蓝莓原果汁1940mL,木糖醇400g,抗坏血酸2g,乳酸锌5g,先将浓缩液和原果汁置于配料罐中,再加调配口服液总体积1/5的去离子水于35℃将木糖醇,抗坏血酸及乳酸锌充分溶解后加入配料罐并定容至容器刻度,搅拌充分溶解后,过滤、灌装、封口、杀菌、灯检,包装和检验合格后即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善视力的蓝莓花青素口服液,其特征在于:本发明使用杀菌方式为:杀菌温度950C杀菌时间60s灌装好后杀菌。
