根据本发明的某个方式,提供一种无级变速器,该无级变速器搭载于车辆,使输出轴的旋转变速并向车轮输出,所述车辆具备:电动发电机,其与所述发动机的输出轴连结;动力控制装置,其具备运算从所述输出轴输出的扭矩的扭矩运算单元和检测所述电动发电机的扭矩检测异常的异常检测单元,并控制所述发动机及所述电动发电机的动作,其中,所述无级变速器具备:初级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,并传递所述输出轴的旋转;次级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,将所述初级带轮的旋转经由环状部件进行变速并传递;变速控制装置,其控制所述无级变速器的动作,所述变速控制装置具备油压控制单元,该油压控制单元在所述动力控制装置的所述异常检测单元未检测到所述扭矩检测异常的情况下,基于所述动力控制装置的所述扭矩运算单元运算出的扭矩运算值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,基于所述扭矩运算值决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值不足所述规定值的情况下,基于比所述扭矩运算值高的扭矩值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压。
另外,根据本发明的另一方式,可提供上述无级变速器的控制方法。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是本发明实施方式的车辆100的概略构成图。
车辆100具备:发动机1、电动发电机2、液力变矩器3、无级变速器4、油压控制回路5、油泵6、综合控制器7、变速器控制器8。综合控制器7和变速器控制器8通过CAN(Controller Area Network)连接而能相互通信。
车辆100中,由发动机1产生的发动机扭矩从输出轴1a输出,经由液力变矩器3、无级变速器4、终端减速装置9、差速装置10向车轮11传递。另外,车辆100可以进行将由电动发电机2产生的电动机扭矩经由带12等向发动机1的输出轴1a传递的扭矩辅助(辅助扭矩torque assist)。在扭矩辅助时,将发动机扭矩和电动机扭矩向车轮11传递。
发动机1将产生的发动机扭矩向车轮11传递,使车辆100行驶,并且可以将发动机扭矩的一部分经由带12等向空调用的压缩机13及电动发电机2传递,从而能驱动它们。
电动发电机2具有接收来自蓄电池14的电力供给而进行旋转驱动的作为电动机的功能和通过外力旋转进行发电的作为发电机的功能。
电动发电机2经由逆变器15与蓄电池14连接。在进行扭矩辅助的情况下,电动发电机2作为电动机发挥作用。另一方面,在利用发动机1进行驱动的情况下,或进行再生控制的情况下,电动发电机2作为发电机发挥作用。
液力变矩器3具有锁止离合器3a,当锁止离合器3a完全联接时,液力变矩器3的输入轴和输出轴直接连结,输入轴和输出轴进行同速旋转。
无级变速器4具备变速机构40和副变速机构50。
变速机构40具备初级带轮41、次级带轮42和带43。在变速机构40中,通过控制向初级带轮41供给的油压和向次级带轮42供给的油压,由此,带轮41、42的槽宽进行变化,从而变更与带43的接触半径,并变更变速比。另外,在变速机构40中,控制传递扭矩容量,以不使带43打滑。当向带轮41、42供给的油压变高时,带轮41、42夹持带43的力变大,传递扭矩容量增加。
副变速机构50是前进2级、后退1级的变速机构。副变速机构50具备:连结两个行星齿轮的行星齿轮架的拉维瑙型行星齿轮机构;与构成拉维瑙型行星齿轮机构的多个旋转元件连接,变更它们的连接状态的多个摩擦联接元件51~53(低档(Low)制动器51、高档(High)离合器52、Rev制动器53)。当调整向各摩擦联接元件51~53的供给油压,变更各摩擦联接元件51~53的联接、释放状态时,能变更副变速机构50的变速级。
无级变速器4通过变更变速机构40的变速比和副变速机构50的变速级,从而变更作为无级变速器4整体的变速比。
油压控制回路5由多个流路、多个油压控制阀构成。油压控制回路5基于来自变速器控制器8的变速控制信号,控制多个油压控制阀,切换油压的供给路径,并且根据由油泵6产生的油压制备必要的主压(line pressure),并将主压供给向变速机构40、副变速机构50、液力变矩器3的各部位。
综合控制器7基于来自检测发动机1的转速的转速传感器20的信号、来自未图示的各种传感器的信号等,控制发动机1及电动发电机2的动作。另外,基于各种传感器的故障诊断及来自各种传感器的信号等进行发动机1及电动发电机2的状态诊断等。
另外,综合控制器7利用发动机1和电动发电机2,通过运算求得从发动机1的输出轴1a输出的扭矩。综合控制器7基于例如发动机1的燃料喷射量或节气门开度等运算发动机1产生的发动机扭矩,并且基于来自检测电动发电机2的转速的转速传感器21的信号等,运算电动发电机2产生的电动机扭矩。而且,基于这些运算值,运算从发动机1的输出轴1a输出的扭矩。
变速器控制器8输入:来自转速传感器20的信号、来自检测无级变速器4的输入转速的转速传感器22的信号、来自检测加速器开度APO的加速器开度传感器23的信号、来自检测变速杆的位置的断路开关24的信号、来自检测车速VSP的车速传感器25的信号、综合控制器7求得的与从输出轴1a输出的扭矩的运算值(以下,称为扭矩运算值)相关的信号等。变速器控制器8基于这些信号控制无级变速器4的动作。
但是,如上所述,无级变速器4通过控制向初级带轮41及次级带轮42供给的油压,而控制变速机构40的传递扭矩容量。向带轮41、42供给的油压基于综合控制器7运算的扭矩运算值而被决定。
在此,例如,在由于转速传感器21的故障等,不能正常地检测由电动发电机2产生的扭矩的情况下,不能判定电动发电机2的动作状态,从发动机1的输出轴1a实际输出的扭矩的值(以下,称为实际扭矩值)与扭矩运算值产生偏差。因此,在实际扭矩值比扭矩运算值高的情况下,变速机构40的传递扭矩容量不足,带43可能会打滑。
于是,本实施方式的变速器控制器8通过进行以下说明的控制,防止在不能正常地检测电动发电机2的扭矩的情况下,变速机构40的带43打滑的情况。以下,参照图2所示的流程图说明变速器控制器8进行的控制。
首先,在S1中,变速器控制器8判定是否接收到在综合控制器7检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下发送的信号。
如上述,综合控制器7能进行各种各样的状态诊断。综合控制器7在由于转速传感器21的故障等,不能正常检测由电动发电机2产生的扭矩的情况下,作为检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常,将异常检测信号发送至变速器控制器8。
另外,综合控制器7检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常时,将由电动发电机2产生的扭矩设为0N·m,并进行以后的扭矩运算值的运算。
变速器控制器8判定为从综合控制器7接收到异常检测信号时,将处理过渡至S2。
在S2中,变速器控制器8将禁止电动发电机2的扭矩辅助的信号发送至综合控制器7,并将处理过渡至S3。
当将由电动发电机2产生的扭矩设为0N·m且在运算扭矩运算值的状态下进行扭矩辅助时,实际扭矩值比扭矩运算值高,变速机构40的传递扭矩容量不足。因此,变速器控制器8在综合控制器7检测到扭矩检测异常的情况下,通过禁止扭矩辅助,防止明显地形成实际扭矩值比扭矩运算值高的状态。
变速器控制器8判定为从综合控制器7未接收到异常检测信号时,将处理过渡至S5。
在S5中,变速器控制器8基于扭矩运算值决定向带轮41、42供给的油压。在未检测到扭矩检测异常的正常的状态下,通过将基于扭矩运算值决定的油压供给向带轮41、42,可防止变速机构40的带43打滑。
接着,参照图3说明S3以后的控制。S3以后的控制是为了防止在电动发电机2进行发电的情况下即在电动发电机2中产生负荷扭矩的情况下,变速机构40的带43打滑而进行的控制。
图3的横轴表示从发动机1的输出轴1a输出的扭矩值,+侧为驱动扭矩,-侧为负荷扭矩。图3的纵轴表示扭矩值的绝对值。
在S3中,变速器控制器8判定扭矩运算值是否为规定值以上。
如图3所示,规定值设为,扭矩运算值的绝对值与从扭矩运算值偏移电动发电机2的发电量最大时的最大负荷扭矩值的实际扭矩值(以下,称为最大偏移实际扭矩值)的绝对值一致的值。即,规定值是基于电动发电机2的最大负荷扭矩值而决定的值,例如,可以设为最大负荷扭矩值的1/2。此外,最大负荷扭矩值是在设计上预先设定的值。
变速器控制器8判定为扭矩运算值为规定值以上时,将处理过渡至S5。
如上述,规定值是扭矩运算值的绝对值与最大偏移实际扭矩值的绝对值一致的值。因此,在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的区域,与由电动发电机2实际产生的负荷扭矩无关,扭矩运算值的绝对值成为实际扭矩值的绝对值以上。因此,在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,通过将基于扭矩运算值决定的油压供给至带轮41、42,可防止变速机构40的带43打滑。
变速器控制器8判定为扭矩运算值不足规定值时,将处理过渡至S4。
在S4中,变速器控制器8基于比扭矩运算值高的扭矩值,决定向带轮41、42供给的油压。此外,高的扭矩值是指扭矩值的绝对值高。
具体而言,变速器控制器8基于最大偏移实际扭矩值的绝对值,决定向带轮41、42供给的油压。
在扭矩运算值不足规定值的区域中,与由电动发电机2实际产生的负荷扭矩无关,实际扭矩值的绝对值成为最大偏移实际扭矩值的绝对值以下。因此,通过将基于最大偏移实际扭矩值的绝对值决定的油压供给至带轮41、42,可防止变速机构40的带43打滑。
电动发电机2的发电量即负荷扭矩总是变化的。因此,变速器控制器8如上述,在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况和扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,通过改变向带轮41、42供给的油压的决定方法,在电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常时,在所有的区域中可防止变速机构40的带43打滑。
另外,变速器控制器8仅在扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,基于比扭矩运算值高的值决定向带轮41、42供给的油压,因此,可限定使向带轮41、42供给的油压变高的状况。因此,即使在检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下,也可抑制对油泵6赋予的负荷,可抑制车辆100的燃耗率恶化。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,在检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下,根据扭矩运算值,基于比扭矩运算值或扭矩运算值高的扭矩值,决定向带轮41、42供给的油压。据此,在电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常时,可向带轮41、42供给适当的油压,可防止变速机构40的带43打滑的情况。
更详细而言,在检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下,扭矩运算值为基于最大负荷扭矩值而决定的规定值以上时,基于扭矩运算值决定向带轮41、42供给的油压,在扭矩运算值不足规定值时,基于最大偏移扭矩值的绝对值决定向带轮41、42供给的油压。据此,在电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常时,可向带轮41、42供给适当的油压,在所有的区域中可防止变速机构40的带43打滑的情况。另外,仅在扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,基于最大偏移扭矩值的绝对值决定向带轮41、42供给的油压,因此,可限定使向带轮41、42供给的油压变高的状况。因此,即使在检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下,也可抑制对油泵6赋予的负荷,可抑制车辆100的燃耗率恶化。
如果换句话而言,则可以说,变速器控制器8在检测到扭矩检测异常的情况下,根据扭矩运算值选择修正的有无。
即,变速器控制器8在检测到扭矩检测异常的情况下,扭矩运算值为规定值以上时不进行修正。
另一方面,在检测到扭矩检测异常的情况下,扭矩运算值不足规定值时,以可防止变速机构40的带43打滑的方式,进行修正以成为比扭矩运算值高的值。
以下,分成扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况和扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况进行说明。
(扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况)
在检测到扭矩检测异常,且扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,如果电动发电机2不进行发电,则扭矩运算值与实际扭矩值大致相等。另外,如果电动发电机2进行发电,则扭矩运算值比实际扭矩值低。
因此,在扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,当通常进行修正成为比扭矩运算值低的值时,不管电动发电机2的发电的有无,向带轮41、42供给的油压总是不足,通常会产生变速机构40的带43打滑的可能性。
另外,在扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,如果通常不进行修正,则在电动发电机2进行发电时,向带轮41、42供给的油压不足,产生带43打滑的可能性。
因此,在变速器控制器8检测到扭矩检测异常,且扭矩运算值不足规定值的情况下,进行修正成为比扭矩运算值高的值。
(扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况)
在检测到扭矩检测异常且扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,如果电动发电机2不进行发电,则扭矩运算值与实际扭矩值大致相等。另外,如果电动发电机2进行发电,则扭矩运算值比实际扭矩值高。
因此,在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,当通常进行修正成为比扭矩运算值高的值时,不管电动发电机2的发电的有无,向带轮41、42供给的油压总是过量。
另一方面,在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,当通常进行修正成为比扭矩运算值低的值时,通过电动发电机2进行发电,如果是实际扭矩值比该较低的值更低的情况,则可降低向带轮41、42供给的油压,可抑制对油泵6造成的负荷,因此,从燃耗率的观点来看,良好。
但是,假定在扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,当通常进行修正成为比扭矩运算值低的值时,在电动发电机2不进行发电的情况,或即使电动发电机2进行发电,实际扭矩值也比该较低的值高的情况下,向带轮41、42供给的油压不足,会产生带43打滑的可能性。
因此,变速器控制器8在检测到扭矩检测异常且扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,也不进行修正成为比扭矩运算值低的值,也不进行修正成为比扭矩运算值高的值。
另外,根据本实施方式,在检测到电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的情况下,禁止电动发电机2的扭矩辅助,因此,可防止明显地形成实际扭矩值比扭矩运算值大的状态。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但上述实施方式只不过表示本发明的应用例的一部分,不是将本发明的技术范围限定于上述实施方式的具体的结构的内容。
例如,上述实施方式中,变速机构40具备带43,但也可以代替带43,而具备链条等环状部件。
另外,上述实施方式中,无级变速器4具备副变速机构50,但也可以不具备副变速机构50。在该情况下,只要设置前进后退切换机构,切换车辆100的前进后退即可。
另外,上述实施方式中,车辆100具备控制发动机1及电动发电机2的动作的综合控制器7,但控制器也可以分成控制发动机1的发动机控制器和控制电动发电机2的电动发电机控制器。
在该情况下,例如,电动发电机控制器具备检测电动发电机2的扭矩检测异常的异常检测单元,发动机控制器只要具备利用发动机1和电动发电机2,通过运算求得从发动机1的输出轴1a输出的扭矩的扭矩运算单元即可。
此外,扭矩运算单元通过将例如由电动发电机控制器运算的电动发电机2的输出扭矩值和由发动机控制器运算的发动机1的输出扭矩值相加,运算从发动机1的输出轴1a输出的扭矩。

所述无级变速器具备:
初级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,并传递所述输出轴的旋转;
次级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,将所述初级带轮的旋转经由环状部件进行变速并传递;
变速控制装置,其控制所述无级变速器的动作,
所述变速控制装置具备油压控制单元,
该油压控制单元在所述动力控制装置的所述异常检测单元未检测到所述扭矩检测异常的情况下,基于所述动力控制装置的所述扭矩运算单元运算出的扭矩运算值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,
在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,基于所述扭矩运算值决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,
在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值不足所述规定值的情况下,基于比所述扭矩运算值高的扭矩值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压。

所述变速控制装置具备禁止信号发送单元,该禁止信号发送单元在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常的情况下,将由所述电动发电机产生的扭矩设为0N·m,运算所述扭矩运算值,并且禁止辅助扭矩的信号向所述动力控制装置发送,所述辅助扭矩为由所述电动发电机产生的扭矩向所述输出轴传递的扭矩。
4.一种无级变速器的控制方法,该无级变速器搭载于车辆,使输出轴的旋转变速并向车轮输出,
所述车辆具备:电动发电机,其与发动机的所述输出轴连结;动力控制装置,其具备运算从所述输出轴输出的扭矩的扭矩运算单元和检测所述电动发电机的扭矩检测异常的异常检测单元,且控制所述发动机及所述电动发电机的动作,
该无级变速器具备:初级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,并传递所述输出轴的旋转;次级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,将所述初级带轮的旋转经由环状部件进行变速并传递,其中,

电动发电机,其与发动机的所述输出轴连结;
动力控制装置,其具备运算从所述输出轴输出的扭矩的扭矩运算单元和检测所述电动发电机的扭矩检测异常的异常检测单元,并控制所述发动机及所述电动发电机的动作,其中,
所述无级变速器具备:
初级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,并传递所述输出轴的旋转;
次级带轮,其槽宽根据油压而变化,将所述初级带轮的旋转经由环状部件进行变速并传递;
变速控制装置,其控制所述无级变速器的动作,
所述变速控制装置具备油压控制单元,
该油压控制单元在所述动力控制装置的所述异常检测单元未检测到所述扭矩检测异常的情况下,基于所述动力控制装置的所述扭矩运算单元运算出的扭矩运算值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,
在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值为规定值以上的情况下,基于所述扭矩运算值决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压,
在所述异常检测单元检测到所述扭矩检测异常,且所述扭矩运算单元运算出的所述扭矩运算值不足所述规定值的情况下,基于比所述扭矩运算值高的扭矩值,决定向所述初级带轮及所述次级带轮供给的油压。
