Abstract

一种恒压脉冲变矩器,包括:夹紧力系统、脉冲变矩器(201)、二级蓄压系统、降温系统以及控制系统;由于采用了恒压脉冲变矩的设计,真正地实现了精准无级自动变速,达到降低能耗的目的;变矩过程中由于二级蓄压系统独立可控,当自动档出现故障时依然能够使用手动变档,这更增加了车辆稳定性,避免了金属带失去张力的现象;由于整个变矩过程带轮的夹紧力与金属带的张力总体保持不变,使变矩更加轻松灵活,减少了冲击性;由于金属带不在极限张力下工作,降低了带轮的温度延长了钢带的寿命;由于采用脉冲编码器作为档位信号的载体,其机械式的脉冲档位信号有效避免了因偶发信号中断而导致档位信号丢失的困扰;由于设置了AI系统,可实时匹配更多工况的最优速比方案,进一步地降低了能耗,同时为物联网、自动驾驶提供了基础;由于改良了降温系统,使降温更加的贴近有效;由于设置了动压CVT与液力变矩器作为变矩系统的备份,使车辆运行更安全;恒压脉冲变矩器彻底根除了单、双变矩CVT因偶发“信号中断”引发的产品缺陷。
