Abstract
一种免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制备阻燃染色胶粘液;S2、将耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液中,取出烘至表面干燥,得阻燃染色胶粘膜;S3、将多层木皮的两两之间铺设阻燃染色胶粘膜,输入热压机进行热压,热压机的上模和下模均具有凹凸结构,两者的凹凸结构相吻合,得到两面凹凸的复合板;S4、将两面凹凸的复合板平切,叠放使防水阻燃复合板的两个凹凸面相吻合后压合,得免漆防水阻燃染色复合板。采用本方法制作的板材密度高、防水阻燃、持续释放负离子,无需油漆。当复合板可再次抛光打磨,则成为新品。色精料及凹凸模具的使用,可使复合板呈现仿真木纹以及其他各种纹理。本发明的方法步骤简单、工艺条件易控制。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及板材的生产方法,特别涉及一种免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们对生活的品质追求越来越高,名贵实木家具及装饰木材越来越受到人们的追捧。随着国内外消费者的需求巨大,自然生长的名贵木材越来越稀少,价格也随之昂贵。名贵木材制作的家具不但价格昂贵,且在使用过程中需小心翼翼地维护保养。名贵木材制作的家具怕火怕水,在制造过程中需要补灰、修色、刷漆,放在室内因油漆、腻子灰存在有大量的TVOC(挥发性有机物),不利于人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,至少能够解决上述问题之一。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备阻燃染色胶粘液:将以重量份计的三聚氰胺树脂胶液60~90份、氧化镁粉2~30份、二氧化硅粉2~30份、负离子粉2~30份、悬浮剂0.5~10份、分散剂0.5~10份、消泡剂0.5~10份和渗透剂0.5~5份以及色精料混合均匀得阻燃染色胶粘液;
S2、将耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液中,取出烘至表面干燥,得阻燃染色胶粘膜;
S3、将多层木皮的两两之间铺设阻燃染色胶粘膜,输入热压机进行热压,热压机的上模和下模均具有凹凸结构,两者的凹凸结构相吻合,得到两面凹凸的复合板;
S4、将两面凹凸的复合板平切,叠放使防水阻燃复合板的两个凹凸面相吻合后压合,得免漆防水阻燃染色复合板。
由此,多层木皮及多层阻燃染色胶粘膜压合后,氧化镁渗入木皮纹理达到阻燃效果;二氧化硅粉使压合后的复合板硬度和强度大大提高,复合板在抛光打磨时可越抛越光滑,无需使用油漆;负离子粉使得复合板耐用环保,持续释放负离子,负离子粉不易脱落;高温高压下色精料渗入木皮达到渗透染色效果,使用不同颜色的多层阻燃染色胶粘膜,能够实现仿木纹效果;二氧化硅粉可反射紫外线使复合板不脱色;凹凸面的复合板的横截面上有相应的曲线纹理,当复合板平切后,切面上呈现花色或纹理。
在一些实施方式中,在步骤S2中,耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液取出后烘至2~6成干。从而便于阻燃染色胶粘膜剪切叠放。
在一些实施方式中,在步骤S4中,两面凹凸的复合板平切后叠放时在两个凹凸面之间设置胶黏层。从而使得两凹凸面粘接牢固。
在一些实施方式中,胶黏层为阻燃染色胶粘膜、浸渍耐磨纸或浸渍布料。从而达到较好的粘合效果。
在一些实施方式中,在步骤S3中,热压压力为300~3000吨,热压温度为100~230℃。从而使多层木皮及多层阻燃染色胶粘膜更好的压合。
在一些实施方式中,在步骤S3中,木皮的厚度为0.05~1mm,木皮的含水率为1~10%。从而达到较好的染色效果及压合效果。
在一些实施方式中,免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法还包括步骤S301,将得到两面凹凸的复合板再次叠放木皮及阻燃染色胶粘膜后热压,用于增大两面凹凸的复合板的厚度。从而可得适宜厚度的复合板。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本方法制作的板材密度高、防水阻燃、持续释放负离子,在使用时可雕刻、可塑型,抛光打磨即可无需油漆。当复合板使用较长时间变旧后可再次抛光打磨,则成为新品。色精料及凹凸模具的使用,可使复合板呈现仿真木纹以及其他各种纹理,成本低。本发明的方法步骤简单、工艺条件易控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,包括步骤S1~S4。具体如下。
S1、制备阻燃染色胶粘液:将以重量份计的三聚氰胺树脂胶液60~90份、氧化镁粉2~30份、二氧化硅粉2~30份、负离子粉2~30份、悬浮剂0.5~10份、分散剂0.5~10份、消泡剂0.5~10份和渗透剂0.5~5份以及色精料混合均匀得阻燃染色胶粘液。上述的原料均可自市场采购。悬浮剂、分散剂、消泡剂和渗透剂均为化工行业常用添加剂。
S2、将耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液中,取出烘至表面干燥,得阻燃染色胶粘膜。耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液取出后烘至2~6成干,达到表面干燥。耐磨纸原纸由浸渍设备置入阻燃染色胶粘液中并取出。
S3、将多层木皮的两两之间铺设阻燃染色胶粘膜,输入热压机进行热压,热压机的上模和下模均具有凹凸结构,两者的凹凸结构相吻合,得到两面凹凸的复合板。热压压力为300~3000吨,热压温度为100~230℃。木皮的厚度为0.05~1mm,木皮的含水率为1~10%。在高温高压下,阻燃染色胶粘膜与木皮粘合,色精料渗入木皮中达到染色效果,氧化镁粉、二氧化硅粉、负离子粉渗入木皮纹理内。
当需要制备厚度较大的复合板时还需要步骤S301,将得到两面凹凸的复合板再次叠放木皮及阻燃染色胶粘膜后热压,用于增大两面凹凸的复合板的厚度。
S4、将两面凹凸的复合板平切,叠放使防水阻燃复合板的两个凹凸面相吻合后压合,得免漆防水阻燃染色复合板。两面凹凸的复合板平切后叠放时在两个凹凸面之间设置胶黏层。胶黏层为阻燃染色胶粘膜、浸渍耐磨纸或浸渍布料。
通过调整每层阻燃染色胶粘膜的颜色,则可使复合板呈现仿真木纹以及其他各种纹理。
采用上述方法步骤,具体的实施例的参数如下表所示。
实施例1和2中,采用如图1所示的热压机模具,上模和下模具有不规则的波浪凹凸结构。两面凹凸的复合板平切和再次压合过程如图1所示。
实施例3和4中,采用如图2所示的热压机模具,上模和下模具有规则的V形凹凸结构。两面凹凸的复合板平切和再次压合过程如图2所示。
实施例5和6中,得到两面凹凸的复合板如图3所示。平切后,在切面上呈现仿真木纹。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备阻燃染色胶粘液:将以重量份计的三聚氰胺树脂胶液60~90份、氧化镁粉2~30份、二氧化硅粉2~30份、负离子粉2~30份、悬浮剂0.5~10份、分散剂0.5~10份、消泡剂0.5~10份和渗透剂0.5~5份以及色精料混合均匀得阻燃染色胶粘液;
S2、将耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液中,取出烘至表面干燥,得阻燃染色胶粘膜;
S3、将多层木皮的两两之间铺设阻燃染色胶粘膜,输入热压机进行热压,得到两面凹凸的复合板,热压机的上模和下模均具有凹凸结构,两者的凹凸结构相吻合;
S4、将两面凹凸的复合板平切,叠放使防水阻燃复合板的两个凹凸面相吻合后压合,得免漆防水阻燃染色复合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,耐磨纸原纸浸入阻燃染色胶粘液取出后烘至2~6成干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,两面凹凸的复合板平切后叠放时在两个凹凸面之间设置胶黏层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述胶黏层为阻燃染色胶粘膜、浸渍耐磨纸或浸渍布料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,热压压力为300~3000吨,热压温度为100~230℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,木皮的厚度为0.05~1mm,木皮的含水率为1~10%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的免漆防水阻燃染色复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤S301,将得到两面凹凸的复合板再次叠放木皮及阻燃染色胶粘膜后热压,用于增大两面凹凸的复合板的厚度。
