Abstract
本发明属于装饰材料地板技术领域,涉及一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板及其制造方法。所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,从上至下依次包括UV漆膜,电子线固化膜和多层基材层,其中,所述多层基材层是以速生材单板纵横交错压贴而成的胶合板,胶合板上表面通过聚乙烯醇胶粘合电子线固化膜。所述电子线固化膜表面贴有装饰性木材纹理图案层,所述电子线固化膜的厚度为0.2~0.6mm。本发明还公开了所述地板的制造方法。应用所述方法制得的地板,表面喷涂UV漆膜,能有效解决电子线固化膜耐灼烧性能差的缺陷;由于电子线固化膜本身的分子结构规整度高,其抗弯曲疲劳性、弹性特别强;表面纹理色彩通透性好,同时具有良好的脚感、表面致密性强,易清洁且不易划伤。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰材料地板技术领域,涉及实木地板,尤其涉及一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板及其制造方法。
背景技术
多层实木复合地板的表板木皮层为稀缺性资源,受林业产地政策、库存所限,经常会出现供货不足的问题。木材属于天然性资源,在生长过程中受各种因素的影响,从而导致边材与芯材会有色差,局部受细菌等微生物污染形成黑线条,在成材后应用于木制品的深加工时,这些瑕疵会影响表板的美观。
行业内替代多层复合实木地板表板木皮层的办法很多,例如,浸渍纸层压木质地板,受基材所限,浸渍纸层压木质地板泡水膨胀后,影响使用,稳定性没有多层胶合板好。再例如,在多层基材上贴一层三聚氯装饰纸,再贴上三氧化二铝耐磨纸,但受材料性质所限,表板的表面装饰纸的色彩通透性差,表面致密性不强,防潮效果差;在加工过程中极易出现干湿花质量问题,并且表面贴有固化的三氧化二铝纸,板面较硬,脚感差,用户体验不佳。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明公开一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板。
技术方案:
一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板,从上至下依次包括UV漆膜(6),电子线固化膜(5)和多层基材层(7),其中,所述多层基材层(7)是以速生材单板纵横交错压贴而成的胶合板,胶合板上表面通过聚乙烯醇胶粘合电子线固化膜(5)。
所述电子线固化膜(5)表面贴有装饰性木材纹理图案层(10),所述电子线固化膜的厚度为0.2~0.6mm。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,电子线固化膜是表面装饰材料,主要成份为聚丙烯,生产厂家为大日本印刷株式会社(DNP),型号为EB膜。聚丙烯由于本身的分子结构规整度高,抗弯曲疲劳性、弹性特别强。作为地板表面装饰性材料,脚感会比其他材料好。
进一步的,所述电子线固化膜从上至下依次为电子线固化涂层(1)、透明烯烃层(2)与上色烯烃层(3)。
所述电子线固化涂层(1)厚度0.05~0.2mm,为硅交联的聚丙烯树脂涂在透明烯烃层,通过电子线照射与硅起反应,固化而成。
所述透明烯烃层(2)厚度0.05~0.2mm,即透明的聚丙烯层。
所述上色烯烃层(3)也是聚丙烯层厚度0.1~0.2mm,其上表面印有装饰性木材纹理图案层(10)。
所述UV漆膜(6)厚度0.02~0.05mm,为聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。由于聚丙烯的熔点比较低,喷涂UV涂料起隔热、表面耐灼烧作用。
进一步的,所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板的纵向两边缘适配有凸槽(8)和凹榫(9),其横向两边缘也适配有凸槽(8)和凹榫(9)。
本发明的另外一个目的,公开了所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板的制造方法。
具体包括如下步骤:
A、砂光多层基材层,确保表面平整光滑细腻;砂光完,用除尘设备清除表面砂光灰及木屑;
B、在多层基材层上表面辊涂聚乙烯醇胶,涂布量为100~140g/㎡,贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,预固化,碾去膜与胶合板之间的气泡并把两者之间胶碾均匀;
C、将贴好的板坯叠放整齐,板与板之间垫橡胶垫,橡胶垫需平整,厚度为3mm,板坯与橡胶垫之间确保整洁,无杂质;
D、包覆机过后,在30min内进入压机压制,在常温下保压30min,压力为0.2~0.4MPa,卸压后,静置48h,开料、成型;
E、成型开榫后喷涂二次UV涂料,每次喷涂量为10~20 g/㎡,过UV灯固化,下线包装。
进一步的,步骤B所述聚乙烯醇胶,在聚乙烯醇中按质量百分比2~5%添加异氰酸脂,搅拌均匀即得,优选添加2.5%异氰酸脂。
有益效果
应用本发明所述方法制得的地板,表面喷涂UV漆膜,能有效解决电子线固化膜耐灼烧性能差的缺陷;由于电子线固化膜本身的分子结构规整度高,其抗弯曲疲劳性、弹性特别强;
表面纹理色彩通透性好,同时具有良好的脚感、表面致密性强,易清洁且不易划伤。电子线固化膜地板是环保工业化产品,具有良好的装饰性和可控的纹理色差变化,能够再现各种树种的真实图案,不受自然因素影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,以使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板,从上而下依次为,UV涂料层(6)电子线固化膜(5)、多层基材(7),电子线固化膜厚度为0.3mm,印有装饰性木材纹理图案(10)。多层基材(7)是以速生材单板纵横交错压贴而成的胶合板;纵横向相对边的边缘处有适配凹榫(9)和凸槽(8)。电子线固化膜作为一种表面装饰材料,从上至下的结构依次为电子线固化涂层(1)、透明烯烃层(2)、上色烯烃层(3),上色烯烃层(3)上表面(4)印有装饰性木材纹理(10)。
电子线固化膜与多层基材之间,通过聚乙烯醇胶粘接。聚乙烯醇按质量百分比2%添加异氰酸脂。多层基材层上表面辊涂混合聚乙烯醇,涂布量为110g/㎡, 贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,预固化处理,碾去膜与胶合板之间的气泡及把两者之间胶碾均匀。将贴好的板坯叠放整齐,板与板之间垫橡胶垫。橡胶垫需平整,厚度为3mm。板坯与橡胶垫之间确保整洁,无杂质。贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,以表面无气泡为合格。贴好的板坯面对面码叠放,即板表面对表面,背面对背面。过完包覆机后,在30分钟内进入压机,在常温下保压30分钟,压力为0.25MPa。卸压后,静置48小时,开料、成型。进入UV喷涂线,喷涂UV涂料 15 g/㎡,UV灯半固化,再喷涂UV涂料15 g/㎡,UV灯完全固化。下线,包装。
实施例2
一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板,从上而下依次为,UV涂料层(6)电子线固化膜(5)、多层基材(7),电子线固化膜厚度为0.2mm,印有装饰性木材纹理图案(10)。多层基材(7)是以速生材单板纵横交错压贴而成的胶合板;纵横向相对边的边缘处有适配凹榫(9)和凸槽(8)。电子线固化膜作为一种表面装饰材料,从上至下的结构依次为电子线固化涂层(1)、铝透明烯烃层(2)、上色烯烃层(3)。上色烯烃层(3 上表面(4)印有装饰性木材纹理(11)。
电子线固化膜与多层基材之间,通过聚乙烯醇联接。聚乙烯醇按质量百分比2.5%添加异氰酸脂。多层基材层上表面辊涂混合聚乙烯醇,涂布量为100g/㎡, 贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,预固化处理,碾去膜与胶合板之间的气泡及把两者之间胶碾均匀。将贴好的板坯叠放整齐,板与板之间垫橡胶垫。橡胶垫需平整,厚度为3mm。板坯与橡胶垫之间确保整洁,无杂质。贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,以表面无气泡为合格。贴好的板坯面对面码叠放,即板表面对表面,背面对背面。过完包覆机后,在30分钟内进入压机,在常温下保压30分钟,压力为0.2MPa。卸压后,静置48小时,开料、成型。进入UV喷涂线,喷涂UV涂料20g/㎡,UV灯半固化,再喷涂UV涂料15 g/㎡,UV灯完全固化。下线,包装。

1.一种电子线固化膜多层复合地板,从上至下依次包括UV漆膜(6),电子线固化膜(5)和多层基材层(7),其特征在于:所述多层基材层(7)是以速生材单板纵横交错压贴而成的胶合板,胶合板上表面通过聚乙烯醇胶粘合电子线固化膜(5),所述聚乙烯醇胶,在聚乙烯醇中按质量百分比2~5%添加异氰酸脂,搅拌均匀即得;所述电子线固化膜(5)的厚度为0.2~0.6mm,表面贴有装饰性木材纹理图案层(10);所述电子线固化膜从上至下依次为电子线固化涂层(1)、透明烯烃层(2)与上色烯烃层(3),其中,所述电子线固化涂层(1)厚度0.05~0.2mm,为硅交联的聚丙烯树脂涂在透明烯烃层,通过电子线照射与硅起反应,固化而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述透明烯烃层(2)厚度0.05~0.2mm,即透明的聚丙烯层。
3.根据权利要求1所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述上色烯烃层(3)也是聚丙烯层,厚度0.1~0.2mm,其上表面印有装饰性木材纹理图案层(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述UV漆膜(6)厚度0.02~0.05mm,为聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇胶,在聚乙烯醇中按质量百分比2.5%添加异氰酸脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板的纵向两边缘适配有凸槽(8)和凹榫(9),其横向两边缘也适配有凸槽(8)和凹榫(9)。
7.制造如权利要求1-6任一所述电子线固化膜多层复合地板的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、砂光多层基材层,确保表面平整光滑细腻;砂光完,用除尘设备清除表面砂光灰及木屑;
B、在多层基材层上表面辊涂聚乙烯醇胶,涂布量为100~140g/㎡,贴上电子线固化膜,通过包覆机碾平,预固化,碾去膜与胶合板之间的气泡并把两者之间胶碾均匀,所述聚乙烯醇胶,在聚乙烯醇中按质量百分比2~5%添加异氰酸脂,搅拌均匀即得;
C、将贴好的板坯叠放整齐,板与板之间垫橡胶垫,橡胶垫需平整,厚度为3mm,板坯与橡胶垫之间确保整洁,无杂质;
D、包覆机过后,在30min内进入压机压制,在常温下保压30min,压力为0.2~0.4MPa,卸压后,静置48h,开料、成型;
E、成型开榫后喷涂二次UV涂料,每次喷涂量为10~20 g/㎡,过UV灯固化,下线包装。
