本发明涉及一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:柚子40‑50份,柠檬5‑10份,蜂蜜6‑10份,苹果5‑10份,葡萄3‑5份,果胶酶0.5‑1份,微量元素0.5‑1份。采用纯天然材料提取,无毒无害,不添加化学物质,营养价值高,有效补充人体所需的微量元素,降血糖、清热解毒、去火护肝,有效缓解心血管疾病和肾脏病,对糖尿病、血管硬化等疾病有辅助治疗作用,美容养颜,抗衰老,含有的天然叶酸,促进胎儿发育,缓解孕妇贫血的发生,成本低,适用范围广,综合效益高。

本发明涉及一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代的人们,或出于健康,或因为爱美,都很注重膳食平衡,强调多吃水果,同时希望可以更简便获取营养。近年来,健康保健饮料发展非常迅速,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对饮料的要求不仅是爽口、安全卫生,而且要求营养、保健,能够有利于身心健康。但是目前市场中现有的果汁,大量添加防腐剂等工业元素,破坏其原来的营养价值,不适合所有人饮用,长期饮用甚至造成一定的身体损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:柚子40-50份,柠檬 5-10份,蜂蜜6-10份,苹果5-10份,葡萄3-5份,果胶酶0.5-1份,微量元素0.5-1份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:优选的成分配比为:柚子50份,柠檬 9份,蜂蜜10份,苹果8份,葡萄4份,果胶酶0. 9份,微量元素1份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、清洗:采摘新鲜的柚子、柠檬、苹果和葡萄,使用清洗机洗净;
B、去皮:将洗净后的柚子和柠檬去皮;
C、榨汁:将去皮后的柚子、柠檬、苹果和葡萄按照重量组份混合进行榨汁;
D、搅拌:将蜂蜜、果胶酶和微量元素投入到榨汁后的果汁中,搅拌均匀;
E、消毒杀菌:将搅拌后的混合果汁投入紫外线消毒柜中进行消毒杀菌,时间为2-5min;
F、包装:消毒杀菌后的果汁灌注到杀毒后的易拉罐中进行真空包装,即为成品。
本发明的有益效果:
采用纯天然材料提取,无毒无害,不添加化学物质,营养价值高,有效补充人体所需的微量元素,降血糖、清热解毒、去火护肝,有效缓解心血管疾病和肾脏病,对糖尿病、血管硬化等疾病有辅助治疗作用,美容养颜,抗衰老,含有的天然叶酸,促进胎儿发育,缓解孕妇贫血的发生,成本低,适用范围广,综合效益高。

柚子44份,柠檬 6份,蜂蜜6份,苹果5份,葡萄5份,果胶酶0.6份,微量元素0.9份。

一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:
柚子48份,柠檬10份,蜂蜜8份,苹果10份,葡萄4份,果胶酶0.7份,微量元素0.7份。

一种保健柚子汁及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:
柚子42份,柠檬 7份,蜂蜜7份,苹果6份,葡萄3份,果胶酶0.5份,微量元素0.8份。

其制备方法如下:
A、清洗:采摘新鲜的柚子、柠檬、苹果和葡萄,使用清洗机洗净;
B、去皮:将洗净后的柚子和柠檬去皮;
C、榨汁:将去皮后的柚子、柠檬、苹果和葡萄按照重量组份混合进行榨汁;
D、搅拌:将蜂蜜、果胶酶和微量元素投入到榨汁后的果汁中,搅拌均匀;
E、消毒杀菌:将搅拌后的混合果汁投入紫外线消毒柜中进行消毒杀菌,时间为4min;
F、包装:消毒杀菌后的果汁灌注到杀毒后的易拉罐中进行真空包装,即为成品。
