果蔬汁是用生的蔬菜和新鲜水果榨在一起的汁,在空腹状态下提供我们身体的营养,能量和健康。目前市售的果蔬汁为了保持其色泽,往往会在果蔬汁中加入各种添加剂,果蔬含量很少,营养不全面,保健功能不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种营养丰富、制作方法简便的具有降血压及美容作用的营果肉果蔬饮料及其制作方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种营养果肉果蔬饮料,主要由下述按重量份配比计的原料混合、榨汁制成:
牛蒡120-180
胡萝卜80-120
新鲜葡萄柚180-220
苹果120-180
菠萝120-180
西红柿50-80
柠檬汁20-40
蜂蜜30-60
上述营养果肉果蔬饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤;
(1)将牛蒡、胡萝卜洗净,去皮,切成小段,加入原料总量30%的冷开水,榨汁,备用;
(2)将新鲜葡萄柚、苹果、菠萝、西红柿分别洗净,去皮、籽,切块;
(3)将切块后的葡萄柚、苹果、菠萝、西红柿加入步骤(1)的牛蒡汁中混合、榨汁;
(4)加入柠檬汁和蜂蜜,混匀;
(5)将榨取液及榨取物一同装瓶,灭菌,冷冻即成。
本发明的优点是:配方中所述:
牛蒡含有人体必需的各种氨基酸,具有治疗糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抗癌等作用。可降血糖、降血压、血脂、治疗失眠,提高人体免疫力等功效。
胡萝卜能增强人体免疫力,有抗癌作用,所含胡萝卜素可清除致人衰老的自由基,除维生素A外,所含的B族维生素和维生素C等招牌营养素也有润皮肤,抗衰老的作用,能增进消化,并有杀菌作用。
葡萄柚含有宝贵的天然维生素P和丰富的维生素C以及可溶性纤维素。维生素P可以增强皮肤及毛孔的功能,有利于皮肤保健和美容。维生素C可参与人体胶原蛋白合成,促进抗体的生成,以增强肌体的解毒功能。
西红柿营养丰富,具有减肥瘦身、消除疲劳、增进食欲、提高对蛋白质的消化、减少胃胀食积等功效。
菠萝具有清暑解渴、消食止泻、补脾胃、固元气、益气血、消食、祛湿、养颜瘦身等功效,
苹果中营养成份可溶性大,易被人体吸收,并富含铜、碘、锰、锌、钾等元素,有利于溶解硫元素,既能减肥,又可使皮肤润滑柔嫩。
柠檬富含维生素C和维生素P,能增强血管弹性和韧性,可预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗塞症状。还含有维生素B1.维生素B2.维生素C、有机酸等多种营养成分,具有很强的抗氧化作用,对促进肌肤的新陈代谢、延缓衰老及抑制色素沉着等十分有效。

一种营养果肉果蔬饮料的制作方法,包括如下步骤;
(1)将牛蒡150g、胡萝卜100g洗净,去皮,切成小段,加入原料总量30%的冷开水,榨汁,备用;
(2)将新鲜葡萄柚、苹果、菠萝、西红柿分别洗净,去皮、籽,切块;
(3)将切块后的葡萄柚150g、苹果150g、菠萝150g、西红柿60g加入步骤(1)的牛蒡、胡萝卜汁中混合、榨汁;
(4)加入30ml柠檬汁和50ml蜂蜜,混匀;
(5)将榨取液及榨取物一同装瓶,灭菌,冷冻,并将瓶子倒置,防止空气进入使瓶内真空,即成。

牛蒡120-180
胡萝卜80-120
新鲜葡萄柚180-220
苹果120-180
菠萝120-180
西红柿50-80
柠檬汁20-40
蜂蜜30-60。
2.权利要求1所述营养果肉果蔬饮料的制作方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤;
(1)将牛蒡、胡萝卜、洗净,去皮,切成小段,加入原料总量30%的冷开水,榨汁,备用;
