本发明涉及食品加工领域,特别涉及一种天麻饮料。
背景技术
市面上形形色色的饮料很多,但是其中很多都是属于碳酸类饮品或者是加入了大量的添加剂,长期饮用会对人们的身体健康造成不利影响。鉴于药食同源的道理,人们开始寻找既能防病、治病,又不产生毒副作用的药食两用的保健食品,天麻是一种较为名贵的药材,具有平肝息风、通络止痛的功效,临床多用于头痛眩晕、肢体麻木、小儿惊风、癫痫、抽搐、破伤风等症,近年来的研究发现天麻还具有增智、健脑、延缓衰老的作用,对老年性痴呆症有一定的疗效。目前市面上还未出现天麻制成的饮料,因此有必要研制出适合人们食用的以天麻为主要原料的饮料。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种口感酸甜适中、营养丰富、镇静安神、促进消化的对人体极为有益的天麻饮料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
该天麻饮料,按重量份计,其由以下原料组成:天麻汁10-20份、刺梨汁10-20份、蜂蜜10-20份、牛奶50-70份、山楂汁5-10份、茶多酚粉0.5-1份;将上述原料放入容器中混料,然后进行均质、脱气处理,最后灭菌、灌装;
其中,天麻汁的制备方法是:将鲜天麻洗净晾干表面水分,用榨汁机将晾干水分的鲜天麻榨取汁液,并用100目滤网滤除残渣留汁得到。
特别地,按重量份计,其由以下原料组成:天麻汁15份;刺梨汁15份;蜂蜜15份;牛奶60份;山楂汁8份;茶多酚粉0.6份。
本发明根据药食同源的道理研制而成,根据天麻所具有的药用、营养特性,将其制成饮用方便且能够保持其有效成分的饮料,既适应现代社会快节奏的需要,又能够适时地进行滋补;其中天麻具有息风止痉;平肝阳;祛风通络的效果;刺梨汁含有丰富的维生素,能够增强人体的抵抗力,具有良好的消渴保健效果;山楂汁可以促进消化,调整口味,而茶多酚具有较强的抗氧化作用,还具有抑菌作用,如对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等有抑制作用。它既可起到天然色素的作用,又可防止食品退色,另外,它还具有抑制亚硝酸盐的形成和积累作用。
