Abstract

本发明公开了一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,采用质量比80%的叔丁基二苯基磷酸酯与20%的烷基萘复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、抗磨剂、抗泡剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、橡胶膨胀剂、极压剂等。本发明的组合物具有优良的抗剪切稳定性、热氧化安定性、抗磨承载能力、良好的低温性和流动性、密封性、冷却性、抗泡性和空气释放性、导热性、防腐性、防锈性。

技术领域
本发明一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物属于液压系统润滑剂领域。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和人类活动范围不断拓宽,船舰航行极端环境的情况不断增加,特别在极地航行,这就要求有关船舰中的液压系统要适应于这类工况。船舰机械装置中以液体为工作介质进行能量传递和转换,利用密闭溶剂内液体的压力能传递和转换能量称为液压传功,其工作介质称为液压油,液压油作为液压系统的重要组成部分之一,在系统运转过程中,除了实现能量传递、转换和控制外,还起着系统的润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐作用。液压油质量的优劣直接影响液压系统的灵活性、准确性和可靠性。据统计,液压油引起的故障占液压系统故障的1/2左右,随着液压技术的不断发展(数字化、大功率、环境友好、小体积、高压力、超低温、高精洁度、耐燃),对液压油提出了严格的性能要求,要求其具有优良的抗剪切稳定性、热氧化安定性、抗磨承载能力、良好的低温性和流动性、密封性、冷却性、抗泡性和空气释放性、导热性、防腐性、防锈性等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优良的抗剪切稳定性、热氧化安定性、抗磨承载能力、良好的低温性和流动性、密封性、冷却性、抗泡性和空气释放性、导热性、防腐性、防锈性的低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,采用质量比80%的叔丁基二苯基磷酸酯与20%的烷基萘复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502与50%的4,4-亚甲基双T511复合。
抗磨剂是质量比50%的硫代磷酸胺盐T307与50%的磷酸三甲酚酯T306复合;抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻二唑衍生物T561与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基丁二酸半酯T747与50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
橡胶膨胀剂是双酯;极压剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明的组合物具有优良的抗剪切稳定性、热氧化安定性、抗磨承载能力、良好的低温性和流动性、密封性、冷却性、抗泡性和空气释放性、导热性、防腐性、防锈性。

1.一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比80%的叔丁基二苯基磷酸酯与20%的烷基萘复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是质量比50%的硫代磷酸胺盐T307与50%的磷酸三甲酚酯T306复合;抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻二唑衍生物T561与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基丁二酸半酯T747与50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种低温耐燃船舰液压油的组合物,其特征在于橡胶膨胀剂是双酯;极压剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
