Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用海绵配方,制作原料包括采用份数为聚醚多元醇0‑50份,聚合物多元醇0‑50份,催化剂0‑0.5份,海藻硅酸钠0‑5%、甲壳素0‑10份,硅油0‑2份,发泡剂0‑7份,甲苯二异氰酸酯45‑70份。本发明通过采用亲水性聚醚,在配方体系里添加适量的海藻硅酸钠以及甲壳素,能有效的改善海绵的止血、抗菌及助进伤口愈合的功能。由于添加的这两种特殊原料,都是固体,在添加的过程中,存在一定操作难点。同时还存在含水量不可控的因素,容易造成发泡失败。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医用海绵域,具体为一种医用海绵配方及制作工艺。
背景技术
海绵,是一种多孔材料,具有良好的吸水性,能够用于清洁物品。人们常用的海绵由木纤维素纤维或发泡塑料聚合物制成。另外,也有由海绵动物制成的天然海绵,大多数天然海绵用于身体清洁或绘画。另外,还有三类其他材料制成的合成海绵,分别为低密度聚醚(不吸水海绵)、聚乙烯醇(高吸水材料,无明显气孔)和聚酯。
海绵的生产工艺一般为:将发泡树脂,发泡助剂和粘合剂树脂(使成品具有粘合性)混合在一起;B.进行发泡加工。将80份乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、20份APAO PT 3385、20份偶氮二甲酰胺、l9份CaCO和0.6份过氧化二异丙苯混合在一起,置于模具中发泡,并用机械力击破闭孔,即可制得发泡海绵。其密度(d)为0.028g/cm,25%的压缩硬度为1.9KPa。
海绵的成分大多是聚氨酯,就跟发泡一样同样的材料不同的制造工艺就会造出不同的东。PU海绵主要包括聚酯及聚醚型可切片或卷切,亦可根据客户要求复合加工,热压加工及爆破开孔处理等。PU海绵由于其具有保温、隔热、吸音、减震、阻燃、防静电、透气性能好等特性,故涉及各种行业,包括汽车工业、电池工业、化妆品业、胸围内衣制造业及高档家具制造业等。
此外,海绵应用在医疗上,被称为医用海绵,现有技术中的医用海绵,尤其是聚氨酯软泡-海绵通常情况下是疏水性的,不具备止血,助进伤口愈合以及抗菌的作用,作为医用材料,对伤口的处理效果不理想。
因此,制作一种对伤口处理效果比较明显的医用还面试现有技术需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用海绵配方及制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的产品布置不合理,不能提供多种不同的热量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用海绵配方,制作原料包括聚醚多元醇,聚合物多元醇,催化剂,海藻硅酸钠、甲壳素,硅油,发泡剂和甲苯二异氰酸酯;其特征在于:所述的制作原料采用份数为聚醚多元醇0-50份,聚合物多元醇0-50份,催化剂0-0.5份,海藻硅酸钠0-5%、甲壳素0-10份,硅油0-2份,发泡剂0-7份,甲苯二异氰酸酯45-70份。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案,所述聚醚多元醇为亲水性聚醚,羟值56mgKOH/g的多元醇,聚合物多元醇为羟值30mgKOH/g的多元醇,催化剂为胺类和锡类催化剂,发泡剂为水。
一种医用海绵的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一,材料选择;步骤二生产加工;步骤三,切割成型;其特征在于:

1,通过采用亲水性聚醚,在配方体系里添加适量的海藻硅酸钠以及甲壳素,能有效的改善海绵的止血、抗菌及助进伤口愈合的功能。
2,由于添加的这两种特殊原料,都是固体,在添加的过程中,存在一定操作难点。同时还存在含水量不可控的因素,容易造成发泡失败。
3,首先需要对这两种原料的粒径以及含水量进行控制,然后按照一定比例,同发泡聚醚进行预混合,最后添加到发泡体系里,使得发泡操作变得具体可控。

实施例1:由以下按重量份数最佳配比的原料制成:聚醚多元醇80份,聚合物多元醇20份,催化剂0.5份,海藻硅酸钠1份,甲壳素8份,硅油1.8份,发泡剂4.5份,甲苯二异氰酸酯60份。通过再生产加工,切割成需要的样品形状,应用在医疗上伤口处理效果较明显。
通过采用上述制作材料及制备方法,本发明

1.一种医用海绵配方,制作原料包括聚醚多元醇,聚合物多元醇,催化剂,海藻硅酸钠、甲壳素,硅油,发泡剂和甲苯二异氰酸酯;其特征在于:所述的制作原料采用份数为聚醚多元醇0-50份,聚合物多元醇0-50份,催化剂0-0.5份,海藻硅酸钠0-5%、甲壳素0-10份,硅油0-2份,发泡剂0-7份,甲苯二异氰酸酯45-70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种医用海绵配方,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为亲水性聚醚,羟值56mgKOH/g的多元醇,聚合物多元醇为羟值30mgKOH/g的多元醇,催化剂为胺类和锡类催化剂,发泡剂为水。
