本发明涉及海绵技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵是常见的生活用品,是一种多孔材料,具有良好的吸水性,能够用于清洁物品。人们常用的海绵由木纤维素纤维或发泡塑料聚合物制成。另外,也有由海绵动物制成的天然海绵,大多数天然海绵用于身体清洁或绘画。还有三种其他材料制成的合成海绵,分别为低密度聚醚(不吸水海绵)、聚乙烯醇(高吸水材料,无明显气孔)和聚酯。
传统的海绵容易发霉、滋生细菌和螨虫,对人体造成伤害,产生各种疾病,因此,需要提供一种具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵,包括上下复合的抗螨海绵体和防霉海绵体,所述防霉海绵体为三明治结构,包括从上往下依次复合的上海绵层、活性防霉膜和下海绵层;
所述抗螨海绵体、上海绵层和下海绵层均按照重量组分包括如下原料:聚氧乙烯醇30-80份、聚醚多元醇3-50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10-30份、催化剂15-35份、泡沫稳定剂8-30份、交联剂3-12份、防螨剂1-8份、水10-25份;
所述活性防霉膜按照重量组分包括如下原料:渗透型活性防水剂60-100份、固化剂3-8份、防霉抗菌剂0.5-5份、水200-500份。
其中,所述防螨剂按照重量组分包括如下原料:粘合剂0.3-1份、防螨精油5-12份、超细艾草粉3-10份、活性炭4-9份、水2-5份。
其中,所述防螨剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1-1)按照配方比将超细艾草粉加入水中,搅拌;
(1-2)向步骤(1-1)的混合物中加入防螨精油和活性炭,搅拌均匀;
(1-3)向步骤(1-2)的混合物中加入粘合剂,搅拌均匀,得防螨剂。
其中,所述渗透型活性防水剂按照重量组分包括如下原料:纳米硅酸钠30-50份、界面活性剂1-5份、钙盐10-23份。
优选的,所述界面活性剂为三乙醇胺酯、酯基酰胺型季铵盐、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述钙盐为无水氯化钙或硝酸钙。
本发明还提供一种具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵的制备方法,包括抗螨海绵体的制备、防霉海绵体的制备和具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵的制备,其中,所述抗螨海绵体的制备包括如下步骤:
(2-1)按照配方比称取聚氧乙烯醇、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂、交联剂、防螨剂、水备用;
(2-2)将步骤(2-1)中称取的聚氧乙烯醇、聚醚多元醇、防螨剂和水放入搅拌机中,搅拌时间为50-80min,搅拌温度为20-30℃,得到混合物A;
(2-3)将步骤(2-1)中称取的催化剂加入到步骤(2-2)中得到的混合物A中继续搅拌,搅拌时间为10-18min,搅拌温度为20-30℃,得到混合物B;
(2-4)将步骤(2-1)中称取的甲苯二异氰酸酯和交联剂加入到步骤(2-3)中得到的混合物B中继续搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min,搅拌温度为13-25℃,得到混合物C;
(2-5)将步骤(2-4)中得到的混合物C和步骤(2-1)中称取的泡沫稳定剂一起加入到泡沫搅拌机中进行高速搅拌,搅拌时间为40-60min,搅拌温度为50-60℃,发泡结束后即得到具有防螨功能的抗螨海绵体。
其中,所述防霉海绵体的制备包括如下步骤:
(3-1)活性防霉膜的制备:将配方量的渗透型活性防水剂、固化剂、防霉抗菌剂和水投入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀,得到活性防霉膜溶液;然后将活性防霉膜溶液倒入制膜机中,制成2-10mm厚的活性防霉膜;
(3-2)防霉海绵体的制备:抗螨海绵体分别加工成与活性防霉膜平面面积相当的上海绵层和下海绵层, 然后将活性防霉膜复合在上、下海绵层之间,制成三明治结构的防霉海绵体。
其中,具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵的制备方法为:将防霉海绵体复合在抗螨海绵体的一侧,得到具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵;
所述防霉海绵体与抗螨海绵体之间的连接为固定连接或可拆卸式连接。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:本发明在抗螨海绵体中增加了防螨剂,并在抗螨海绵体内增加了一层活性防霉膜,制备的海绵具备良好的抗螨、防霉效果,抑螨率≥85%,表面霉菌生长级别为0。本发明提供的具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵的制备方法简单合理,生产成本低、效率高。

所述抗螨海绵体1、上海绵层21和下海绵层23均按照重量组分包括如下原料:聚氧乙烯醇30-80份、聚醚多元醇3-50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10-30份、催化剂15-35份、泡沫稳定剂8-30份、交联剂3-12份、防螨剂1-8份、水10-25份。
其中,所述防螨剂按照重量组分包括如下原料:粘合剂0.3-1份、防螨精油5-12份、超细艾草粉3-10份、活性炭4-9份、水2-5份。
所述防螨剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1-1)按照配方比将超细艾草粉加入水中,搅拌;
(1-2)向步骤(1-1)的混合物中加入防螨精油和活性炭,搅拌均匀;

所述防霉海绵体的制备包括如下步骤:
(3-1)活性防霉膜的制备:将配方量的渗透型活性防水剂、固化剂、防霉抗菌剂和水投入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀,得到活性防霉膜溶液;然后将活性防霉膜溶液倒入制膜机中,制成2-10mm厚的活性防霉膜;
(3-2)防霉海绵体的制备:抗螨海绵体分别加工成与活性防霉膜平面面积相当的上海绵层和下海绵层, 然后将活性防霉膜复合在上、下海绵层之间,制成三明治结构的防霉海绵体。
(4)将防霉海绵体复合在抗螨海绵体的一侧,得到具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵;其中,所述防霉海绵体与抗螨海绵体之间的连接为固定连接或可拆卸式连接。当防霉海绵体与抗螨海绵体之间为可拆卸式连接式,可以根据需要选择用或不用防霉海绵体。

(3-1)活性防霉膜的制备:将配方量的渗透型活性防水剂、固化剂、防霉抗菌剂和水投入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀,得到活性防霉膜溶液;然后将活性防霉膜溶液倒入制膜机中,制成2-10mm厚的活性防霉膜;
(3-2)防霉海绵体的制备:抗螨海绵体分别加工成与活性防霉膜平面面积相当的上海绵层和下海绵层, 然后将活性防霉膜复合在上、下海绵层之间,制成三明治结构的防霉海绵体。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,将防霉海绵体复合在抗螨海绵体的一侧,得到具有防霉抗螨功能的海绵;
所述防霉海绵体与抗螨海绵体之间的连接为固定连接或可拆卸式连接。
