Abstract

本发明涉及一种表达阿维菌素或其类似物的重组微生物及其构建方法。还涉及利用所述重组微生物生产阿维菌素或其类似物的方法,以及利用本发明方法获得的阿维菌素或其类似物。此外本发明还涉及所得阿维菌素或其类似物用作杀虫剂的用途。利用本发明的重组微生物生产阿维菌素或其类似物具有众多优点,例如至少包括以下一种:稳定性好、得率高,工艺简单,环境友好,极大地节省生产成本。
