Abstract
一种转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承,包括轴圈、座圈、圆锥滚子、外壳,座圈的底部设有环状的座圈凹槽,外壳为环状,外壳的底部嵌入所述座圈凹槽中,外壳与座圈压装成一体,并且外壳侧壁与轴圈的侧壁留有间隙,以使轴圈灵活转动并防止大颗粒进入轴承内部,轴圈和座圈的内侧设有环状的滚道,滚道的底部的倾角与圆锥滚子的侧面的倾角相同,滚道的侧壁为挡边,圆锥滚子满装于轴圈和座圈的滚道中。本发明的转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承的双滚道能够保证轴承恶劣的工作环境下也能够长时间使用;外壳、外油封圈、内油封圈的三重保护能够阻挡碎石、污水、粉尘等进入轴承,同时能够有效减少轴承润滑脂的溢出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轴承领域,尤其涉及一种转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
重卡汽车的前桥转向节使用的轴承一般暴露在周围环境中。特别是矿山车辆,路面的碎石、污水和环境中的粉尘会对轴承的使用产生很大的影响。现有技术中前桥转向节的轴承有推力球轴承、滑动片推力轴承、单滚道推力圆锥滚子轴承等。推力球轴承承载能力差,对环境质量要求较高,常常不能满足要求;滑动片推力轴承摩擦阻力较大,在使用一段时期后尤其明显,对汽车转向性能有不好的影响;单滚道推力圆锥滚子轴承承载能力有一定的提高,但在使用过程中常出现滚道挡边的早期疲劳及断裂失效。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术出现的不足,提供一种使用寿命较长的转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承。
一种转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承,包括轴圈、座圈、圆锥滚子、外壳、内油封圈、外油封圈,座圈的底部设有环状的座圈凹槽,外壳为环状,外壳的底部嵌入所述座圈凹槽中,外壳与座圈压装成一体,并且外壳侧壁与轴圈的侧壁留有间隙,以使轴圈灵活转动并防止大颗粒进入轴承内部,轴圈和座圈的内侧设有环状的滚道,滚道的底部的倾角与圆锥滚子的侧面的倾角相同,滚道的侧壁为挡边,圆锥滚子满装于轴圈和座圈的滚道中,圆锥滚子的外侧与挡边接触,外壳的侧壁的上端向内压制,以将轴承的座圈和轴圈包裹在外壳中,所述轴圈和座圈的内侧还设置安装内油封圈的槽台,内油封圈嵌入槽台中,外油封圈为弹性件,外油封圈卡在圆锥滚子外侧的轴圈和座圈之间的间隙处,以防止水、灰尘等小颗粒杂物进入轴承内部,同时阻止轴承润滑脂溢出。
有益效果:本发明的转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承的双滚道能够保证轴承恶劣的工作环境下也能够长时间使用;外壳、外油封圈、内油封圈的三重保护能够阻挡碎石、污水、粉尘等进入轴承,同时能够有效减少轴承润滑脂的溢出。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将对实施例中所需要使用的附图作简单的介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。
请参看图1和图2,一种转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承,包括轴圈10、座圈20、圆锥滚子30、外壳40、内油封圈50、外油封圈60,座圈20的底部设有环状的座圈凹槽201,外壳40为环状,外壳40的底部嵌入所述座圈凹槽201中,外壳40与座圈20压装成一体,并且外壳40侧壁与轴圈10的侧壁留有间隙,以使轴圈10灵活转动并防止大颗粒进入轴承内部,轴圈10和座圈20的内侧设有环状的滚道301,滚道301的底部的倾角与圆锥滚子30的侧面的倾角相同,滚道301的侧壁为挡边302,圆锥滚子30满装于轴圈10和座圈20的滚道301中,圆锥滚子30的外侧与挡边302接触,外壳40侧壁的上端向内压制,以将轴承的座圈20和轴圈10包裹在外壳40中,所述轴圈10和座圈20的内侧还设置安装内油封圈50的槽台501,内油封圈50嵌入槽台501中,外油封圈60为弹性件,外油封圈60卡在圆锥滚子30外侧的轴圈10和座圈20之间的间隙处,以防止水、灰尘等小颗粒杂物进入轴承内部,同时阻止轴承润滑脂溢出。
圆锥滚子30满装于轴圈10和座圈20的滚道301中形成满装滚子轴承,满装滚子轴承不设置保持架,在同样宽度下,满装滚子轴承与带保持架的轴承相比,满装滚子轴承承载能力更高,径向截面更小,可以节省空间。
现有技术中的单滚道的推力圆锥滚子轴承只有座圈20上设有滚道301,轴圈10的工作面是一个平面,没有滚道301。这样,轴承所承受的轴向力会产生一个分力作用于滚道301挡边302上。一般轴承的挡边302宽度较窄,这样就会对挡边302产生较大的应力,根据对单滚道301产品的跟踪分析,挡边302的早期疲劳及断裂失效是轴承的最主要失效形式。而本发明中,轴圈10和座圈20的内侧都设有滚道301,形成双滚道301,使轴承具有两个挡边302。两个挡边302能够分担圆锥滚子30的轴向力,挡边302所承受的应力变小,从而延长了轴承的使用寿命。
在一较佳实施方式中,内油封圈50为塑料制品。内油封圈50的主要作用是防止轴承在使用前因搬运、安装等方式不当所造成的污染,同时也有保持轴承润滑脂的作用。
在一较佳实施方式中,外油封圈60为橡胶制品。
进一步的,所述外油封圈60的外侧设有环状的封圈凹槽601。
外油封圈60是靠自身的弹性卡在圆锥滚子30外侧的轴圈10和座圈20之间的间隙处,由于外油封圈60安装到位后,自身还存在变形,封圈凹槽601通过自身的挤压变形可以卸除安装外油封圈60时的压力,如果没有封圈凹槽601,那么对于外油封圈60的尺寸要求就比较高,外油封圈60尺寸过大就不容易安装进去。但是在有封圈凹槽601的情况下,外油封圈60产生的变形只是会让封圈凹槽601的间隙变小,对于外油封圈60的尺寸要求就比较宽泛。
所述转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承通过外壳40、外油封圈60、内油封圈50的三重保护,能够有效将碎石、污水、粉尘等阻挡在外,同时还能够减少轴承润滑脂的溢出,增长了轴承的使用寿命。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括轴圈、座圈、圆锥滚子、外壳、内油封圈、外油封圈,座圈的底部设有环状的座圈凹槽,外壳为环状,外壳的底部嵌入所述座圈凹槽中,外壳与座圈压装成一体,并且外壳侧壁与轴圈的侧壁留有间隙,以使轴圈灵活转动并防止大颗粒进入轴承内部,轴圈和座圈的内侧设有环状的滚道,滚道的底部的倾角与圆锥滚子的侧面的倾角相同,滚道的侧壁为挡边,圆锥滚子满装于轴圈和座圈的滚道中,圆锥滚子的外侧与挡边接触,外壳的侧壁的上端向内压制,以将轴承的座圈和轴圈包裹在外壳中,所述轴圈和座圈的内侧还设置安装内油封圈的槽台,内油封圈嵌入槽台中,所述外油封圈为弹性件,外油封圈卡在圆锥滚子外侧的轴圈和座圈之间的间隙处,以防止水、灰尘等小颗粒杂物进入轴承内部,同时阻止轴承润滑脂溢出。
2.如权利要求1所述的转向节专用推力圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述外油封圈的外侧设有环状的封圈凹槽。
