本实用新型公开了一种传动轴支承轴承,包括有内圈和外圈,外圈套在内圈外侧,外圈和内圈的配合面间有环形滚道,环形滚道内有多个沿滚道呈环形排列的滚动体钢球,多个滚动体钢球外套有一保持器,外圈和内圈的配合面间还有位于滚道外侧的密封槽,密封槽内设有内密封件和外密封件双层密封件,双层密封件与内、外圈的接触部位处设有密封唇口,内密封件与内圈接触部位的密封唇口迂回延伸至与外密封件的内壁连接。本实用新型密封性能好,能适应轴承安装后暴露在空气中的工况。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于差速器输出端的轴承,主要是一种传动轴支承轴承。
背景技术
传动轴支承轴承位于差速器输出端,支承中间轴,在工作时轴承承受很小的径向负荷及轴向载荷,工作转速较低,故轴承正常安装使用疲劳失效发生的可能性很小;但由于轴承裸露在空气中,直接与外界接触,故该类轴承密封性能有特殊要求,要求密封性能好,同时由于轴承安装孔的不同心度较大,装配后难以保证其有较高的同心度,故要求该类轴承有较好的调心性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种传动轴支承轴承,其采用双层密封件,且有迂回密封唇口,密封性能好,能适应轴承安装后暴露在空气中的工况,也能够适应高低温较大温差。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种传动轴支承轴承,包括有内圈和外圈,所述外圈套在内圈外侧,所述外圈和内圈的配合面间有环形滚道,所述环形滚道内有多个沿滚道呈环形排列的滚动体钢球,多个滚动体钢球外套有一保持器,所述外圈和内圈的配合面间还有位于滚道外侧的密封槽,所述密封槽内设有内密封件和外密封件双层密封件,所述双层密封件与内、外圈的接触部位处设有密封唇口,所述内密封件与内圈接触部位的密封唇口迂回延伸至与外密封件的内壁连接。
所述密封唇口与内、外圈接触部位的表面采用磨削加工。
一般通用轴承设计时,由于考虑到轴承安装时的不同心度较小,不需要轴承有较大的调心能力,安装轴承外圈的孔与安装轴不能有太大的偏转角,故轴承内、外圈沟率半径选择较小,以提高轴承的承载能力。
由于本实用新型支承轴承安装条件限制,轴承安装后其外孔与内轴的偏转角难以达到深沟球轴承对偏转角的安装要求,故设计时加大轴承外圈的沟曲率半径,以增强轴承的调心能力,偏转角为13’~28’。轴承可以在较大挠度轴的工况下正常工作。本实用新型外形尺寸方面不同于国家标准轴承,其外形尺寸是根据差速器的固定安装空间进行独特设计的;本实用新型在润滑方面,采用宽温度适应范围的高性能油脂。
泥水或灰尘要进入轴承内部,必须经过双层密封件和迂回的路径,经过密封唇口的阻挡,大大降低异物进入轴承的可能性,在密封唇口与轴承内、外圈接触部位的表面采用磨削加工是为了降低表面粗糙度,提高密封性能。使轴承在污染较重工况下正常工作,实现轴承长寿命。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型密封性能好,能适应轴承安装后暴露在空气中的工况,也能够适应高低温较大温差。

参见图1,一种传动轴支承轴承,包括有内圈1和外圈2,所述外圈2套在内圈1外侧,所述外圈2和内圈1的配合面间有环形滚道3,所述环形滚道3内有多个沿滚道呈环形排列的滚动体钢球4,多个滚动体钢球4外套有一保持器8;所述外圈2和内圈1的配合面间还有位于滚道外侧的密封槽,所述密封槽内设有内密封件5和外密封件6双层密封件,所述双层密封件5、6与内、外圈的接触部位处设有密封唇口7,所述内密封件5与内圈接触部位的密封唇口迂回延伸至与外密封件6的内壁连接。

1.一种传动轴支承轴承,包括有内圈和外圈,所述外圈套在内圈外侧,所述外圈和内圈的配合面间有环形滚道,所述环形滚道内有多个沿滚道呈环形排列的滚动体钢球,多个滚动体钢球外套有一保持器,其特征在于:所述外圈和内圈的配合面间还有位于环形滚道外侧的密封槽,所述密封槽内设有内密封件和外密封件双层密封件,所述双层密封件与内、外圈的接触部位处设有密封唇口,所述内密封件与内圈接触部位的密封唇口迂回延伸至与外密封件的内壁连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种传动轴支承轴承,其特征在于:所述密封唇口与内、外圈接触部位的表面采用磨削加工。
