本发明涉及一种球轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,包括内圈、外圈、保持架、钢球、左橡胶密封圈和右橡胶密封圈,右橡胶密封圈的断面中部设置有向右侧凹陷的右封圈凹槽,左橡胶密封圈内硫化设置有L形骨架,左橡胶密封圈的断面内缘设置呈Y形的左封圈内唇边,外缘设置左封圈外唇边,中部设置左封圈接触唇边;左封圈接触唇边的右端向右向内倾斜,并抵靠在右封圈凹槽的槽底上,右橡胶密封圈内硫化设置凹槽状骨架,右橡胶密封圈的断面内缘设置右封圈内唇边、外缘设置右封圈外唇边。本发明具有密封性好,能够防止润滑油从轴承中泄漏,能够提高球轴承的使用寿命,其具有耐高温、耐压的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及球轴承技术领域,具体来说涉及一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承。
背景技术
球轴承在各种机械器件中都有着广泛的应用,球轴承必须要具备良好的密封性,因此现用球轴承大多安装有密封圈,其中密封圈的作用主要为:防止润滑剂从轴承中向外泄露及防止外部的灰尘、水及其他污染物侵入轴承内部。现有技术中,球轴承大部分只包含一个密封圈。密封效果不好,这样也会导致球轴承使用寿命也会随之降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足,提供一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,密封效果好,可以有效防止发动机润滑油从球轴承中向外泄漏,且具有耐高温、耐压的特性。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,包括内圈、外圈、保持架、钢球以及设置于所述内圈、外圈之间的双层密封圈,所述双层密封圈包括左橡胶密封圈、右橡胶密封圈,在右橡胶密封圈的断面中部设置向右侧凹陷的右封圈凹槽。
进一步的,所述左橡胶密封圈内硫化设置有L形骨架,所述左橡胶密封圈的断面内缘设置呈Y形的左封圈内唇边,外缘设置左封圈外唇边,中部设置左封圈接触唇边,所述左封圈接触唇边的右端向右向内倾斜,并抵靠在右封圈凹槽的槽底上。
进一步的,所述右橡胶密封圈内硫化设置凹槽状骨架,所述右橡胶密封圈的断面内缘设置右封圈内唇边、外缘设置右封圈外唇边,所述右封圈凹槽位于右封圈内唇边与右封圈外唇边之间。
进一步的,在外圈的内壁设置第一密封槽,所述左封圈外唇边抵扣在第一密封槽内。
进一步的,在内圈的外壁设置第二密封槽,所述右封圈内唇边抵扣在第二密封槽内。
本发明的有益效果为,本发明的球轴承结构合理,具有双层橡胶密封圈,密封效果好,使用寿命长,左橡胶密封圈独特的向右向内倾斜设置的左封圈接触唇边使得润滑油不会通过球轴承向外泄漏,双层橡胶密封球轴承具有耐高温、耐油压的优良性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,包括内圈1、外圈2、保持架3、钢球4及设置于内圈1和内圈2之间的双层密封圈。双层密封圈包括左橡胶密封圈5和右橡胶密封圈6。内圈1的外侧壁上和外圈2的内侧壁上分别设置有凹槽,钢球4卡在内圈和外圈的凹槽内,钢球4两侧分别设置有两个保持架3,外圈的内侧壁上和内圈的外侧壁上分别设置有第一密封槽、第二密封槽。左橡胶密封圈5内硫化设置有L形骨架5-1;左橡胶密封圈5的断面内缘设置呈Y形的左封圈内唇边5-2,外缘设置左封圈外唇边5-3,中部设置左封圈接触唇边5-4,左封圈接触唇边5-4的右端向右向内倾斜,并抵靠在右封圈凹槽9的槽底上,左封圈外唇边5-3抵扣在第一密封槽7内。右橡胶密封圈6内硫化设置凹槽状骨架6-1;右橡胶密封圈6的断面内缘设置右封圈内唇边6-2、外缘设置右封圈外唇边6-3,右封圈凹槽9位于右封圈内唇边6-2与右封圈外唇边6-3之间。右封圈内唇边6-2抵扣在第二密封槽8内。左封圈接触唇边5-4的独特设计使得右封圈凹槽9形成一个闭合回路,即使不慎有润滑油通过左封圈内唇边进入右封圈凹槽,也不会使润滑油泄漏出去。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,包括内圈(1)、外圈(2)、保持架(3)、钢球(4)以及设置于所述内圈(1)、外圈(2)之间的双层密封圈,其特征在于:所述双层密封圈包括左橡胶密封圈(5)、右橡胶密封圈(6),在右橡胶密封圈(6)的断面中部设置向右侧凹陷的右封圈凹槽(9)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,其特征在于:所述左橡胶密封圈(5)内硫化设置有L形骨架(5-1);
所述左橡胶密封圈(5)的断面内缘设置呈Y形的左封圈内唇边(5-2),外缘设置左封圈外唇边(5-3),中部设置左封圈接触唇边(5-4);所述左封圈接触唇边(5-4)的右端向右向内倾斜,并抵靠在右封圈凹槽(9)的槽底上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,其特征在于:所述右橡胶密封圈(6)内硫化设置凹槽状骨架(6-1);
所述右橡胶密封圈(6)的断面内缘设置右封圈内唇边(6-2)、外缘设置右封圈外唇边(6-3);所述右封圈凹槽(9)位于右封圈内唇边(6-2)与右封圈外唇边(6-3)之间。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,其特征在于:在外圈(2)的内壁设置第一密封槽(7),所述左封圈外唇边(5-3)抵扣在第一密封槽(7)内。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种耐高温油压双层橡胶密封球轴承,其特征在于:在内圈(1)的外壁设置第二密封槽(8),所述右封圈内唇边(6-2)抵扣在第二密封槽(8)内。
