背景技术
轮毂轴承是应用于汽车车轴处用来承重和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导的零部件，既承受轴向载荷又承受径向载荷，是汽车载重和转动的重要组成部分。现有普遍采用的轮毂轴承单元的轴承是双列圆锥滚子轴承，这样就导致双内圈相接处形成一道缝隙，使用中泥水等异物大多是通过轴承内圈与轴的缝隙中进入再经内圈相接处的缝隙进入轴承内部，从而降低轴承的使用寿命、增加能耗。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足，本实用新型旨在提供一种密封性能好的汽车轮毂轴承单元。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的技术解决方案是一种汽车轮毂轴承单元，其特征在于：在双列圆锥滚子轴承的双内圈连接处装有预防润滑脂泄露的轴向密封圈，内圈大端面倒角处一面安装有Y型密封圈，另一面安装有O型密封圈。
所述的轴向密封圈为o型密封圈，所述的轴向密封圈外缘装有密封卡圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采取的密封结构可有效地阻止泥水和杂物进入轴和轴承内圈之间，更可有效地阻止泥水和杂物进入轴承内部以及阻止轴承内部的润滑脂外泄，从而延长轴承单元的使用寿命。

在双列圆锥滚子轴承的双内圈1连接处装有预防润滑脂泄露的轴向密封圈2，轴向密封圈2为o型密封圈，在其外缘装有密封卡圈3，密封卡圈3可使轴向密封圈2紧固地卡在双内圈1的缝隙处；内圈1大端面倒角处一面安装有Y型密封圈4，另一面安装有O型密封圈5，这样可有效地阻止泥水和杂物进入轴和轴承内圈1之间；完全满足轮毂轴承单元工作环境和要求。

1.一种汽车轮毂轴承单元，其特征在于：在双列圆锥滚子轴承的双内圈（1）连接处装有预防润滑脂泄露的轴向密封圈（2），内圈（1）大端面倒角处一面安装有Y型密封圈（4），另一面安装有O型密封圈（5）。
