Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,由高效乳化剂4‑6份、高效渗透剂4‑8份、高效螯合分散剂2‑5份、耐碱前处理剂1‑3份、天然染料30‑50份、纳米生态染料20‑30份、低温酶精炼剂6‑12份、纳米材料5‑8份、壳聚糖4‑8份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物12‑15份、分散剂1‑4份、匀染剂2‑4份、表面活性剂6‑12份、水200‑300份按一定的制备方法制备而成,制备方法简单,原料易得,制成的染色组合物化学性质稳定,有效增加染色的附着力,增加固色效果;织物染色色泽鲜艳,不掉色,对聚酯纤维植物染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色,且所用染料为天然染料,节能减排,环保低碳。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物的染色剂,尤其涉及一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的纤维类型越来越丰富,聚酯纤维是纺织品的主要纤维源泉,随着人们对穿着要求和服用性能的不断提高,用聚酯纤维制成的染色牢度高标准的要求已经成为市场上的迫切需要。在纺织品服装用的聚酯纤维中又以基于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的聚酯纤维增长最快,现有的染整工艺以及分散染料的染色性能和色牢度都满足不了聚酯纤维的要求,从而引发染色效果不均,容易褪色等问题,且为了顺应节能减排的大环境的发展趋势,染整工艺也有了新的发展方向,生态染整工艺的出现不仅为未来的染整加工提供了技术支撑,也为实现节能减排起到了重要作用。
一种能解决上述问题的适用于聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法值得研究。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种制备方法简便,原料易得,染色效果均匀,不易褪色、性质稳定的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先以质量计算准备如下制备原料:高效乳化剂4-6份、高效渗透剂4-8份、高效螯合分散剂2-5份、耐碱前处理剂1-3份、天然染料30-50份、纳米生态染料20-30份、低温酶精炼剂6-12份、纳米材料5-8份、壳聚糖4-8份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物12-15份、分散剂1-4份、匀染剂2-4份、表面活性剂6-12份、水200-300份;
(2)首先将所需量的高效乳化剂、高效渗透剂、高效螯合分散剂以及耐碱处理剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50-60℃保温10-15min后缓慢升温至70-80℃保温10min后冷却至室温备用;
(3)将天然染料、纳米生态染料、低温酶精炼剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50-60℃,保温10-20min后加入纳米材料、壳聚糖以及聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物,继续加热至70-80℃加入匀染剂和表面活性剂,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至45-55℃加入分散剂、步骤(2)制备的混合药剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温即可得到所需天然染色组合物。
更进一步的,所述高效乳化剂为Sultafon D。
更进一步的,所述高效渗透剂为TEP。
更进一步的,所述天然染料为植物染料或矿物染料。
更进一步的,所述纳米生态染料粒径为60-90nm。
更进一步的,所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒。
更进一步的,所述匀染剂为醋酸乙烯和丙三醇胺质量比为1:5的混合物。
更进一步的,所述分散剂为高效螯合分散剂。
更进一步的,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,由高效乳化剂4-6份、高效渗透剂4-8份、高效螯合分散剂2-5份、耐碱前处理剂1-3份、天然染料30-50份、纳米生态染料20-30份、低温酶精炼剂6-12份、纳米材料5-8份、壳聚糖4-8份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物12-15份、分散剂1-4份、匀染剂2-4份、表面活性剂6-12份、水200-300份按一定的制备方法制备而成,制备方法简单,原料易得,制成的染色组合物化学性质稳定,有效增加染色的附着力,增加固色效果;织物染色色泽鲜艳,不掉色,对聚酯纤维植物染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色,且所用染料为天然染料,节能减排,环保低碳。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先以质量计算准备如下制备原料:高效乳化剂4份、高效渗透剂4份、高效螯合分散剂2份、耐碱前处理剂1份、天然染料30份、纳米生态染料20份、低温酶精炼剂6份、纳米材料5份、壳聚糖4份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物12份、分散剂1份、匀染剂2份、表面活性剂6份、水200份;
(2)首先将所需量的高效乳化剂、高效渗透剂、高效螯合分散剂以及耐碱处理剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50℃保温10min后缓慢升温至70℃保温10min后冷却至室温备用;
(3)将天然染料、纳米生态染料、低温酶精炼剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50℃,保温10min后加入纳米材料、壳聚糖以及聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物,继续加热至70℃加入匀染剂和表面活性剂,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至45℃加入分散剂、步骤(2)制备的混合药剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温即可得到所需天然染色组合物。
其中,所述高效乳化剂为Sultafon D,高效渗透剂为TEP,天然染料为植物染料或矿物染料,纳米生态染料粒径为60-90nm,纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒,匀染剂为醋酸乙烯和丙三醇胺质量比为1:5的混合物,分散剂为高效螯合分散剂,表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
实施例2:
一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先以质量计算准备如下制备原料:高效乳化剂6份、高效渗透剂8份、高效螯合分散剂5份、耐碱前处理剂3份、天然染料50份、纳米生态染料30份、低温酶精炼剂12份、纳米材料8份、壳聚糖8份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物15份、分散剂4份、匀染剂4份、表面活性剂12份、水300份;
(2)首先将所需量的高效乳化剂、高效渗透剂、高效螯合分散剂以及耐碱处理剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至60℃保温15min后缓慢升温至80℃保温10min后冷却至室温备用;
(3)将天然染料、纳米生态染料、低温酶精炼剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至60℃,保温20min后加入纳米材料、壳聚糖以及聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物,继续加热至80℃加入匀染剂和表面活性剂,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至55℃加入分散剂、步骤(2)制备的混合药剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温即可得到所需天然染色组合物。
其中,所述高效乳化剂为Sultafon D,高效渗透剂为TEP,天然染料为植物染料或矿物染料,纳米生态染料粒径为60-90nm,纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒,匀染剂为醋酸乙烯和丙三醇胺质量比为1:5的混合物,分散剂为高效螯合分散剂,表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
实施例3:
一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先以质量计算准备如下制备原料:高效乳化剂5份、高效渗透剂6份、高效螯合分散剂4份、耐碱前处理剂2份、天然染料40份、纳米生态染料25份、低温酶精炼剂9份、纳米材料7份、壳聚糖6份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物14份、分散剂3份、匀染剂3份、表面活性剂9份、水250份;
(2)首先将所需量的高效乳化剂、高效渗透剂、高效螯合分散剂以及耐碱处理剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至55℃保温13min后缓慢升温至75℃保温10min后冷却至室温备用;
(3)将天然染料、纳米生态染料、低温酶精炼剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至55℃,保温15min后加入纳米材料、壳聚糖以及聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物,继续加热至75℃加入匀染剂和表面活性剂,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至50℃加入分散剂、步骤(2)制备的混合药剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温即可得到所需天然染色组合物。
其中,所述高效乳化剂为Sultafon D,高效渗透剂为TEP,天然染料为植物染料或矿物染料,纳米生态染料粒径为60-90nm,纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒,匀染剂为醋酸乙烯和丙三醇胺质量比为1:5的混合物,分散剂为高效螯合分散剂,表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
使用上述实施例1-3的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法制备的天然染色组合物并应用到聚酯纤维织物的染色中去,明显改善了聚酯纤维织物染色中出现的各种问题,染整工艺良品率提高了20%,且染整后的织物色彩均匀,不串色,错色,着色效果好,美观大方,色泽鲜艳,不掉色,染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色,工业化程度高,整套工艺为生态染整工艺,节能减排,环保低碳。

Claims (9)
1.一种聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)首先以质量计算准备如下制备原料:高效乳化剂4-6份、高效渗透剂4-8份、高效螯合分散剂2-5份、耐碱前处理剂1-3份、天然染料30-50份、纳米生态染料20-30份、低温酶精炼剂6-12份、纳米材料5-8份、壳聚糖4-8份、聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物12-15份、分散剂1-4份、匀染剂2-4份、表面活性剂6-12份、水200-300份;
(2)首先将所需量的高效乳化剂、高效渗透剂、高效螯合分散剂以及耐碱处理剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50-60℃保温10-15min后缓慢升温至70-80℃保温10min后冷却至室温备用;
(3)将天然染料、纳米生态染料、低温酶精炼剂混合均匀,加入三分之一量的水,加热至50-60℃,保温10-20min后加入纳米材料、壳聚糖以及聚丙烯酸的酯类化合物,继续加热至70-80℃加入匀染剂和表面活性剂,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至45-55℃加入分散剂、步骤(2)制备的混合药剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温即可得到所需天然染色组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高效乳化剂为Sultafon D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高效渗透剂为TEP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述天然染料为植物染料或矿物染料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米生态染料粒径为60-90nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维织物天然染色组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述匀染剂为醋酸乙烯和丙三醇胺质量比为1:5的混合物。
