Abstract
本发明涉及氨纶染料技术领域,尤其是一种氨纶的低温染色染料,包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料10‑15份,分散剂1‑1.5份,稳定剂0.5‑1份,低温促染剂0.2‑0.3份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。本发明所得到的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,其可实现氨纶在70‑80℃的情况下进行染色,且染色的性能稳定性,色牢度等保持较高水平,节省了水的消耗和废水的产生。同时使染色过程中助剂及染料的添加更加简单,减少染色时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及氨纶染料技术领域,尤其是一种氨纶的低温染色染料。
背景技术
分散染料是一种粉状或粒状的非离子型染料,分子结构小,适合涤纶及其混纺织物的染色。但因其不含-COOH、-SO3H等强水溶性基团,在水中溶解度低,不利于较低温度下染料分子在纤维表面的吸附和上染。因此,为了促使纤维的膨化和染料的扩散上染,涤纶的分散染料染色通常须采用高温高压染色(120~130℃)或热熔染色(180~220℃)工艺。上述两种高温染色方法不但能耗大,对设备要求高。近年来,节能降耗已成为纺织印染行业的重要发展方向,同时多元纤维面料的开发也已成为新型高档面料开发的主要途径。因而,开发简单可行的氨纶染色染料具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能实现对氨纶进行低温染色且染色效果好的氨纶的低温染色染料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料10-15份,分散剂1-1.5份,稳定剂0.5-1份,低温促染剂0.2-0.3份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。
其中分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;稳定剂为乙烯基吡络烷酮;低温促染剂为苯环和酯基形成的低分子化合物。
本发明所得到的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,其可实现氨纶在70-80℃的情况下进行染色,且染色的性能稳定性,色牢度等保持较高水平,节省了水的消耗和废水的产生。同时使染色过程中助剂及染料的添加更加简单,减少染色时间。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料10份,分散剂1份,稳定剂0.5份,低温促染剂0.2份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。
其中分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;稳定剂为乙烯基吡络烷酮;低温促染剂为苯环和酯基形成的低分子化合物。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料15份,分散剂1.5份,稳定剂1份,低温促染剂0.3份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。
其中分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;稳定剂为乙烯基吡络烷酮;低温促染剂为苯环和酯基形成的低分子化合物。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料13份,分散剂1份,稳定剂0.8份,低温促染剂0.25份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。
其中分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;稳定剂为乙烯基吡络烷酮;低温促染剂为苯环和酯基形成的低分子化合物。
Claims (2)
1.一种氨纶的低温染色染料,其特征是:包括分散染料,分散剂,稳定剂、低温促染剂,且各组分的质量份数为:分散染料10-15份,分散剂1-1.5份,稳定剂0.5-1份,低温促染剂0.2-0.3份;将分散染料与分散剂进行研磨,且研磨压力保持在5000N以上,研磨后加入少量水搅拌,搅拌成糊状后进行烘干,烘干后再次研磨成粉末状,然后在加入稳定性、低温促染剂进行混合均匀,最终得到低温染色染料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶的低温染色染料,其特征是:分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;稳定剂为乙烯基吡络烷酮;低温促染剂为苯环和酯基形成的低分子化合物。
