一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防护面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在消防、石油化工、易燃化学品、电力、赛车、航天、军事等高温、易燃、易爆场所的工作人员个体防护领域, 广泛需要阻燃、隔热、、抗静电及抗化学的酸、碱等物质。其中,根据阻燃的不同要求,不同的应用领域,有不同的阻燃材料;对于阻燃材料而言,除阻燃要求外,都有隔热性、热稳定性要求,因为在阻燃要求的场合,总是伴随热辐射要求。
对于服装面料而言,其阻燃、隔热及热稳定性都是必须满足的基本条件。对于阻燃功能而言,其可以通过使用阻燃纤维或者阻燃处理来达到阻燃要求,比较典型的阻燃纤维包括有芳纶1313、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶、晴氯纶等,而棉织物一般通过阻燃处理来实现阻燃。对于热稳定性而言,其体现的是在不同温度、时间下面料的尺寸稳定和材料形貌问题,高温热稳定可通过添加LEVLAR等纤维达到。对于隔热性、保暖性而言,则可通过增加面料的克重或者是复合面料增加面料层的方式达到保暖和隔热的目的,这样就会使得原本重量不轻的服装变得更加的沉重和复杂。
需进一步解释,世界各国普遍使用的阻燃隔热防护服装的面料,其结构一般分为四层,具体的:1、外层:3A面料,93%的芳纶1313、5%芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维所组成的3A纱线,3A纱线所织成的3A梭织面料具有热稳定性好、阻燃、抗静电,克重一般为180-250克范围,但隔热、保暖效果差;2、第二层:采用芳纶1313的70-100克/平方米的针刺无纺布层,用于强化隔热和保暖;3、第三层:拒水拒油类的PTFE纤维的阻燃无纺布,起拒水拒油的目的;4、第四层:内层,为芳纶1313、阻燃粘胶混纺的梭织面料,为舒适层,梭织面料的克重为100-150克/平方米。对于上述阻燃隔热防护服装的面料而言,上述四层结构分别起到阻燃、抗静电、热稳定、隔热、保暖、拒水拒油、舒适皮肤的作用。
然而,对于上述阻燃隔热防护服装的面料,在实际的使用过程中,其存在太重、太笨的缺陷,使用者穿着极其不自然且重量压迫感强;故此,世界各国都在寻找如何保证隔热阻燃的轻便的服装面料,以满足市场需要;为此,世界各国科技工作者为适应要求,对阻燃隔热服装面料进行了广泛的研究,例如专利号为:ZL201320683185.1、专利名称为:双层面料的中国发明专利,其公开一种用芳纶1313、芳纶1414交织的双层面料,利用芳纶1313、芳纶1414的热收缩性不同的特点,在高温环境下,芳纶1313收缩而芳纶1414不收缩,从而产生了纱线间的空气层,以起到隔热和保暖的效果;另外,现有技术中也有将第四层内层结构改为起凸结构的面料,既可以保证舒适性,又提供了更多的空气层,以起到隔热保暖的作用。综合上述技术改进可知,以上复合面料的设计要点在于通过增加纱线间的空气成分,因为空气是导热系数最小的,通过增加面料中的纱线间空气或者空隙率,起到改善隔热和保暖的效果。
然而,上述复合面料的纱线间的空气是流动的,虽然能够对隔热、保暖起到一定的作用,而流动的空气也同样具有导热性能。另外,虽然上述复合面料增加了空隙比例,但也增加了面料的克重,即隔热保暖效果增加的幅度有限,且增加了单一面料的克重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,该新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法所制备而成的防护面料的纱线中会产生静止空气,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,本发明的防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。
本发明的另一目的在于提供新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,该新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
提供一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,制备方法包括有以下工艺步骤:
1a、通过采用下列纺织方法之一:环锭纺包芯纺织法、塞络纺包芯纺织法、紧密纺包芯纺织法、喷气纺包芯纺织法或摩擦纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,所述可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维包括可溶性长丝或者可溶性短纤维纱且可溶性纤维为水溶性PVA纤维或者可溶性涤纶纤维,外包纤维为阻燃纤维或者棉纤维,阻燃纤维包括有芳纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶或者晴氯纶;
1b、通过织布机将步骤1a所制备而成的包芯纱编织成面料坯布;
1c、溶解面料坯布中的可溶性纤维,其中,对于由水溶性PVA纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于热水中将可溶性PVA纤维溶解;对于由可溶性涤纶纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于碱性溶液中将可溶性涤纶纤维溶解;
1d、溶解后的面料坯布经染色、后整理工序制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料。
提供另一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,制备方法包括有以下工艺步骤:
2a、通过采用下列纺织方法之一:环锭纺包芯纺织法、塞络纺包芯纺织法、紧密纺包芯纺织法、喷气纺包芯纺织法或摩擦纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,所述可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维包括可溶性长丝或者可溶性短纤维纱且可溶性纤维为水溶性PVA纤维或者可溶性涤纶纤维,外包纤维为阻燃纤维或者棉纤维,阻燃纤维包括有芳纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶或者晴氯纶;
2b、将包芯纱置于热水或者碱性溶液中将可溶性纤维溶解以制备中空纱:
其中,对于采用有色纤维作为外包纤维的包芯纱,通过织布机将所制备而成的包芯纱编织成面料坯布;再溶解面料坯布中的可溶性纤维,其中,对于由水溶性PVA纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于热水中将可溶性PVA纤维溶解;对于由可溶性涤纶纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于碱性溶液中将可溶性涤纶纤维溶解;
对于采用有色纤维构成的外包纤维;可将中空纱通过织布机编织成中空纱面料坯布;对于采用非有色纤维构成的外包纤维,可将中空纱经染色后再通过织布机编织成中空纱面料坯布;
2d、将步骤2b中的中空纱面料坯布经后整理工序制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料。
在上述一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法中,还包括对采用棉纤维制成的包芯纱进行可溶性纤维溶解步骤后,再进行阻燃处理的步骤。
其中,对于由棉纤维作为外包纤维的包芯纱而言,在对包芯纱进行可溶性纤维溶解后,还需要进行阻燃处理。
其中,所述包芯纱中可溶性纤维的含量为0-70%,外包纤维的含量为30%-100%。
其中,所述外包纤维为经原液着色的有色纤维,外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维。
其中,所述外包纤维中含有50%的芳纶1313、50%的阻燃粘胶。
其中,所述外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维。
一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,该新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料按照上述制备方法制备而成。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,该制备方法为图2所示的色织制备方法,其包括有以下工艺步骤,具体为:
1、通过塞络纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,单纱32s,合股32s/2,可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维为50D可溶性涤纶长丝,外包纤维为阻燃纤维且为经原液着色后的有色纤维,外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维;
2、通过织布机包芯纱纱编织成面料坯布,面料结构为斜纹结构且为1上/2下面料;
3、将面料坯布置于浓度为5克/升的氢氧化钠溶液中,于100度的温度条件下,经60分钟后即可将可溶性涤纶长丝溶解,以获得中空纱面料坯布;
4、将中空纱面料坯布经后整理工序(柔软及定型)制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,该防护面料的可重为200克/平方米。
通过上述工艺步骤设计,经本实施例一的新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法所制备而成的防护面料的纱线中会产生静止空气,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,本发明的防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。
实施例二,一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,该制备方法为图1所示的匹染制备方法,其包括有以下工艺步骤,具体为:
1、通过环锭纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,单纱40s,可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维为44D可溶性PVA长丝,外包纤维为阻燃纤维且为本色的非着色纤维,外包纤维含有50%的芳纶1313、50%的阻燃粘胶;
2、通过织布机将包芯纱编织成面料坯布,面料坯布为平纹组织面料;
3、将面料坯布置于热水中,于100度的温度条件下,经60分钟后即可将可溶性PVA长丝溶解,以获得中空纱面料坯布;
4、溶解后的面料坯布经染色、后整理工序(柔软及定型)制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,该防护面料的可重为150克/平方米。
通过上述工艺步骤设计,经本实施例二的新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法所制备而成的防护面料的纱线中会产生静止空气,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,本发明的防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。
实施例三,一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,该制备方法为图1所示的匹染制备方法,其包括有以下工艺步骤,具体为:
1、通过紧密纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,单纱32s,合股32s/2,可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维为50D可溶性涤纶长丝,外包纤维为阻燃纤维且为本色的非有色纤维,外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维;
2、通过织布机包芯纱纱编织成面料坯布,面料结构为斜纹结构且为1上/2下面料;
3、将面料坯布置于浓度为5克/升的氢氧化钠溶液中,于100度的温度条件下,经60分钟后即可将可溶性涤纶长丝溶解,以获得中空纱面料坯布;
4、溶解后的面料坯布经染色、后整理工序(柔软及定型)制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,该防护面料的可重为200克/平方米。
通过上述工艺步骤设计,经本实施例三的新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法所制备而成的防护面料的纱线中会产生静止空气,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,本发明的防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。
实施例四,一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,该制备方法为图2所示的色织制备方法,其包括有以下工艺步骤,具体为:
1、通过紧密纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,单纱32s,合股32s/2,可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维为50D可溶性涤纶长丝,外包纤维为阻燃纤维且为经原液着色后的有色纤维,外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维;另外,将上述外包纤维通过环锭纺32s/2制成经纱;
2、将包芯纱置于浓度为5克/升的氢氧化钠溶液中,于100度的温度条件下,经60分钟后即可将可溶性涤纶长丝溶解,以获得中空纱;
3、通过织布机按照经纬编的方式将上述中空纱(作为纬纱)、经纱编织成中空纱面料坯布,面料结构为斜纹结构且为1上/2下面料;
4、将中空纱面料坯布经后整理工序(柔软及定型)制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,该防护面料的可重为200克/平方米。
通过上述工艺步骤设计,经本实施例四的新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法所制备而成的防护面料的纱线中会产生静止空气,相对于现有流动空气的防护面料而言,本发明的防护面料具有隔热、保暖效果更好且质量更轻、舒适感更强。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下工艺步骤:
1a、通过采用下列纺织方法之一:环锭纺包芯纺织法、塞络纺包芯纺织法、紧密纺包芯纺织法、喷气纺包芯纺织法或摩擦纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,所述可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维包括可溶性长丝或者可溶性短纤维纱且可溶性纤维为水溶性PVA纤维或者可溶性涤纶纤维,外包纤维为阻燃纤维或者棉纤维,阻燃纤维包括有芳纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶或者晴氯纶;
1b、通过织布机将步骤1a所制备而成的包芯纱编织成面料坯布;
1c、溶解面料坯布中的可溶性纤维,其中,对于由水溶性PVA纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于热水中将可溶性PVA纤维溶解;对于由可溶性涤纶纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于碱性溶液中将可溶性涤纶纤维溶解;
1d、溶解后的面料坯布经染色、后整理工序制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料。
2.一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下工艺步骤:
2a、通过采用下列纺织方法之一:环锭纺包芯纺织法、塞络纺包芯纺织法、紧密纺包芯纺织法、喷气纺包芯纺织法或摩擦纺包芯纺织法将可溶性纤维、外包纤维制备成包芯纱,所述可溶性纤维作为外包纤维的内侧纤维结构,可溶性纤维包括可溶性长丝或者可溶性短纤维纱且可溶性纤维为水溶性PVA纤维或者可溶性涤纶纤维,外包纤维为阻燃纤维或者棉纤维,阻燃纤维包括有芳纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶或者晴氯纶;
2b、将制成的包芯纱置于热水或者碱性溶液中将可溶性纤维溶解以制备中空纱:
其中,对于采用有色纤维作为外包纤维的包芯纱,通过织布机将所制备而成的包芯纱编织成面料坯布;再溶解面料坯布中的可溶性纤维,其中,对于由水溶性PVA纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于热水中将可溶性PVA纤维溶解;对于由可溶性涤纶纤维所制备而成的包芯纱,可将面料坯布置于碱性溶液中将可溶性涤纶纤维溶解;
对于采用有色纤维构成的外包纤维;可将中空纱通过织布机编织成中空纱面料坯布;对于采用非有色纤维构成的外包纤维,可将中空纱经染色后再通过织布机编织成中空纱面料坯布;
2d、将步骤2b中的中空纱面料坯布经后整理工序制备成新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括对采用棉纤维制成的包芯纱进行可溶性纤维溶解步骤后,再进行阻燃处理的步骤。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述包芯纱中可溶性纤维的含量为0-70%,外包纤维的含量为30%-100%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述外包纤维为经原液着色的有色纤维,外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述外包纤维中含有50%的芳纶1313、50%的阻燃粘胶。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述外包纤维中含有93%的芳纶1313、5%的芳纶1414、2%抗静电纤维。
8.一种新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料,其特征在于:该新型轻质阻燃隔热保暖防护面料按照权利要求1至7任意一项所述的制备方法制备而成。
