服装,指的是衣服鞋包玩具饰品等的总称,多指衣服,服装能保护人体,维持人体的热平衡,以适应气候变化的影响,服装在穿着中要使人有舒适感,影响舒适的因素主要是用料中纤维性质、美容规格、坯布组织结构、厚度以及缝制技术等,中空纱多用于服装的缝制,但以往的中空纱大多阻燃性不好,容易因明火导致断裂,从而导致出现服装开线的现象,降低了使用者对服装的体验感,不能满足当今市场的需求,由于以上存在的问题,降低了中空纱的实用性和使用性,针对性地推出了一种阻燃型用于缝制服装的中空纱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃型用于缝制服装的中空纱,具备可以提高中空纱阻燃性的优点,解决了以往中空纱阻燃性不好的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃型用于缝制服装的中空纱,包括支板,所述支板顶部的左侧通过轴承活动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆的表面设置有中空纱本体,所述中空纱本体包括中空纱芯层,所述中空纱芯层的表面固定连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层远离中空纱芯层的一侧固定连接有弹力层,所述弹力层远离抗菌层的一侧固定连接有外纱层,所述外纱层远离弹力层的一侧固定连接有防火层。

- 根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃型用于缝制服装的中空纱,其特征在于:所述输送轮(10)的底部开设有限定槽(11),所述竖杆(9)正面的顶部开设有第一凹槽(12),所述第一凹槽(12)的内腔固定连接有滑杆(13),所述滑杆(13)的表面套设有滑块(14),所述滑块(14)的顶部固定连接限定块(15),所述限定块(15)的顶部延伸至限定槽(11)的内腔并与限定槽(11)的内壁接触,所述滑块(14)的正面固定连接有第一拨板(16),所述滑块(14)的底部固定连接有弹簧(17),所述弹簧(17)远离滑块(14)的一端与第一凹槽(12)内腔的底部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃型用于缝制服装的中空纱,其特征在于: 所述竖杆(9)的正面且位于第一凹槽(12)的左侧开设有第二凹槽(18),所述第二凹槽(18)的内腔设置有固定块(19),所述固定块(19)的右端固定连接有限位杆(20),所述固定块(19)的正面固定连接有第二拨板(21)。
