技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料，特别是一种防水抗菌面料。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高，人们对服装的要求越来越高，传统单一的服装面料已经不能满足人们的需求。因此，服装面料为了适应社会的潮流，需要变得多样化、多功能化。
目前，市场上一些面料防水透气性较差，夏天穿着影响人体的舒适度，而一些面料防水透气性较好，但没有防紫外线的功能，不能很好减少或避免紫外线的照射。一般衣服在长时间穿着之后容易产生异味，尤其是夏天出汗之后，更容易引起细菌的滋生，致使衣物不能长久穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水抗菌面料，以解决现有技术中的不足，它能够有效防水抗菌，穿着舒适性好。
本发明提供了一种防水抗菌面料，包括依次复合的基布层、抗菌层、防水层和抗紫外线层，相邻层之间通过粘结层复合连接，所述基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成，所述经纱包括内层纱芯和外层纱线，所述外层纱线包括第一外纱、第二外纱和第三外纱，所述第一外纱、第二外纱和第三外纱相互平行缠绕于所述内层纱芯外部，所述纬纱包括内纱和外纱，所述内纱横截面由内向外依次包括芯层、中间纱层和第三层纱，所述外纱包括内侧线体和外侧线体，所述内侧线体和外侧线体相互交叉缠绕于所述第三层纱外侧，所述抗菌层为纳米银纤维层，所述抗菌层上设有多个第一透气孔，所述防水层上设有多个第二透气孔，所述防水层靠近抗菌层的一侧设有第一导流槽，所述防水层靠近抗紫外线层的一侧设有第二导流槽，所述抗紫外线层为含纳米ZnO抗紫外剂的锦纶纤维层，所述抗紫外线层厚度大于其他层。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：抗紫外线层、防水层、抗菌层，所制备的复合面料在具备防水透气效果的同时，还具有防紫外线、抗菌的效果。同时，材料整体具有柔软薄爽的特性，增加了穿着的舒适感。
