本发明公开了一种防紫外线色织面料,包括第一面料基层和第二面料基层,所述第一面料基层的上表面缝纫有印花层,所述第一面料基层和第二面料基层之间填充有填充层,所述填充层包括第一防水透气层,所述第一防水透气层的下表面粘合有防紫外线层,所述防紫外线层的下表面粘合有第二防水透气层,本发明涉及色织面料技术领域。该防紫外线色织面料的填充层处于两层面料基层之间,可以被两侧的面料基层保护,可以防止在使用时磨损的过快,可以增加使用寿命,填充层内部的防紫外线层可以增加面料防紫外线的能力,并且使用寿命长,可以随面料进行反复清洗,本发明设置有两组面料,可以在提高面料舒适度的同时增加韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及色织面料技术领域,具体为一种防紫外线色织面料。
背景技术
色织面料是将纱线或长丝经染色后进行织布的产品,有全色织和半色织之分,是指先将纱线或长丝经过染色,然后使用色纱进行织布的工艺方法,这种面料称为色织布,色织布一般由小提花、剑杆织机生产,色织面料分为全色织和半色织,在日常使用中,色织面料会被太阳中的紫外线照射,紫外线是皮肤的一个重要致癌因素,于是人们使用各种方法来防止紫外线辐射,所以在色织布的生产过程中,有些厂家会对色织布进行加工,以提高其抗紫外线的能力。
现有的色织面料抗紫外线能力较弱,并且在清洗时,容易失去防紫外线的能力,导致布料不能重复清洗使用,造成成本增高等问题,并且色织面料在使用时,需要满足柔软、亲肤并且具有要拥有一定的韧性和抗拉性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防紫外线色织面料,解决了现有的色织面料抗紫外线能力较弱,并且在清洗时,容易失去防紫外线的能力,导致布料不能重复清洗使用,造成成本增高等问题,并且色织面料在使用时,需要满足柔软、亲肤并且具有要拥有一定的韧性和抗拉性的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种防紫外线色织面料,包括第一面料基层和第二面料基层,所述第一面料基层的上表面缝纫有印花层,所述第一面料基层和第二面料基层之间填充有填充层,所述填充层包括第一防水透气层,所述第一防水透气层的下表面粘合有防紫外线层,所述防紫外线层的下表面粘合有第二防水透气层,所述第二防水透气层的下表面粘合有抗菌层,所述第一面料基层包括第一外纱线和第二外纱线,所述第二面料基层包括第一内纱线和第二内纱线,所述第一外纱线与第二外纱线和第一内纱线与第二内纱线均为沉浮交错方式进行编制。
优选的,所述第一面料基层中的第一外纱线采用腈纶纤维,且第一面料基层中的第二外纱线采用亚麻纤维。
优选的,所述第二面料基层中的第一内纱线采用棉纤维,且第二面料基层中的第二内纱线采用竹纤维。
优选的,所述第一防水透气层和第二防水透气层均为聚四氟乙烯材质的构件。
优选的,所述防紫外线层为聚乙烯材质的构件,所述抗菌层为聚酰胺纤维材质的构件。
优选的,所述第一外纱线与第二外纱线之间形成有第一透气孔,所述第一内纱线与第二内纱线之间形成有第二透气孔。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种防紫外线色织面料。与现有的技术相比具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该防紫外线色织面料,通过第一面料基层的上表面缝纫有印花层,第一面料基层和第二面料基层之间填充有填充层,填充层包括第一防水透气层,第一防水透气层的下表面粘合有防紫外线层,防紫外线层的下表面粘合有第二防水透气层,第二防水透气层的下表面粘合有抗菌层,第一防水透气层和防紫外线层均为聚四氟乙烯材质的构件,防紫外线层为聚乙烯材质的构件,抗菌层为聚酰胺纤维材质的构件,填充层处于两层面料基层之间,可以被两侧的面料基层保护,可以防止在使用时磨损的过快,可以增加使用寿命,填充层内部的防紫外线层可以增加面料防紫外线的能力,并且使用寿命长,可以随面料进行反复清洗,第一防水透气层和第二防水透气层均为憎水性材质的构件,可以在通风的同时防止水通过。
(2)、该防紫外线色织面料,通过第一面料基层包括第一外纱线和第二外纱线,第二面料基层包括第一内纱线和第二内纱线,第一外纱线与第二外纱线和第一内纱线与第二内纱线均为沉浮交错方式进行编制,第一面料基层中的第一外纱线采用腈纶纤维,且第一面料基层中的第二外纱线采用亚麻纤维,第二面料基层中的第一内纱线采用棉纤维,且第二面料基层中的第二内纱线采用竹纤维,第一外纱线与第二外纱线之间形成有第一透气孔,第一内纱线与第二内纱线之间形成有第二透气孔,本发明设置有两组面料,外侧面料采用韧性较好的材质,内侧采用较柔软的材质,可以在提高面料舒适度的同时增加韧性。

所述第一面料基层(1)中的第一外纱线(9)采用腈纶纤维,且第一面料基层(1)中的第二外纱线(10)采用亚麻纤维;
