Abstract
一种能有效防止磨损和腐蚀的导轨润滑剂组合物,采用质量比80~70%三羟甲基丙烷酯与20~30%磷酸酯复合作为基础油,配合多种添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂、分散剂、抗乳化剂、摩擦改进剂、补强剂和油性剂。本发明具有低摩擦特性、多种金属相容性、氧化和热稳定性、防锈防腐保护、水和水基分离性、粘附特性、载重特性等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂组合物,具体是一种能有效防止磨损和腐蚀的导轨润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。
导轨油是导轨专用的润滑油,常用在高碳钢材质和轴承钢材质机械设备配件当中,能够减少机械之间的损耗和摩擦,导轨油须尽可能降低其摩擦,甚至是多余的运动,这样以确保加工出的材料具有光滑的表面。

所述抗氧剂为质量比25~15%二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸酯与75~85%硫基苯并咪唑复合,
所述抗磨剂为质量比50~70%二硫代磷酸酯与50~30%氨基硫代脂复合,
所述防锈剂为质量比35~70%苯并噻咪与65~30%烯基丁二酸半酯复合,
所述金属减活剂为质量比45~65%N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺与55~35%噻二唑衍生物复合,
所述分散剂为质量比50~60%硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺与50~40%二乙烯三胺复合,
所述抗乳化剂为环氧乙烷丙烷嵌段聚醚,
所述摩擦改进剂为质量比50~60%二聚酸乙二醇酯与50~40%二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼复合,
所述补强剂为硫化烷基酚钙T115A,
所述油性剂为质量比60~70%苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐与40~30%硬脂酸丁酯复合。
