一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜的赋形方便产品。本发明公开了一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装的具有赋形且方便取用的蜂蜜及蜂蜜相似物产品。本发明以玉米淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉为主要原料制作成有一定疏水性、韧性好、感官半透明的包装膜材料,包装蜂蜜及其类似物,制成不同形状、尺寸的制品。产品包括便携包装的蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂、胶质糖及同类物理特性相似物,产品被赋予不同形状和尺寸,使之便于携带、定量取用、食用安全、环保。

一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜的赋形方便产品
技术领域
本发明公开了一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装的具有赋形且方便取用的蜂蜜及蜂蜜相似物产品。具体是一种利用具有一定疏水性、韧性、可塑性的可食性淀粉基质膜,包装蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂、胶质糖及同类物理特性相似物,赋予不同形状和尺寸,使之便于携带、定量取用、食用安全、环保。本发明属于农产品加工及食品包装领域。
背景技术
蜂蜜除了提供营养外还具有多种生理功能。然而,蜂蜜黏性强、易污染、适宜采用中等或较大包装,携带和取用不方便。大包装存在经常开盖污染隐患。同蜂蜜具有相似物理特性的蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂、胶质糖,或多或少面临与蜂蜜缺点同样的问题。
长期以来,蜂蜜的包装由玻璃瓶为主逐渐让位于PET塑料。玻璃沉重、易碎、难降解,塑料有毒素迁移、环境降解慢、有机污染。家庭对蜂蜜及相似农产品和食品的取用以每次几克重量计,需要有小包装材料对其分装,采用塑料和玻璃会放大其环境危害。
市场上可见到糯米膜作为糖果内包装,但糯米膜亲水性强、强度低。利用淀粉基质改性膜材料能克服糯米膜的缺点,具有一定的疏水性、韧性、可塑性,可用于对蜂蜜及相似物质进行包装。
淀粉具有来源充足、价格适中、可生物再生、可食用等优点,是一种可以成膜的物质。淀粉改性的醋酸酯淀粉被列入GB 29925-2013食品安全国家标准,具有食用安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的为得到一种食用安全、环保、形状尺寸灵活、便于携带和取用的蜂蜜及其相似物的包装产品。本发明以玉米淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉为主要原料制作成有一定疏水性、韧性好、感官半透明的包装膜材料,包装蜂蜜及其相似物,制成不同形状、尺寸的制品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明涉及一种可食性淀粉基膜材包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品,所述的包装产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉为主要原料,水稀释后边搅拌边加热糊化成淀粉糊。
步骤二:将淀粉糊进行超声脱气,涂布载体上,降温干燥。
步骤三:将干燥的淀粉膜从载体上分离,用模具或封口机将其赋形,同时从封口处注入蜂蜜及其相似物。
步骤四:封口得到可食性淀粉基膜材包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品。
步骤一所述的淀粉包括玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、魔芋淀粉、红薯淀粉、豌豆淀粉及其改性淀粉。
步骤一所述的主要原料可加或不加海藻酸钠、明胶、黄原胶、蛋白粉、氨基酸、甘油、甘油酯改性剂中的一种或几种材质,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤一所述的淀粉与醋酸酯淀粉的比例为3:2~4:1。
步骤一所述的加热其方式为水浴、电磁波、风热中的一种或几种材质,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤一所述的加热其温度为70~95℃。
步骤二所述的载体为玻璃板、塑料板、铝板、不锈钢板、有机玻璃、聚酯纤维板、特氟龙树脂板、特氟龙涂层板中的一种或几种材质,其板材为平板、凹板、凸板、蚀刻板中的一种或几种,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤二所述的干燥其方式为室温干燥、鼓风干燥、恒温恒湿干燥、红外干燥、水浴干燥、减压干燥中的一种或几种方法,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤三所述的模具其材质可以是步骤二中的一种或几种,其板材为平板、凹板、凸板、蚀刻中的一种或几种,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤三所述的封口机为热塑封,其加热功率为40~800w。
步骤三所述的赋形其形状为近球体、四面体、六面体、方锥体、圆锥体、不规则体中的一种或几种形状,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤三所述的赋形其尺寸为三维空间各维边长之和为1~1000cm。
步骤三所述的注入蜂蜜及其相似物其方式为注射器、注射枪、注射管注入中的一种,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤三所述的蜂蜜及其相似物为蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂、胶质糖中的一种或几种形状,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
步骤三所述的蜂蜜及其相似物为黏稠的固态或半固态花蜜,能够被注射装置注入。
步骤四所述的膜囊封口其方式为热塑封、压封、系结中的一种或几种方法,但本发明并不局限于上述举例范围。
本发明的有益效果是,可以得到一种食用安全、环保、形状尺寸灵活、便于携带和取用的蜂蜜及其相似物的包装产品。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,使其更明确,但决不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
1)称取3份玉米淀粉、2份醋酸酯淀粉,混合,配制成质量体积比为5%的淀粉稀释液,于85℃水浴下用搅拌器每分钟300转搅拌,糊化50分钟。
2)将淀粉糊进行44w超声10分钟去除气泡,涂布于有边沿凸起的直径10cm圆形铝制板载体上,降至室温干燥6小时,成淀粉基质膜。
3)将干燥的淀粉基质膜揭起,用带半圆形凹陷不锈钢模具将其压制成顶端留有开口的近似球状膜囊。
4)在开口处用定量注入装置注入椴树蜂蜜。
5)收紧膜囊封口,200w封口机热封口。形成近圆形方便蜂蜜包装制品。
实施例2
1)称取3份玉米淀粉、1份醋酸酯淀粉、0.2份甘油、0.2份海藻酸钠,混合,配制成质量体积比为5%的淀粉稀释液,于80℃水浴下用搅拌器每分钟300转搅拌,糊化40分钟。
2)将淀粉糊进行50w超声8分钟去除气泡,涂布于直径10cmΧ10cm聚氨酯板载体上,降至室温干燥5小时,成淀粉基质膜。
3)将干燥的淀粉基质膜揭起,用带半圆形凹槽不锈钢模具将其压制成顶端留有开口的近似长方体膜囊,两端热压封,上端留有开口。
4)在开口处用定量注入或嵌入适量条形奶酪。
5)收紧膜囊封口,30MPa液压封口。形成近长方体方便奶酪包装制品。

1.一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品,其特征在于可食性淀粉膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物,所述蜂蜜及其相似物包括蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂或胶质糖;所述赋形方便产品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉为主要原料,水稀释后边搅拌边加热糊化成淀粉糊;
步骤二:将淀粉糊进行超声脱气,涂布载体上,降温干燥;
步骤三:将干燥的淀粉膜从载体上分离,用模具或封口机将其赋形,同时从封口处注入蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂或胶质糖;
步骤四:封口得到可食性淀粉基膜材包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品,其特征是,根据不同模具,可以赋予蜂蜜包装不同形状和尺寸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉为主要原料,水稀释后边搅拌边加热糊化成淀粉糊;
步骤二:将淀粉糊进行超声脱气,涂布载体上,降温干燥;
步骤三:将干燥的淀粉膜从载体上分离,用模具或封口机将其赋形,同时从封口处注入蜂蜜、蜜蜡、蜂王浆、奶酪、奶油、可可脂或胶质糖;
步骤四:封口得到可食性淀粉基膜材包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的赋形包括但不限于近球体、四面体、六面体、方锥体、圆锥体中的一种或几种形状。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可食性淀粉基质膜包装蜂蜜及其相似物的赋形方便产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的封口,其方式包括但不限于热塑封、压封、系结中的一种或几种方法。
