背景技术
陶瓷材料是用天然或合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一类无机非金属材料。它具有高熔点、高硬度、高耐磨性、耐氧化等优点。可用作结构材料、刀具材料,由于陶瓷还具有某些特殊的性能,又可作为功能材料。

一种基于纳米硅藻土的高韧陶瓷材料,通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:纳米碳化钛,35-45份;纳米氮化钛,30-40份;纳米碳化硅,25-35份;蒙脱石粉,5-15份;改性纳米硅藻土,5-15份;去离子水,8-12份;聚乙二醇,6-10份;硅烷偶联剂KH560,3-5份;丙烯酰胺,2-4份;所述改性纳米硅藻土的制备方法为:将60-80重量份的纳米硅藻土放入质量分数为20-30%三乙胺溶液浸泡3-5小时后,取出冲洗至中性,50-60℃烘干至含水量为3-5%;加入4-6份三乙醇胺混合均匀,再加入3-5份二巯基丙醇、1-3份纳米石墨粉,混合研磨,过200目筛即得。

步骤S3,1650-1750℃下热压,热压压力为25-35MPa,热压时间为50-60分钟。
