Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于齿科修复体的材料,分为料浆材料或粉体材料;所述粉体材料由质量分数为75%‑99.5%的陶瓷材料、质量分数为0.5%‑10%的电气石材料和质量分数为0%‑15%的稀土元素组成。所述料浆材料由所述粉体材料、水和添加剂组成;所述粉体材料与水的质量比为2‑6.5:3.5‑6;所述添加剂质量为料浆材料总质量的0.5%‑5%。该制备方法是将用于齿科修复体的材料通过成型技术制作齿科修复体。通过向陶瓷材料添加电气石和稀土,不仅可以制作出良好力学性能、良好生物相容性且美观的齿科修复体,还可以使制作出的齿科修复体兼有优良的远红外特性。该制备方法无需预烧结后再进行磨削、铣削等工艺,无需专用模具,大大简化了工序,降低成本。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,具体是一种用于齿科修复体的材料及制备齿科修复体的方法。
背景技术
电气石是一种珍贵的硅酸盐矿产资源,含有镁、铝、铁、硼等10多种对人体有益的微量元素,宝石级的电气石又被称为“碧玺”。1703年,荷兰人发现这种石头除了在阳光底下会出现奇异色彩外,还具有吸附灰尘和草屑的作用,因此将其命名为“吸灰石”。1768年,电气石的压电性和热电性首次被瑞典著名科学家林内斯发现。1880年,法国的皮埃尔、雅克兄弟经研究证实了电气石的热电和压电性,所以将其命名为“电气石”。1989年,日本学者Nakamura和Kubo发现了在无外界电场作用,且温度和压力不变时,电气石晶体存在自发静电场的自发极化现象。由于电气石本身具有自发极化性、压电性、热释电性、辐射红外线性能、释放负离子等诸多优良性能使其在环境保护、人体保健等诸多领域发挥极大的作用。
稀土(rare earth)有"工业维生素"的美称。稀土元素氧化物是指元素周期表中原子序数为57到71的15种镧系元素氧化物,以及与镧系元素化学性质相似的钪(Sc)和钇(Y)共17种元素的氧化物。稀土元素在石油、化工、冶金、纺织、陶瓷、玻璃、永磁材料等领域都得到了广泛的应用,随着科技的进步和应用技术的不断突破,稀土氧化物的价值将越来越大。
齿科全瓷修复体具有良好的色泽和半透明性,外观接近天然牙齿。特别是齿科全瓷修复体还具有优异的生物相容性、抗腐蚀性以及杰出的耐磨损性能,是目前齿科修复技术的研发重点。齿科修复体的制作方法有:传统粉浆烧结陶瓷法、粉浆涂塑玻璃渗透陶瓷法、CAD/CAM可切削陶瓷法、电泳沉积陶瓷、铸造玻璃陶瓷法和热压铸玻璃陶瓷法。
申请号200510102755.3公开了一种氧化锆全瓷用材料,使用该材料可以获得力学性能良好且美观的齿科修复体,但是该种材料需要随粒径不同而确定烧结温度,且需要制作多孔陶瓷以及预烧结后的加工,工序烦琐,材料成本高,大大增加了齿科修复体的制作时间和成本。在齿科修复体材料方面,因为材料本身固有微观结构导致力学性能相对较低,或者是因为料浆材料或粉体配比存在问题等诸多因素,使得很多材料只能适合制作单冠和前牙冠体,报道中只有少数几种材料,如氧化锆、氧化铝等可用于制作后牙冠体。罕有通过向全瓷修复陶瓷材料中添加电气石和稀土进而增加齿科修复体的力学性能、美观效果以及远红外特性的报道。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明拟解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于齿科修复体的材料及制备齿科修复体的方法。该材料包括粉体材料和料浆材料;所述粉体材料由陶瓷材料、电气石材料和稀土元素组成;所述料浆材料由所述粉体材料、水和添加剂组成。该制备方法是将用于齿科修复体的材料通过成型技术制成齿科修复体。
本发明解决所述材料技术问题的技术方案是,提供一种用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述粉体材料由质量分数为75%-99.5%的陶瓷材料、质量分数为0.5%-10%的电气石材料和质量分数为0%-15%的稀土元素组成。
所述陶瓷材料是白榴石全瓷、长石瓷全瓷、云母系玻璃陶瓷、磷灰石系玻璃陶瓷、氧化铝全瓷、氧化锆全瓷、尖晶石全瓷、白榴石注射成型玻璃陶瓷、二硅酸锂注射成型玻璃陶瓷或尖晶石注射成型核瓷中的至少一种;所述尖晶石全瓷是镁铝尖晶石;所述氧化铝全瓷包括纯氧化铝和氧化锆增韧的氧化铝;所述氧化锆全瓷为纯氧化锆或稳定化氧化锆;所述稳定化氧化锆包括氧化钇稳定的氧化锆、氧化铈稳定的氧化锆或氧化镁/氧化钙稳定的氧化锆。
所述电气石材料是黑电气石、镁电气石、锂电气石、铬镁电气石、布格电气石、铁镁电气石、矾镁电气石、钙锂电气石、钙镁电气石、无碱锂电气石、无碱铁电气石、NaAl3Al6Si6O18(BO3)O3OH、CaFe3 2+(MgAl5Si6O18)(BO3)3(OH)4或者(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4中的至少一种。
所述稀土元素包括由镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钪或钇中的至少一种。
一种用于齿科修复体的料浆材料,其特征在于所述料浆材料由所述粉体材料、水和添加剂组成;所述粉体材料与水的质量比为2-6.5:3.5-6;所述添加剂质量为料浆材料总质量的0.5%-5%。
所述添加剂是分散剂、助溶剂、粘结剂或增塑剂中的至少一种;所述分散剂是水玻璃、腐植酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸胺盐或PMAA/PAA的复合分散剂中的至少一种;所述助溶剂是长石、珍珠岩、滑石、蛇纹石、硅灰石、石灰石或白云石中的至少一种;所述粘结剂是淀粉、石蜡、羧甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的至少一种;所述增塑剂是粘性土、木节土或球土中的至少一种。
本发明解决所述制备方法技术问题的技术方案是,提供一种制备齿科修复体的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将料浆材料或粉体材料按比例混合;
(2)将步骤1)得到的物料在400-2000r/min的转速下球磨4-24h,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤2)得到的混合物置于成型设备中,并按照齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到齿科修复体坯体;
(4)将齿科修复体坯体进行干燥,在1000℃-1700℃进行烧结,并保温2-10h,得到初级齿科修复体;
(5)对初级齿科修复体进行后处理,得到最终产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
(1)通过向陶瓷材料添加电气石和稀土,不仅可以制作出良好力学性能、良好生物相容性且美观的齿科修复体,还可以使制作出的齿科修复体兼有优良的远红外特性。
(2)本发明提供的电气石本身具有自发极化性、压电性、热释电性及良好的远红外特性,所以可以通过调整在齿科修复体的材料中的含量,使制作出的齿科修复体获得良好的远红外特性、压电、释电性和释放负离子能力。

下面给出本发明的具体实施例。具体实施例仅用于进一步详细说明本发明,不限制本申请权利要求的保护范围。
本发明提供了一种用于齿科修复体的材料,分为料浆材料和粉体材料;所述粉体材料由质量分数为75%-99.5%的陶瓷材料、质量分数为0.5%-10%的电气石材料和质量分数为0%-15%的稀土元素组成;
所述陶瓷材料是白榴石全瓷、长石瓷全瓷、云母系玻璃陶瓷、磷灰石系玻璃陶瓷、氧化铝全瓷、氧化锆全瓷、尖晶石全瓷、白榴石注射成型玻璃陶瓷、二硅酸锂注射成型玻璃陶瓷、尖晶石注射成型核瓷等应用于齿科修复体领域的陶瓷材料;所述尖晶石全瓷包括目前应用于齿科全瓷修复领域的各类尖晶石,如镁铝尖晶石等。所述氧化铝全瓷为纳米级或微米级粉体,包括纯氧化铝粉体及通过掺杂使其强韧化的氧化铝粉体,例如氧化锆增韧的氧化铝等。所述氧化锆全瓷为纳米级纯氧化锆或稳定化氧化锆粉体,其中稳定化氧化锆包括氧化钇稳定的氧化锆、氧化铈稳定的氧化锆或氧化镁/氧化钙稳定的氧化锆等通过物理化学方法使四方或立方氧化锆多晶保存到室温的氧化锆粉体。
所述电气石材料是黑电气石、镁电气石、锂电气石、铬镁电气石、布格电气石、铁镁电气石、矾镁电气石、钙锂电气石、钙镁电气石、无碱锂电气石、无碱铁电气石或者NaAl3Al6Si6O18(BO3)O3OH、CaFe3 2+(MgAl5Si6O18)(BO3)3(OH)4、(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4等具有典型硼三角[BO3]平面三角形的晶体结构的电气石矿物中的至少一种。
所述稀土元素包括由镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钪或钇中的至少一种。
所述料浆材料由所述粉体材料、水和添加剂组成;所述粉体材料与水的质量比为2-6.5:3.5-6;所述添加剂质量为料浆材料总质量的0.5%-5%。

本发明同时提供了一种制备齿科修复体的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将料浆材料或粉体材料按所述比例混合;
(4)将混合好的物料通过人工或者机械方式充分混合均匀;混合方法是将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在400-2000r/min的转速下球磨4-24h,得到混合均匀、分散性好且流变性能良好的混合物;
(5)将步骤4)得到的混合物置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到齿科修复体坯体;
(6)将齿科修复体坯体置于烘干炉中在50℃-300℃下干燥1-10h;粉体材料则无需干燥;然后将干燥后的齿科修复体坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1000℃-1700℃进行烧结,并保温2-10h,得到初级齿科修复体;
(7)对齿科修复体进行后处理,得到最终产品。
所述成型技术包括快速成型技术和非快速成型技术;所述快速成型技术包括喷墨打印技术、FDM熔融层积技术、SLS激光选区烧结技术、DLP激光成型、微流挤出成型技术等。
所述后处理包括上釉、饰瓷、打磨等为达到齿科修复体透光率及近乎天然牙色的方法。
实施例1
0.5%钙锂电气石、1%镨元素掺杂98.5%氧化铝制作齿科修复体-单冠:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将氧化铝材料、钙锂电气石材料、镨元素、PEG-200和去离子水混合。其中,钙锂电气石材料按质量分数0.5%、镨元素按质量分数1%添加进氧化铝材料中混合至均匀;混合材料与去离子水的质量比为4.5:5.5,PEG-200含量为1%;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在400r/min的转速下球磨4h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的料浆材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的料浆材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷单冠坯体;
(6)将得到的单冠坯体置于烘干炉中在100℃干燥1h,然后将干燥后的单冠坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1460℃进行烧结,并保温2h,得到初级全瓷单冠;
(7)对初级全瓷单冠进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷单冠。
实施例2
2%(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4、0.5%镧元素掺杂97.5%氧化锆制作齿科修复体-三桥:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将氧化锆材料、(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4材料、镧元素、柠檬酸钠和去离子水混合。其中,(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4材料按质量分数2%、镧元素按质量分数0.5%添加进氧化锆材料中混合至均匀;混合材料与去离子水的质量比为6.5:3.5,柠檬酸钠的含量为1.5%;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在600r/min的转速下球磨8h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的料浆材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的料浆材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷三桥坯体;
(6)将得到的三桥坯体置于烘干炉中在120℃干燥1.5h,然后将干燥后的三桥坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1520℃进行烧结,并保温3h,得到初级全瓷三桥;
(7)对初级全瓷三桥进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷三桥。
实施例3
1.5%无碱铁电气石、0.5%钕元素掺杂98.5%氧化锆制作齿科修复体-双桥:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将氧化锆材料、无碱铁电气石材料、钕元素、PMAA/PAA和去离子水混合。其中,无碱铁电气石材料按质量分数1.5%、钕元素按质量分数0.5%添加进氧化锆材料中混合至均匀;混合材料与去离子水的质量比为5:5,PMAA/PAA的含量为1%;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在600r/min的转速下球磨6h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的料浆材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的料浆材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷双桥坯体;
(6)将得到的双桥坯体置于烘干炉中在150℃干燥1h,然后将干燥后的齿科修复体坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1480℃进行烧结,并保温2.5h,得到初级全瓷双桥;
(7)对初级全瓷双桥进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷双桥。
实施例4
2%矾镁电气石、1%铕元素掺杂97%镁铝尖晶石制作齿科修复体-双桥:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将镁铝尖晶石材料、矾镁电气石材料、铕元素混合。其中,矾镁电气石材料按质量分数2%、铕元素按质量分数1%添加进镁铝尖晶石材料中混合至均匀;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在600r/min的转速下球磨6h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的粉体材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的粉体材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷双桥坯体;
(6)将得到的双桥坯体坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1480℃进行烧结,并保温2.5h,得到初级全瓷双桥;
(7)对初级全瓷双桥进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷双桥。
实施例5
1.5%钙镁电气石、0.5%钬元素掺杂98%氧化锆制作齿科修复体-单冠:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将氧化锆材料、钙镁电气石材料、钬元素混合,其中钙镁电气石材料按质量分数1.5%、钬元素按质量分数0.5%添加进氧化锆材料中混合至均匀;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在600r/min的转速下球磨6h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的粉体材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的粉体材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷单冠坯体;
(6)将得到的单冠坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1480℃进行烧结,并保温2.5h,得到初级全瓷单冠;
(7)对初级全瓷单冠进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷单冠。
实施例6
1.5%镁电气石、98.5%氧化锆制作齿科修复体-单冠:
(1)分析患者患病区域的牙齿质量及其周围组织的情况,并获得患病区域的数据信息;
(2)通过计算机建模获得符合患者患病区域的三维实物模型,并设计出所需齿科修复体的整体模型;
(3)将氧化锆材料和镁电气石材料混合,其中镁电气石材料按质量分数1.5%加入到质量分数98.5%氧化锆材料中混合至均匀;
(4)将混合好的物料置于球磨罐中,在600r/min的转速下球磨6h,得到混合均匀,分散性好,且流变性能良好的粉体材料;
(5)将步骤4)得到的粉体材料置于成型设备中,并按照步骤2)得到的齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到全瓷单冠坯体;
(6)将得到的单冠坯体置于高温烧结炉中在1500℃进行烧结,并保温4h,得到初级全瓷单冠;
(7)对初级全瓷单冠进行后处理,包括打磨和上釉处理,得到患者满意的全瓷单冠。
本发明未述及之处适用于现有技术。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述粉体材料由质量分数为75%-99.5%的陶瓷材料、质量分数为0.5%-10%的电气石材料和质量分数为0%-15%的稀土元素组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述陶瓷材料是白榴石全瓷、长石瓷全瓷、云母系玻璃陶瓷、磷灰石系玻璃陶瓷、氧化铝全瓷、氧化锆全瓷、尖晶石全瓷、白榴石注射成型玻璃陶瓷、二硅酸锂注射成型玻璃陶瓷或尖晶石注射成型核瓷中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述尖晶石全瓷是镁铝尖晶石;所述氧化铝全瓷包括纯氧化铝和氧化锆增韧的氧化铝;所述氧化锆全瓷为纯氧化锆或稳定化氧化锆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述稳定化氧化锆包括氧化钇稳定的氧化锆、氧化铈稳定的氧化锆或氧化镁/氧化钙稳定的氧化锆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于齿科修复体的粉体材料,其特征在于所述电气石材料是黑电气石、镁电气石、锂电气石、铬镁电气石、布格电气石、铁镁电气石、矾镁电气石、钙锂电气石、钙镁电气石、无碱锂电气石、无碱铁电气石、NaAl3Al6Si6O18(BO3)O3OH、 CaFe3 2+(MgAl5Si6O18)(BO3)3(OH)4或者(Mg2Al)Al6Si6O18(BO3)3(OH)4中的至少一种。
6.一种用于齿科修复体的料浆材料,其特征在于所述料浆材料由权利要求1所述的粉体材料、水和添加剂组成;所述粉体材料与水的质量比为2-6.5:3.5-6;所述添加剂质量为料浆材料总质量的0.5%-5%;
所述添加剂包括分散剂、助溶剂、粘结剂或增塑剂中的至少一种;所述分散剂是水玻璃、腐植酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸胺盐或PMAA/PAA的复合分散剂中的至少一种;所述助溶剂是长石、珍珠岩、滑石、蛇纹石、硅灰石、石灰石或白云石中的至少一种;所述粘结剂是淀粉、石蜡、羧甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的至少一种;所述增塑剂是粘性土、木节土或球土中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于齿科修复体的料浆材料,其特征在于所述水是去离子水。
8.一种应用权利要求1-7任一所述的材料制备齿科修复体的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将料浆材料或粉体材料按比例混合;
(2)将步骤1)得到的物料在400-2000r/min的转速下球磨4-24h,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤2)得到的混合物置于成型设备中,并按照齿科修复体的整体模型在成型设备中通过成型技术制备,得到齿科修复体坯体;
(4)将齿科修复体坯体进行干燥,在1000℃-1700℃进行烧结,并保温2-10h,得到初级齿科修复体;
(5)对初级齿科修复体进行后处理,得到最终产品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备齿科修复体的方法,其特征在于所述成型技术包括快速成型技术和非快速成型技术;所述快速成型技术包括喷墨打印技术、FDM熔融层积技术、SLS激光选区烧结技术、DLP激光成型或微流挤出成型技术。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备齿科修复体的方法,其特征在于所述步骤5)中的后处理包括上釉、饰瓷或打磨。
