本发明公开了一种自动喷涂撒点方法,将产品进行静电除尘处理;将产品装夹上线,然后载产品悬挂状态下喷涂底漆;将喷涂底漆的产品在线上烘烤干燥定型后下线,更换平喷夹具固定;将固定好的产品上线,按照设定产品进行旋转,同时进行平喷甩点操作,通过调整大口径喷枪的气压和雾压来控制,根据产品面积的大小来调整压力的大小。本申请属于喷涂工艺方面创新与革新,运用此工艺进行喷涂,可以使得喷涂的颜色具有较多图层,答复提高图案的层次梯度感;同时生产时根据不同面积的产品采用不同的枪气压、雾压、甩动速度,可以在保证喷涂效果的同时提高生产速度;再是颜色选择时避开过于鲜艳的颜色,提高甩动速度,也可以提高喷涂的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动喷涂领域,具体涉及一种自动喷涂撒点方法。
背景技术
自动喷涂就是自动地对金属和非金属表面覆盖保护层或装饰层,以智能化代替人工劳力的专用工具。自动喷涂是全自动喷涂,力度均匀、速度快、喷涂效率高,减少了大量的时间及劳动力。用途广泛、适用性强,专业喷涂针对性强,产量高,能达到高品质、高效率喷涂;完全数字化电脑操作,可记忆存储资料参数,人性化图形显示界面;喷涂调试非简单,一般工件调试在15分钟内完成,程序编写是以工件某一个表面作为一个整体程序段,避免了以往繁琐的程序清单;配合工件旋转治具盘或台链式输送机,可获得高效率高品质的产品。
而现在的自动喷涂技术喷涂的图层比较单一,层次感较弱,而且颜色鲜艳效果不好,喷涂多层次多色彩时,良品率较低;不同颜色的设备的甩动速度要求不同,如果不合理控制这样会影响产品的生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种层次感好、生产效率高的自动喷涂撒点方法。
为实现该技术目的,本发明的方案是:一种自动喷涂撒点方法,具体步骤如下:
第一步,将产品进行静电除尘处理;
第二步,将产品装夹上线,然后载产品悬挂状态下喷涂底漆;
第三步,将喷涂底漆的产品在线上烘烤干燥定型后下线,更换平喷夹具固定;
第四步,将固定好的产品上线,按照设定产品进行旋转,同时进行平喷甩点操作,通过调整大口径喷枪的气压和雾压来控制,根据产品面积的大小来调整压力的大小,具体如下:
对于面积较小的手机产品,枪气压控制在0.5~0.8公斤,雾压控制在0.5~0.6公斤,同时控制好甩动速度为0.5~1.0米/min;
对于面积较大的平板产品,喷枪气压控制在0.3~0.5公斤,雾压控制在0.5~0.8公斤,同时控制好甩动速度为0.3~0.8米/min;
第五步,将平喷甩点操作后的产品进行丝印LOGO,并喷表面保护漆,经过预热除湿和自动除尘处理后进行IR烘烤,并辅以UV进行固化,待产品冷却后进行下件,产品通过全检合格后进行包装。
作为优选,所述第四步中平喷甩点中,不使用颜色鲜艳的粉色、深蓝色。
本发明的有益效果,本申请属于喷涂工艺方面创新与革新,运用此工艺进行喷涂,可以使得喷涂的颜色具有较多图层,答复提高图案的层次梯度感;同时生产时根据不同面积的产品采用不同的枪气压、雾压、甩动速度,可以在保证喷涂效果的同时提高生产速度,同时确保较高的良品率;再是颜色选择时避开过于鲜艳的颜色,提高甩动速度,也可以提高喷涂的效率。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明所述的具体实施例为一种自动喷涂撒点方法,具体步骤如下:
第一步,将产品进行静电除尘处理;
第二步,将产品装夹上线,然后载产品悬挂状态下喷涂底漆;
第三步,将喷涂底漆的产品在线上烘烤干燥定型后下线,更换平喷夹具固定;
第四步,将固定好的产品上线,按照设定产品进行旋转,同时进行平喷甩点操作,通过调整大口径喷枪的气压和雾压来控制,根据产品面积的大小来调整压力的大小,具体如下:
对于面积较小的手机产品,枪气压控制在0.5~0.8公斤,雾压控制在0.5~0.6公斤,同时控制好甩动速度为0.5~1.0米/min;

为了提高生产效率,所述第四步中平喷甩点中,不使用颜色鲜艳的粉色、深蓝色。产品要求的颜色也是影响产品良率的关键,由于颜色鲜艳的其甩动速度要求更慢,这样会影响产品的生产效率,所以尽量不采用粉色、深蓝等鲜艳的颜色。
本申请属于喷涂工艺方面创新与革新,是一借助于循环自动线、产品旋转、喷漆加压、及甩点油漆底压,关闭喷枪雾化等手段完成喷漆表面甩点效果,增加表面装饰个性效果;运用此工艺进行喷涂,可以使得喷涂的颜色具有较多图层,答复提高图案的层次梯度感;同时生产时根据不同面积的产品采用不同的枪气压、雾压、甩动速度,可以在保证喷涂效果的同时提高生产速度,同时确保较高的良品率;再是颜色选择时避开过于鲜艳的颜色,提高甩动速度,也可以提高喷涂的效率。

第一步,将产品进行静电除尘处理;
第二步,将产品装夹上线,然后载产品悬挂状态下喷涂底漆;
第三步,将喷涂底漆的产品在线上烘烤干燥定型后下线,更换平喷夹具固定;
第四步,将固定好的产品上线,按照设定产品进行旋转,同时进行平喷甩点操作,通过调整大口径喷枪的气压和雾压来控制,根据产品面积的大小来调整压力的大小,具体如下:
对于面积较小的手机产品,枪气压控制在0.5~0.8公斤,雾压控制在0.5~0.6公斤,同时控制好甩动速度为0.5~1.0米/min;
对于面积较大的平板产品,喷枪气压控制在0.3~0.5公斤,雾压控制在0.5~0.8公斤,同时控制好甩动速度为0.3~0.8米/min;
