Abstract

本发明涉及一种生化法黑色环保染料及其制备方法和应用,以葡萄糖和甘氨酸为原料,按照水与葡萄糖、甘氨酸质量比为4∶1∶1混合,对上述混合液在100℃下水浴加热60~100min,反应得染料原液;将生化法黑色环保染料用于蛋白质纤维的染色,将织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,染料原液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为6~7,浴比1∶30,染色温度80~100℃,保温60~100min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗。本发明染料对人体无毒害,制备工艺简单,环保节能,染色过程清洁,织物色牢固好,在纺织行业具有较高的应用价值。

一种生化法黑色环保染料的制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及染料及其应用技术领域,特别涉及一种生化法黑色环保染料的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
随着低碳、绿色生活的到来,人们对纺织品的生态要求不断提高。一些对人体有害的合成染料逐渐被禁用,天然染料又重新受到人们的关注和青睐!天然染料不仅生态环保,而且在赋予纺织品自然优雅色泽的同时还具有一定的保健功能,是近年来生态纺织品开发的主要方向之一。
类黑精是美拉德反应后期形成的一类棕褐色的、结构复杂的大分子化合物,在食品中普遍存在。类黑精作为一种新型的天然染料,安全、无毒、可生物降解,其染料方面的制备及应用相关研究未见报道。
发明内容
本发明提供一种生化法黑色环保染料及其制备方法和应用。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种生化法黑色环保染料制备方法包括如下步骤:按照水与葡萄糖、甘氨酸质量比为4∶1∶1混合,对上述混合液在水浴中加热60~100min,反应得染料原液。
优选的,所述水浴加热的温度为100℃。
将本发明所述生化法黑色环保染料应用于蛋白质纤维的染色,其染色步骤为:织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,染料原液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为6~7,浴比(织物∶染液)1∶30,染色温度80~100℃,保温60~100min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗。
优选的,所述的蛋白质纤维为羊毛纤维;蛋白质纤维的状态包括散纤维、纱线、织物或者成品服饰。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用葡萄糖和甘氨酸为原料,反应得到生化法黑色环保染料,无需加盐促染,染色后的织物色牢固良好。本天然染料对人体无毒害,制备工艺简单,环保节能,可生物降解,染色过程清洁,在纺织行业具有较高的应用价值。

实施例1
生化法黑色环保染料的制备。
按照水与葡萄糖、甘氨酸质量比为4∶1∶1混合,对上述混合液100℃水浴加热80min,反应得染料原液。此染料原液见图1。
实施例2
织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,染料原液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为6,浴比1∶30,染色温度100℃,保温60min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗。经测定羊毛织物的色牢度测定结果如表1所示。

实施例3
织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,染料原液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为6,浴比1∶30,染色温度80℃,保温100min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗。经测定羊毛织物的色牢度测定结果如表2所示。

织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,提取液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为7,浴比1∶30,染色温度90℃,保温80min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗。经测定羊毛织物的色牢度测定结果如表3所示。

Claims (6)

1.一种生化法黑色环保染料的制备方法,其特征为,制备方法如下:
按照水与葡萄糖、甘氨酸质量比为4∶1∶1混合,对上述混合液在水浴中加热60~100min,反应得染料原液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生化法黑色环保染料的制备方法,其特征在于所述水浴加热的温度为100℃。
3.一种按照权利要求1制备方法得到的生化法黑色环保染料。
4.一种如权利要求2所述的生化法黑色环保染料应用于蛋白质纤维的染色方法,其特征在于染色步骤如下:织物预先用蒸馏水润湿20min,排除纤维间的空气,染料原液与水的比例1∶1(v/v),染色pH为6~7,浴比(织物∶染液)1∶30,染色温度80~100℃,保温60~100min,染色结束后水洗3次,皂洗,烘干得到染色纺织品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生化法黑色环保染料的染色方法,其特征在于蛋白质纤维为羊毛纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种生化法黑色环保染料的染色方法,其特征在于蛋白质纤维的状态包括散纤维、纱线、织物或者成品服饰。
