背景技术
汽车座椅通常安装在底座上,底座下方设置升降机构,方便调节座椅高度。现有的汽车底座上设置有缓冲装置,通常为弹簧结构,弹簧沿着车身的长度方向设置,当汽车受到正面冲撞时,能够起到一定的缓冲作用,当汽车受到来自侧面横向的冲击力时,不具有缓冲效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车座椅安装底座,能够改善现有技术存在的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种汽车座椅安装底座,包括横板和竖板,在所述的横板中部设置有通槽,所述的竖板长度方向两端分别向下方弯折形成挡板,所述的挡板插接在所述的通槽内侧,在所述的横板下端面边缘上设置有挡沿,所述的挡沿宽度方向的两个端面上分别设置有定位槽,所述的定位槽的长度方向平行于所述的通槽的长度方向,在所述的挡沿外侧设置有定位板,所述的定位板中部插接在所述的定位槽内侧形成定位块,所述的定位块的长度小于所述的定位槽的长度,所述的定位板两端分别设置有条形孔,所述的定位板通过贯穿所述的条形孔的螺栓可拆卸连接在所述的挡沿外壁上,在所述的定位块上设置有等间隔排布的齿,在所述的挡板两侧端面上分别设置有与所述的齿相配合的楔块,在所述的挡沿内侧长度方向的两个端面上分别设置有高强弹簧,所述的高强弹簧的轴线方向平行于所述的挡板的长度方向,所述的高强弹簧一端固定连接在所述的挡沿内壁上,所述的高强弹簧另一端固定连接在所述的挡板侧壁上,在所述的竖板上设置有用于安装座椅的安装梁,在所述的安装梁上设置有用于固定座椅的安装孔,所述的竖板的长度方向与座椅的安装方向相同。
本发明通过设置在挡沿两侧的定位块,对竖板上的挡板的位置进行限定,由于定位块插接在挡沿上的定位槽内,使得定位块能够在定位槽内沿着定位槽长度方向移动,通过将定位板通过贯穿条形孔的螺栓固定在挡沿上,条形孔的长度即为定位块的最大移动距离,当受到来自汽车侧面的横向的冲击力时,座椅的最大移动距离为条形孔的长度,当座椅受到横向冲击力作用时,利用挡板两端的高强弹簧,能够对作用力进行缓冲,利用定位块和挡沿结构相配合,能够避免座椅从升降底座上脱落。本发明通过设置在定位块上的齿和挡板上的楔块,使楔块插接在相邻的齿之间,能够方便对竖板进行定位,在拆卸时,将贯穿条形孔的螺栓取下即可,调节方便,并且,能够利用齿和楔块相配合,能够对挡板的移动进行限定,避免受到横向的瞬间作用力时座椅瞬间横向移动使对人体带来伤害。本发明将横板和竖板分别安装在汽车升降底座上方,将座椅安装在安装梁上的安装孔内即可。
进一步的,为更好地实现本发明,所述的安装梁的长度方向垂直于所述的通槽的长度方向,所述的安装梁为平行设置在所述的竖板上的2组,所述的安装梁两端分别向所述的竖板方向弯曲形成支脚,在所述的竖板上端面上设置有沉槽,所述的支脚插接在所述的沉槽内侧。本发明利用沉槽结构,对支脚的位置进行限定,由于安装梁两端在支脚的支撑下相对竖板拱起,因此能够对垂直方向上的作用力进行缓冲。

进一步的,为更好地实现本发明,所述的支脚呈T型结构,在所述的支脚两侧分别设置有固定弹簧组,所述的固定弹簧组为分别对称设置在所述的沉槽内侧的蜗卷弹簧,所述的蜗卷弹簧内端固定连接在所述的沉槽内侧,所述的蜗卷弹簧外端分别与所述的支脚两端端部相连接,在所述的沉槽内部设置有螺纹通孔,在所述的支脚上对称设置有2个固定孔,所述的固定孔为条形孔,所述的固定孔的长度方向平行于所述的安装梁的长度方向,在所述的沉槽上设置有螺栓,所述的螺栓贯穿所述的固定孔和所述的螺纹通孔并通过螺母固定。本发明采用蜗卷弹簧,使其分别位于支脚两侧,利用设置在支脚的四个顶角部位的蜗卷弹簧对支脚进行固定,使支脚在沉槽内相对移动范围受到限制,并且,能够使支脚具有移动的移动空间,在车身受到正面的作用力时,支脚能够相对沉槽移动,而固定孔的长度为支脚的最大移动范围,此时在蜗卷弹簧的作用下,使支脚受到的作用力能够得到缓冲,避免正面的作用力导致座椅瞬间产生移动导致乘员受伤。
进一步的,为更好地实现本发明,所述的挡沿外侧设置有角钢,所述的角钢分别贴合在所述的挡沿边缘外侧,所述的角钢下端通过螺栓可拆卸连接在所述的挡沿上,所述的角钢上端通过螺栓可拆卸连接在所述的横板侧壁上。

本发明通过横板与竖板相结合,将横板和竖板与座椅升降设备相连接,为安装在安装梁上的座椅提供侧向的冲击力缓冲,采用竖板上的挡板插接在横板上的通槽内,利用横板下方的挡沿对挡板进行位置限定,使竖板在水平方向上能够承受横向的冲击力,能够利用高强弹簧对冲击力进行缓冲的同时,利用定位块结构,对竖板的位移范围进行限定,本发明的安装底座结构与现有的前后方向冲击力缓冲结构组合使用,能够起到同时达到缓冲前后方向和横向冲击力的效果,使安装在竖板上方的座椅具有更高的稳定性。

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车座椅安装底座,其特征在于:所述的支脚(113)呈T型结构,在所述的支脚(113)两侧分别设置有固定弹簧组(116),所述的固定弹簧组(116)为分别对称设置在所述的沉槽(114)内侧的蜗卷弹簧,所述的蜗卷弹簧内端固定连接在所述的沉槽(114)内侧,所述的蜗卷弹簧外端分别与所述的支脚(113)两端端部相连接,在所述的沉槽(114)内部设置有螺纹通孔,在所述的支脚(113)上对称设置有2个固定孔(117),所述的固定孔(117)为条形孔,所述的固定孔(117)的长度方向平行于所述的安装梁(111)的长度方向,在所述的沉槽(114)上设置有螺栓(118),所述的螺栓(118)贯穿所述的固定孔(117)和所述的螺纹通孔并通过螺母固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅安装底座,其特征在于:所述的挡沿(105)外侧设置有角钢(119),所述的角钢(119)分别贴合在所述的挡沿(105)边缘外侧,所述的角钢(119)下端通过螺栓可拆卸连接在所述的挡沿(105)上,所述的角钢(119)上端通过螺栓可拆卸连接在所述的横板(101)侧壁上。
