The power transmission device is arranged at two ends of the cutter shaft device, the cup cover 1, the shaft cup 2, the deep groove ball bearing 5, the gear positioning sleeve 4 and the shaft head 3 are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the gear box is driven by an output belt of machinery such as a tractor, the gear is transmitted to the shaft head 3, and the cutter shaft tube 6 of the cutter shaft device is driven to rotate.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 sets of stubble-cleaning and grooming devices are provided on the arbor tube 6 of each arbor device, it being appreciated that any number may be required.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the cutter head 14 is circular, and the inner diameter of the circular ring is adapted to the outer diameter of the cutter shaft tube 6 and is used for being assembled on the cutter shaft tube 6; a plurality of circular holes are uniformly arranged at the outer diameter of the circular ring and used for assembling the stubble cleaning knife 10, the straw carding device 11 and other devices.
The stubble skim cutter 10 is generally L-shaped and is generally divided into a connecting portion disposed parallel to the cutter head 14 and a bent working portion.
The straw carding unit 11 is L-shaped as a whole and is substantially divided into a connecting portion arranged parallel to the cutter head 14 and a bent working portion.
The working part of the stubble-cleaning knife 10 is arranged opposite to the working part of the straw carding device 11.
In order to meet the condition of straw cleaning, the working part of the straw cleaner 11 is positioned at the bending part of the stubble cleaning knife 10 to prevent the stubble cleaning knife from entering the soil.
The stubble cleaning knife 10 and the straw carding device 11 are arranged on the same side of the cutter head 14, and are assembled on the cutter head 14 through bolts, nuts and other parts. Wherein, the short bolt 7 is matched with the first thin nut 12 and is used for fixedly connecting the tail end of the connecting part of the stubble cleaning knife 10 and the straw carding device 11; the long bolt 8 is matched with the second thin nut 8 and is used for fixedly connecting the middle part of the connecting part of the stubble cleaning knife 10 and the straw carding device 11. In addition, a spring 9 is arranged between the fixedly connected stubble ploughing knife 10 and the straw carding device 11, and the straw is cleaned between two rows of furrow openers (not shown) by utilizing the compression and recovery of the spring 9.
