本发明涉及一种涤纶粘胶羊毛精纺面料，由羊毛、涤纶、粘胶三种纤维混纺织出，原料成分重量含量为：羊毛70±5％，涤纶20±5％，粘胶10±3％；捻度：经向:918±10捻/10cm,纬向918±10捻/10cm；密度：经向:364±5根/10cm,纬向325±5根/10cm；纱支公制支数：经向:86/2,纬向86/2；该面料每平方米重量为160～185克。该面料的优点是：具有了羊毛的弹性和吸湿性，且降低了面料的缩绒性即起毛起球性能好，起球级别能达到4级，并且具有涤纶的强度和尺寸稳定性，以及粘胶的柔软和舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶粘胶羊毛精纺面料。
背景技术
单纯的羊毛面料，虽然具有一定的弹性和吸湿性，但是其强度较小，尺寸不稳定，容易变形。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种涤纶粘胶羊毛精纺面料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种涤纶粘胶羊毛精纺面料，由羊毛、涤纶、粘胶三种纤维混纺织出，原料成分重量含量为：羊毛70±5％，涤纶20±5％，粘胶10±3％；
捻度：经向:918±10捻/10cm,纬向918±10捻/10cm；
密度：经向:364±5根/10cm,纬向325±5根/10cm；
纱支公制支数：经向:86/2,纬向86/2；
该面料每平方米重量为160～185克。
本发明的有益效果是：该面料的优点是：具有了羊毛的弹性和吸湿性，且降低了面料的缩绒性即起毛起球性能好，起球级别能达到4级，并且具有涤纶的强度和尺寸稳定性，以及粘胶的柔软和舒适。

捻度：经向:918±10捻/10cm,纬向918±10捻/10cm；
密度：经向:364±5根/10cm,纬向325±5根/10cm；
纱支公制支数：经向:86/2,纬向86/2；
该面料每平方米重量为160～185克，优选每平方米重量为170克。
该面料性能测试结果如下：
可以看出，该面料的静态尺寸变化率及汽蒸尺寸变化率均能达到合格要求且变化较为稳定，断裂强力、撕破强力较大，即面料抗断裂，抗撕破性能好。
该面料的优点是：具有了羊毛的弹性和吸湿性，且降低了面料的缩绒性即起毛起球性能好，起球级别能达到4级，并且具有涤纶的强度和尺寸稳定性，以及粘胶的柔软和舒适。
