Abstract

本发明公布了一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:a.织造,b.配比调色制样,c.高压印染与低温固色,d.干洗和e.后整理和熨烫定型。其采用织物纤维为原料,织法结构采用斜纹组织,同时去除原有的蒸化和水洗的步骤改为高压印染、低温固色和干洗的工艺流程。本发明缩短了生产流程,节约了人力成本;并解决了生产过程中大量用水的缺陷,符合环保的理念;该工艺生产的产品为抗油去污的绿色环保面料,其特点为:1使用寿命长;2理化性能高,耐磨耐用;3通过后整理,使织物纤维表面能排斥疏远油和水类液体介质,从而达到既不妨碍透气舒适,又能有效抗拒此类液体对人体的侵蚀;4防水更加持久,物理及化学性质更稳定。

一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对于桌布面料的要求也越来越高,即想实现桌布的美观大方,又能实现桌布的功能化;众所周知,桌布又称台布为覆盖于台面、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的物品。其中,桌布的类型按材质分为塑料桌布、纺织桌布以及混合型桌布;按形状外观分为圆形桌布、方形桌布以及不规则桌布;按用途分为实用性和装饰性两大类。
目前,大多数人会选择实用性的桌布,比较简单方便,但是不够美观,比较单调;而也有少数会选择装饰性的桌布,美观大方有情调,但是相对的桌布不耐脏、清洗麻烦、使用寿命短。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺。
(二)技术方案
本发明的迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.织造:采用织物纤维为原料,织法结构采用二浮一沉的斜纹组织,再使用喷水织布机制成胚布面料;
b.配比调色制样:将步骤a制成的胚布面料制成若干块10cm长的正方形面料小样;其次将颜色进行调配和筛选后,在专用印花纸小样上制成迷彩印花图案;然后将专用印花纸小样与所述的面料小样进行重叠后,通过小型热转移印花机进行制样成型;
c.高压印染与低温固色:参照b步骤将配比好的颜色喷制在专用印花纸上,再将所述的专用印花纸与所述的胚布面料进行重叠,在高温高压环境下逐步分段进行面料的高压印染和着色处理;然后再将印染好的面料放在低温环境下进行固色处理;
d.干洗:用干洗专用化学溶剂通过渗透、溶解和稀释的方法对固色处理后的面料进行洗涤,来去除面料表面的残留在化学试剂、色浆和糊料;
e.后整理和熨烫定型:将干洗后的面料,经抗油整理剂和去污整理剂进行面料后整理,整理完毕后再对面料进行熨烫定型处理以达到去皱的效果,最后得到了本发明提出的迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的步骤a的织物纤维为混纺纤维或尼龙纤维或氨纺纤维。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的步骤b的迷彩印花的颜色配比采用黑白棕绿或黑白棕红或黑白棕蓝或黑黄绿棕。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的步骤c的高压印染的条件如下,高温:80~110℃,高压:2~5atm,持续时间为15~30min;所述的低温固色的条件如下,低温:10~30℃,持续时间为15~30min。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的步骤d的干洗专用化学溶剂为液态二氧化碳干洗剂或四氯乙烯干洗剂。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的抗油整理剂和去污整理剂均采用含氟丙烯酸酯类的聚合物。
(三)有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,缩短了生产流程,节约了人力成本;并且解决了在生产过程中大量用水的缺陷,符合环保的理念;此外,该生产工艺生产的产品为抗油去污耐用的绿色环保面料,其具有以下的特点:1、使用寿命长;2、理化性能高,耐磨耐用;3、通过后整理,使织物纤维表面能排斥、疏远油、水类液体介质,从而达到既不妨碍透气舒适,又能有效抗拒此类液体对人体的侵蚀;4、防水更加持久,物理及化学性质更稳定。
具体实施方式
一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.织造:采用织物纤维为原料,织法结构采用二浮一沉的斜纹组织,再使用喷水织布机制成胚布面料;
b.配比调色制样:将步骤a制成的胚布面料制成若干块10cm长的正方形面料小样;其次将颜色进行调配和筛选后,在专用印花纸小样上制成迷彩印花图案;然后将专用印花纸小样与所述的面料小样进行重叠后,通过小型热转移印花机进行制样成型;
c.高压印染与低温固色:参照b步骤将配比好的颜色喷制在专用印花纸上,再将所述的专用印花纸与所述的胚布面料进行重叠,在高温高压环境下逐步分段进行面料的高压印染和着色处理;然后再将印染好的面料放在低温环境下进行固色处理;
d.干洗:用干洗专用化学溶剂通过渗透、溶解和稀释的方法对固色处理后的面料进行洗涤,来去除面料表面的残留在化学试剂、色浆和糊料;

Claims (6)

1.一种迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.织造:采用织物纤维为原料,织法结构采用二浮一沉的斜纹组织,再使用喷水织布机制成胚布面料;
b.配比调色制样:将步骤a制成的胚布面料制成若干块10cm长的正方形面料小样;其次将颜色进行调配和筛选后,在专用印花纸小样上制成迷彩印花图案;然后将专用印花纸小样与所述的面料小样进行重叠后,通过小型热转移印花机进行制样成型;
c.高压印染与低温固色:参照b步骤将配比好的颜色喷制在专用印花纸上,再将所述的专用印花纸与所述的胚布面料进行重叠,在高温高压环境下逐步分段进行面料的高压印染和着色处理;然后再将印染好的面料放在低温环境下进行固色处理;
d.干洗:用干洗专用化学溶剂通过渗透、溶解和稀释的方法对固色处理后的面料进行洗涤,来去除面料表面的残留在化学试剂、色浆和糊料;

3.根据权利要求1所述的迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤b的迷彩印花的颜色配比采用黑白棕绿或黑白棕红或黑白棕蓝或黑黄绿棕。
4.根据权利要求1所述的迷彩印花抗油去污桌布面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤c的高压印染的条件如下,高温:80~110℃,高压:2~5atm,持续时间为15~30min;所述的低温固色的条件如下,低温:10~30℃,持续时间为15~30min。
