本发明公开了一种聚酯树脂胶粘剂,原料组成为:聚酯树脂100份,石油树脂10‑30份,油溶性酚醛树脂15‑25份,滑石粉5‑15份,二苯基辛基亚磷酸酯0.5‑1.5份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的聚酯树脂胶粘剂,基体是采用六氢化间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、1,4‑丁二醇缩聚反应而得的高粘性聚酯树脂。石油树脂为C4‑C5 和C9 馏份的共聚体,具有良好的相溶性。使用温度范围‑40-200°C。

本发明涉及一种聚酯树脂胶粘剂,属于粘胶技术领域。
背景技术
聚酯树脂胶粘剂是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质的分类方法。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的-1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、聚酯树脂粘结类、厌氧聚酯树脂胶粘剂、UV聚酯树脂胶粘剂(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。

目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种聚酯树脂胶粘剂。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种聚酯树脂胶粘剂,其原料组成为:聚酯树脂100份,石油树脂10-30份,油溶性酚醛树脂15-25份,滑石粉5-15份,二苯基辛基亚磷酸酯0.5-1.5份,份数均为质量份数。

有益效果:本发明提供的聚酯树脂胶粘剂,此配方的基体是采用六氢化间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、1,4-丁二醇缩聚反应而得的高粘性聚酯树脂。石油树脂为C4-C5 和C9 馏份的共聚体,具有良好的相溶性。使用温度范围-40-200°C。

聚酯树脂100份,石油树脂20份,油溶性酚醛树脂20份,滑石粉10份,二苯基辛基亚磷酸酯1份,份数均为质量份数。

聚酯树脂100份,石油树脂10份,油溶性酚醛树脂15份,滑石粉5份,二苯基辛基亚磷酸酯0.5份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种聚酯树脂胶粘剂,组成如下:
聚酯树脂100份,石油树脂30份,油溶性酚醛树脂25份,滑石粉15份,二苯基辛基亚磷酸酯1.5份,份数均为质量份数。
