Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚酯型热熔胶,原料组成为:聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂30‑40份,二甲苯树脂15‑25份,滑石粉9‑15份,2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1‑2份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的聚酯型热熔胶,基体采用中软化点对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸、癸二酸、1,4丁二醇缩聚反应而得的聚酯树脂,软化点约为120°C。此配方胶接强度较高,对木材、皮革、织物、纸板、塑料等均有良好的胶接效果,尤其对柔韧性的板材更能显示它的优点。用于金属胶接,能获得良好的初粘性和胶接性能。

本发明涉及一种聚酯型热熔胶,属于粘胶技术领域。
背景技术
聚酯型热熔胶是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质的分类方法。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的-1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、聚酯树脂粘结类、厌氧聚酯型热熔胶、UV聚酯型热熔胶(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。
发明内容
目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种聚酯型热熔胶。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种聚酯型热熔胶,其原料组成为:聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂30-40份,二甲苯树脂15-25份,滑石粉9-15份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-2份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的聚酯型热熔胶,其特征在于,其原料组成为:聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂20份,二甲苯树脂20份,滑石粉10份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份,份数均为质量份数。

有益效果:本发明提供的聚酯型热熔胶,由于加入齐聚苯乙烯树脂,降低了基体的熔融粘度,具有较好的施工性能。基体采用中软化点对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸、癸二酸、1,4丁二醇缩聚反应而得的聚酯树脂,软化点约为120°C。此配方胶接强度较高,对木材、皮革、织物、纸板、塑料等均有良好的胶接效果,尤其对柔韧性的板材更能显示它的优点。用于金属胶接,能获得良好的初粘性和胶接性能。

下面结合实例对本发明做具体说明:
实施例1:一种聚酯型热熔胶,组成如下:
聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂20份,二甲苯树脂20份,滑石粉10份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例2:一种聚酯型热熔胶,组成如下:
聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂10份,二甲苯树脂15份,滑石粉5份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种聚酯型热熔胶,组成如下:
聚酯树脂100份,齐聚苯乙烯树脂30份,二甲苯树脂25份,滑石粉15份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1.5份,份数均为质量份数。
