本发明公开了一种水溶性热熔胶,原料组成为:乙烯基吡咯烷酮‑醋酸乙烯共聚体 100份,蓖麻油加氢化合物2‑6份,水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡3‑4份,环氧树脂1‑3份,2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1‑2份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的水溶性热熔胶,基体是经过吡咯烷酮改性的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚体,分子量较大,胶接强度较高;与一般蜡类化合物的相溶性较差,加入了水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡,大大改善了相溶性;主要用于木材、陶瓷、混凝土构件、织物、纸张等多孔性材料的胶接,也可用作其它胶粘剂的底胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水溶性热熔胶,属于胶技术领域。
背景技术
胶水是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质的分类方法。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的-1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、环氧树脂粘结类、厌氧水溶性热熔胶、UV水溶性热熔胶(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。需要一种改进的水溶性热熔胶,胶接强度较高,相溶性更好。

目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种水溶性热熔胶。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种水溶性热熔胶,其原料组成为:乙烯基吡咯烷酮-醋酸乙烯共聚体 100份,蓖麻油加氢化合物2-6份,水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡3-4份,环氧树脂1-3份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-2份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的水溶性热熔胶,其特征在于,其原料组成为:乙烯基吡咯烷酮-醋酸乙烯共聚体 100份,蓖麻油加氢化合物4份,水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡2.5份,环氧树脂1.6份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1.4份,份数均为质量份数。

实施例2:一种水溶性热熔胶,组成如下:
乙烯基吡咯烷酮-醋酸乙烯共聚体 100份,蓖麻油加氢化合物4份,水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡2.5份,环氧树脂1.6份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1.4份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种水溶性热熔胶,组成如下:
乙烯基吡咯烷酮-醋酸乙烯共聚体 100份,蓖麻油加氢化合物6份,水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡4份,环氧树脂3份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份,份数均为质量份数。
本发明提供的水溶性热熔胶,基体是经过吡咯烷酮改性的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚体。分子量较大,胶接强度较高。与一般蜡类化合物的相溶性较差,加入了水溶性聚乙烯乙二醇蜡,大大改善了相溶性。主要用于木材、陶瓷、混凝土构件、织物、纸张等多孔性材料的胶接,也可用作其它胶粘剂的底胶。
