草苁蓉,为列当科植物草苁蓉的全草,一年生寄生草本。全草含8-表脱氧马钱子甙酸,草苁蓉苯丙烯醇甙B、C、D,草苁蓉苯丙烯醇甙A,草苁蓉甙,草苁蓉醛甙,松脂酚吡喃葡萄糖甙,对香豆酸,对香豆酸甲酯,谷甾醇,齐墩果酸,表齐墩果酸,β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基,吡喃鼠李糖基,吡喃葡萄糖,C9、C10、C11萜内酯。主要用于补肾壮阳、润肠通便,止血。主肾虚阳痿、遗精,腰膝冷痛、小梗遗沥、尿血、宫冷不孕、带下崩漏。目前,将草苁蓉加工成草苁蓉营养粉,未见有相关报道,既可实现其原料的充分利用,又提高其药用价值和经济价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,本方法工艺稳定、操作简单,将无污染的草苁蓉自然资源加工成饮用、携带方便的保健粉,不仅丰富了保健粉种类,而且提高了草苁蓉的营养价值和经济价值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:挑选优质、干燥的草苁蓉,辅以赤楠皮、梧桐花和七叶莲,取6kg的草苁蓉、3kg的赤楠皮、2kg的梧桐花和1kg的七叶莲混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料用清水清洗后烘干;
(2)超声波提取:取10kg混合原料切碎后,加入0.05kg的抗坏血酸钠、0.01kg的柠檬酸和0.5kg的蜂胶,送入超声波提取锅内,并添加原料重量8倍的纯净水,设定超声波频率65kHz,保持提取锅恒温55℃,经提取50min,放出提取液并用离心过滤,得提取液和草苁蓉渣;
(3)回流浸提:按1:8的比例,将滤干后的草苁蓉渣中加入乙醇,加热,进行回流浸提3次,提取时间为2.8h,得草苁蓉溶液;再将提取后的草苁蓉溶液在55℃下旋转蒸发,除去溶剂,过滤,制得浸提液和草苁蓉滤渣;
(4)粉碎:将草苁蓉滤渣铺在托盘上,放进温度75℃、风速2.18 m/s、隧道长度 3.46m的隧道式干燥机内,干燥1.8小时后,进行超微粉碎,粒度为180μm,制得草苁蓉粉;
(5)混合调配:取草苁蓉提取液5kg、浸提液3kg、草苁蓉粉2kg,加入高粱果汁0.5kg、谷芽粉0.3kg、墨旱莲粉0.3kg,、槐花粉0.2kg,充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
(6)浓缩干燥:将混合液用反渗透膜在常温下进行浓缩,再进行真空低温减压浓缩,温度为55℃,至固形物含量为18%,得浓缩液;然后使用微波干燥机对浓缩液进行微波干燥处理,微波频率为45kHz,处理时间为10min,再粉碎,制得草苁蓉营养粉;
(7)包装:将草苁蓉营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。

实施例1:
一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:挑选优质、干燥的草苁蓉,辅以肉苁蓉、锁阳和浙贝母,取10kg的草苁蓉、5kg的肉苁蓉、3kg的锁阳和2kg的浙贝母混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料用清水清洗后烘干;
(2)超声波提取:取18kg混合原料切碎后,加入0.85kg的抗坏血酸钠、0.06kg的柠檬酸和1kg的蜂蜜,送入超声波提取锅内,并添加原料重量12倍的纯净水,设定超声波频率55kHz,保持提取锅恒温65℃,经提取45min,放出提取液并用离心过滤,得提取液和草苁蓉渣;
(3)回流浸提:按1:10的比例,将滤干后的草苁蓉渣中加入乙醇,加热,进行回流浸提2次,提取时间为3.5h,得草苁蓉溶液;再将提取后的草苁蓉溶液在68℃下旋转蒸发,除去溶剂,过滤,制得浸提液和草苁蓉滤渣;
(4)粉碎:将草苁蓉滤渣铺在托盘上,放进温度58℃、风速1.25 m/s、隧道长度 3.46m的隧道式干燥机内,干燥3小时后,进行超微粉碎,粒度为120μm,制得草苁蓉粉;
(5)混合调配:取草苁蓉提取液8kg、浸提液5kg、草苁蓉粉3kg,加入芡实果汁0.85kg、麦芽粉0.5kg、北豆根粉0.5kg,、野牡丹花粉0.35kg,充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
(6)浓缩干燥:将混合液用反渗透膜在常温下进行浓缩,再进行真空低温减压浓缩,温度为58℃,至固形物含量为22%,得浓缩液;然后使用微波干燥机对浓缩液进行微波干燥处理,微波频率为60kHz,处理时间为20min,再粉碎,制得草苁蓉营养粉;
(7)包装:将草苁蓉营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。
实施例2:
一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:

(5)混合调配:取草苁蓉提取液2kg、浸提液1kg、草苁蓉粉1kg,加入拐枣果汁0.65kg、薯莨粉0.5kg、杜仲叶粉0.3kg,、枇杷花粉0.2kg,充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
(6)浓缩干燥:将混合液用反渗透膜在常温下进行浓缩,再进行真空低温减压浓缩,温度为68℃,至固形物含量为25%,得浓缩液;然后使用微波干燥机对浓缩液进行微波干燥处理,微波频率为53kHz,处理时间为25min,再粉碎,制得草苁蓉营养粉;
(7)包装:将草苁蓉营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。
实施例3:
一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:挑选优质、干燥的草苁蓉,辅以瓜蒌皮、五味子花和辣木叶,取8kg的草苁蓉、5kg的瓜蒌皮、3kg的五味子花和1kg的辣木叶混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料用清水清洗后烘干;
(2)超声波提取:取15kg混合原料切碎后,加入0.55kg的抗坏血酸钠、0.2kg的苹果酸和0.8kg的胶原蛋白,送入超声波提取锅内,并添加原料重量15倍的纯净水,设定超声波频率72kHz,保持提取锅恒温60℃,经提取55min,放出提取液并用离心过滤,得提取液和草苁蓉渣;
(3)回流浸提:按1:20的比例,将滤干后的草苁蓉渣中加入乙醇,加热,进行回流浸提2次,提取时间为1.6h,得草苁蓉溶液;再将提取后的草苁蓉溶液在75℃下旋转蒸发,除去溶剂,过滤,制得浸提液和草苁蓉滤渣;
(4)粉碎:将草苁蓉滤渣铺在托盘上,放进温度68℃、风速1.45m/s、隧道长度 5.06m 的隧道式干燥机内,干燥3.2小时后,进行超微粉碎,粒度为160μm,制得草苁蓉粉;
(5)混合调配:取草苁蓉提取液7kg、浸提液4.5kg、草苁蓉粉4kg,加入诺尼果汁1kg、玉竹汁0.8kg、苦荞粉0.6kg、红旱莲粉0.5kg,、金银花粉0.1kg,充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
(6)浓缩干燥:将混合液用反渗透膜在常温下进行浓缩,再进行真空低温减压浓缩,温度为78℃,至固形物含量为28%,得浓缩液;然后使用微波干燥机对浓缩液进行微波干燥处理,微波频率为63kHz,处理时间为18min,再粉碎,制得草苁蓉营养粉;
(7)包装:将草苁蓉营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (1)
1.一种草苁蓉营养粉的加工方法,其特征在于,采用如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:挑选优质、干燥的草苁蓉,辅以赤楠皮、梧桐花和七叶莲,取6kg的草苁蓉、3kg的赤楠皮、2kg的梧桐花和1kg的七叶莲混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料用清水清洗后烘干;
(2)超声波提取:取10kg混合原料切碎后,加入0.05kg的抗坏血酸钠、0.01kg的柠檬酸和0.5kg的蜂胶,送入超声波提取锅内,并添加原料重量8倍的纯净水,设定超声波频率65kHz,保持提取锅恒温55℃,经提取50min,放出提取液并用离心过滤,得提取液和草苁蓉渣;
(3)回流浸提:按1:8的比例,将滤干后的草苁蓉渣中加入乙醇,加热,进行回流浸提3次,提取时间为2.8h,得草苁蓉溶液;再将提取后的草苁蓉溶液在55℃下旋转蒸发,除去溶剂,过滤,制得浸提液和草苁蓉滤渣;
(4)粉碎:将草苁蓉滤渣铺在托盘上,放进温度75℃、风速2.18 m/s、隧道长度 3.46m的隧道式干燥机内,干燥1.8小时后,进行超微粉碎,粒度为180μm,制得草苁蓉粉;
(5)混合调配:取草苁蓉提取液5kg、浸提液3kg、草苁蓉粉2kg,加入高粱果汁0.5kg、谷芽粉0.3kg、墨旱莲粉0.3kg,、槐花粉0.2kg,充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
(6)浓缩干燥:将混合液用反渗透膜在常温下进行浓缩,再进行真空低温减压浓缩,温度为55℃,至固形物含量为18%,得浓缩液;然后使用微波干燥机对浓缩液进行微波干燥处理,微波频率为45kHz,处理时间为10min,再粉碎,制得草苁蓉营养粉;
(7)包装:将草苁蓉营养粉用食品级包装材料包装,入通风干燥环境中储存。
