技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,尤其涉及一种汽车排气管净化消声器。
背景技术
目前,汽车制造工业已逐渐发展成为我国的重要支柱产业,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,汽车的使用量逐年增多。汽车消声器是汽车重要配件之一,目前汽车的排气消声器是用来降低汽车发动机排气噪声的一个关键部件,它通过降低衰减排气脉动压力来消除噪声。随着城市规模的扩大和城市交通的日益发达,汽车等交通工具的数量也越来越庞大,随之而来的噪声污染、尾气污染等问题也越来越严重。研究表明,发动机噪声是汽车噪声的主要噪声源,其中排气噪声占发动机噪声的30%左右,比其他噪声源要高出10~15dB(A)。汽车尾气是空气污染的一个重大因素,尤其是危害城市环境,引发呼吸系统疾病,造成地表空气废气含量过高,加重城市热岛效应。目前现有的排气管净化消声装置对尾气的净化效果不是很理想,并且存在结构复杂,净化成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车排气管净化消声器,本发明在降低汽车行驶过程中的噪声污染的同时又能对汽车尾气进行净化,吸附尾气中的硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质,本发明具有结构简单,实用性强,尾气净化成本低的优点。
本发明的技术方案为:一种汽车排气管净化消声器,包括:进气管、进气分流孔、第一腔体、连接管、消声器外壳、第一尾气净化装置、第二腔体、过滤层、排气管、吸声板、吸气孔、隔板、净化过滤网、第二尾气净化装置与排气通孔,其特征在于:所述进气管上开设有进气分流孔,所述进气管穿过所述消声器外壳的侧壁,所述进气管与所述连接管均设置在所述第一腔体的内部,所述进气管的输出端与所述连接管的输入端相互连通,所述第一尾气净化装置设置在所述连接管的内部,所述排气管设置在所述连接管的一侧,所述排气管位于所述第二腔体的内部,所述排气管穿过所述消声器外壳的侧壁,所述排气管的输入端与所述连接管的输出端相互连通,所述连接管与所述排气管之间设置有过滤层,所述排气管的上侧、下侧均设置有吸声板,所述吸声板与所述排气管相互固定连接,所述排气管上设置有吸气孔,所述第二尾气净化装置设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置与所述排气管相互连接,所述净化过滤网设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置与所述排气管相互连接,所述隔板设置在所述消声器外壳的内部,所述排气管的输出端上设置有排气通孔。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明在消声器外壳上设置有自动补气装置,自动补气装置可以根据汽车的运行情况进行自动补气,帮助燃烧,通气阻力小且结构简单,本发明在连接管的内部设置有第一尾气净化装置,在述排气管的内部设置有第二尾气净化装置,第一尾气净化装置与第二尾气净化装置均为三元催化器,本发明设置有两个三元催化器,可以使净化效果更好,三元催化器可以把废气中的HC、CO变成水和CO2,同时把Nox分解成氮气和氧气,通过氧化和还原反应,一氧化碳被氧化成二氧化碳,碳氢化合物被氧化成水和二氧化碳,氮氧化合物被还原成氮气和氧气。三种有害气体都变成了无害气体。本发明在出气管的上端、下端均连接有吸声板,可以有效地减少汽车排气时的噪音,吸声板为铝纤维吸声板,具有厚度薄、质量轻、防火、防水、耐腐、吸声性能稳定等优点。本发明在连接管与排气管之间设置有过滤层,过滤层内填充有活性炭,汽车尾气内的硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质被过滤层中的内的活性炭吸附,硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质被吸附后的汽车尾气,通过设置在排气管上的排气通孔出,进入大气中。本发明在降低汽车行驶过程中的噪声污染的同时又能对汽车尾气进行净化,吸附尾气中的硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质,本发明具有结构简单,实用性强,尾气净化成本低的优点。

图1为本发明的结构示意图,如图1所示的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,包括:进气管1、进气分流孔2、第一腔体4、连接管5、消声器外壳6、第一尾气净化装置7、第二腔体9、过滤层10、排气管11、吸声板12、吸气孔13、隔板14、净化过滤网15、第二尾气净化装置16与排气通孔17,其特征在于:所述进气管1上开设有进气分流孔2,所述进气管1穿过所述消声器外壳6的侧壁,所述进气管1与所述连接管6均设置在所述第一腔体4的内部,所述进气管1的输出端与所述连接管5的输入端相互连通,所述第一尾气净化装置7设置在所述连接管5的内部,所述排气管11设置在所述连接管5的一侧,所述排气管11位于所述第二腔体9的内部,所述排气管11穿过所述消声器外壳6的侧壁,所述排气管11的输入端与所述连接管5的输出端相互连通,所述连接管5与所述排气管11之间设置有过滤层10,所述排气管11的上侧、下侧均设置有吸声板12,所述吸声板12与所述排气管11相互固定连接,所述排气管11上设置有吸气孔13,所述第二尾气净化装置16设置在所述排气管11的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置16与所述排气管11相互连接,所述净化过滤网15设置在所述排气管11的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置16设置在所述排气管11的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置16与所述排气管11相互连接,所述隔板14设置在所述消声器外壳6的内部,所述排气管11的输出端上设置有排气通孔17。本发明在连接管的内部设置有第一尾气净化装置,在述排气管的内部设置有第二尾气净化装置,第一尾气净化装置与第二尾气净化装置均为三元催化器,第一尾气净化装置与第二尾气净化装置的工作原理是:当高温的汽车尾气通过净化装置时,三元第一尾气净化装置中的净化剂将增强CO、HC和NOx三种气体的活性,促使其进行一定的氧化-还原化学反应,其中CO在高温下氧化成为无色、无毒的二氧化碳气体;HC化合物在高温下氧化成水(H20)和二氧化碳;NOx还原成氮气和氧气。三种有害气体变成无害气体,使汽车尾气得以净化。本发明在消声器外壳上设置有自动补气装置,自动补气装置可以根据汽车的运行情况进行自动补气,帮助燃烧,通气阻力小且结构简单,本发明在出气管的上端、下端均连接有吸声板,可以有效地减少汽车排气时的噪音,吸声板为铝纤维吸声板,具有厚度薄、质量轻、防火、防水、耐腐、吸声性能稳定等优点。本发明在连接管与排气管之间设置有过滤层,过滤层内填充有活性炭,汽车尾气内的硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质被过滤层中的内的活性炭吸附,硫氧化物和氮氧化物等有害物质被吸附后的汽车尾气,通过设置在排气管上的排气通孔出,进入大气中。

Claims (8)

1.一种汽车排气管净化消声器,包括:进气管、进气分流孔、第一腔体、连接管、消声器外壳、第一尾气净化装置、第二腔体、过滤层、排气管、吸声板、吸气孔、隔板、净化过滤网、第二尾气净化装置与排气通孔,其特征在于:所述进气管上开设有进气分流孔,所述进气管穿过所述消声器外壳的侧壁,所述进气管与所述连接管均设置在所述第一腔体的内部,所述进气管的输出端与所述连接管的输入端相互连通,所述第一尾气净化装置设置在所述连接管的内部,所述排气管设置在所述连接管的一侧,所述排气管位于所述第二腔体的内部,所述排气管穿过所述消声器外壳的侧壁,所述排气管的输入端与所述连接管的输出端相互连通,所述连接管与所述排气管之间设置有过滤层,所述排气管的上侧、下侧均设置有吸声板,所述吸声板与所述排气管相互固定连接,所述排气管上设置有吸气孔,所述第二尾气净化装置设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置与所述排气管相互连接,所述净化过滤网设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置设置在所述排气管的内部,所述第二尾气净化装置与所述排气管相互连接,所述隔板设置在所述消声器外壳的内部,所述排气管的输出端上设置有排气通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述进气管与排气管的材质均为不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述隔板上设置有气体导流管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述进气分流孔设置有18-26个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述过滤层内填充有活性炭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述吸声板为铝纤维吸声板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述消声器外壳上设置有自动补气装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管净化消声器,其特征在于:所述第一尾气净化装置与第二尾气净化装置均为三元催化器。
