本发明涉及托盘技术领域,具体涉及一种减振托盘。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,对生活质量的要求也越来越高,体现在衣食住行等各个领域,对运输行业提出了更快速、更高效、更高质量运输的新要求。特别是对食材、水果、易碎品、医药品等关乎民生、精密仪器等科研设备的运输更要注重运输质量,在运输过程中最大的问题就是路面不平整等原因(如乡间路面、减速带、损坏的路面、急刹车转弯等)引起的振动对运输物品质量的影响,严重的会直接破坏运输物品。目前国内运输市场常见的运输减振方法是在运输托盘及运输物品周围增加泡沫、纸板等柔软材料以减少振动带来的缓冲,或者使用木架等结构变形减少振动冲击。这些方法并不能有效减振,也没有完整的计算验证,如果使用不当则会造成物品在运输过程中产生共振现象,增大振动强度,造成物品的重大损坏;而且用以减振的材料不能多次循环利用,甚至有些只能使用一次,也造成资源的巨大浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供了一种减振托盘,能有效减小各方向的振动以及减小由振动引起的共振时的振动强度,全方位保护运输物品,提高物品的运输质量,能够重复使用,可以进行维修,节约社会资源,所述的减振托盘结构简单,使用方便。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种减振托盘,包括托盘,托盘上端设有减振部件,减振部件包括上托板、球状减振器和下托板,上托板设置于下托板的上方,球状减振器均匀布置于上托板和下托板之间,球状减振器的上端和下端分别与上托板和下托板连接,上托板和下托板的四周分布有多个阻尼减振片,阻尼减振片的上下两端分别与上托板和下托板连接。
按上述技术方案,阻尼减振片为橡胶片。
按上述技术方案,阻尼减振片沿上托板和下托板的周向均匀分布。
按上述技术方案,上托板和下托板之间布置有多个防护柱,防护柱的上端与上托板连接。

球状减振器起到隔振作用,能有效减小物品在振动时的强度,另外球状减振器在各方向上均能变形,具有周向减振功能,阻尼减振片具有良好的阻尼效果,能有效减小振动时引起的系统共振,同时增强减振效果,保护固定于托盘上的运输物品和减振设备的安全,通过球状减振器和阻尼减振片相结合,能有效减小各方向的振动以及减小由振动引起的共振时的振动强度,在运输减振方面,通过所述减振托盘可减小物品运输过程中多个方向的振动和碰撞,全方位保护运输物品,提高物品的运输质量,在固定减振方面,所述的减振托盘作为设备基座,用以地震减震,保护多震区小型服务器、信号站等设备,减振部件和托盘也可拆开单独使用,使用方便,减振部件可铺设在车内,可作为减振车使用,所述的减振托盘能够重复使用,可以进行维修,节约社会资源,所述的减振托盘结构简单,使用方便。

本发明的一个实施例中,本发明的工作原理:
减振托盘分为减振部件和塑料托盘,减振部件和塑料托盘采用螺栓连接,必要时可以分开各自单独使用。
减振部件分为上托板、球状减振器、下托板、防护柱、橡胶片和固定钩子。上托板和下托板结构相同,防护柱、球状减振器与上、下托板之间采用螺栓连接;橡胶片和固定钩子与上托板和下托板之间采用铆钉连接。
上托板和下托板具有相同的结构,均由上板、蜂窝板、下板和边条组成,各零件之间采用铆钉连接。
首先组装下托板,将下板、蜂窝板、上板以顺序叠好,安装边条,使用铆钉将下板、蜂窝板、上板和边条铆接到一起;再安装球状减振器到下托板,采用螺栓连接;然后按照下托板组装方法组装上托板,将固定钩子安装到上托板,采用铆钉连接,将防护柱安装到上托板内表面,采用螺栓连接,并将上托板与球状减振器另一端安装到一起,采用螺栓连接;然后将橡胶片安装到上托板和下托板四周,橡胶片两端分别固定到上托板和下托板,采用铆钉连接;最后将减振部件安装到塑料托盘上面,采用螺栓连接,安装完毕即可正常使用。
如图1-3所示的减振托盘,该减振托盘分为减振部件1和塑料托盘2,减振部件1和塑料托盘2采用螺栓连接,必要时可以分开各自单独使用。
综上所述,本发明提出了一种有减振功能的运输托盘,减振托盘分为减振部件和塑料托盘两部分,采用螺栓连接到一起;减振托盘不仅具有普通托盘的全部功能,还具有减小运输物品的振动的功能,并且可以重复使用,维修方便。减振部件和塑料托盘均可单独使用,减振部件采用隔振和阻尼减振相结合的方法,能有效减小振动及在共振时的振动强度,隔振器采用金属球状减振器,球状减振器是多片等长的减振片分别弯曲成的球形结构,能有效减小物品在振动时的强度;阻尼减振部件采用有良好阻尼效果的橡胶制作,在使用过程中可以有效减小由于误操作引起的系统共振,保护运输物品和减振设备的安全;减振部件设计时考虑了托盘强度、运输物品的平稳和固定、托盘承载面板的变形等因素,对球状减振器的安装个数和位置进行优化设计,加强了部件整体的结构强度;减振部件承载面板周围设计有包边可以防止物品在运输过程中滑落;减振部件对称边位置设置固定物品的固定钩子,可以对物品进行捆绑;减振部件四周设置增加振动阻尼设备,增强托盘减振效果;减振部件内部设置防护设备,保护减振器;减振部件承载面板设计采用复合板,增加强度减轻整体重量。减振托盘可按照不同的承载力和路面要求设计不同的球状减振器,达到最佳的减振效果。减振托盘在正常工作时,可以有效减少物品在运输过程中的振动和碰撞,保证物品的运输质量和运输安全。另外,减振托盘可以重复多次使用,也可进行维修,节约社会资源。
以上的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等效变化,仍属本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种减振托盘,包括托盘,其特征在于,托盘上端设有减振部件,减振部件包括上托板、球状减振器和下托板,上托板设置于下托板的上方,球状减振器均匀布置于上托板和下托板之间,球状减振器的上端和下端分别与上托板和下托板连接,上托板和下托板的四周分布有多个阻尼减振片,阻尼减振片的上下两端分别与上托板和下托板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,阻尼减振片为橡胶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,阻尼减振片沿上托板和下托板的周向均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,上托板和下托板之间布置有多个防护柱,防护柱的上端与上托板连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,减振部件的两端均设有固定钩子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,上托板和下托板均为复合板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,上托板和下托板均包括上板、蜂窝板和下板,上板与蜂窝板的上端连接固定,下板与蜂窝板的下端连接固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,上托板和下托板的四周均设有边条,通过边条分别对上托板和下托板进行包边。
9.根据权利要求1所述的减振托盘,其特征在于,所述托盘为塑料托盘。
