Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的炭块清理设备,包括机架、清理装置、支承轨道、导向轨道、驱动装置,支承轨道和导向轨道设置在机架上,清理装置位于支承轨道上,通过驱动装置进行驱动实现其摆动,在摆动过程中实现对炭块进行清理,支承轨道包括支承轨道一和支承轨道二,导向轨道包括有与所述支承轨道相对应的导向轨道一和导向轨道二。采用本发明的清理设备,可以对经焙烧后的阳极炭块的六个表面及炭碗碗孔组的内表面粘结焦粒、焦粉进行清理,因而具有设备结构简单,安全可靠和使用方便的特点。同时也简化了工艺配置,采用自动化清理方式,减少人力成本,节约资金投入,为企业降低成本,提高生产效率,符合实际生产需求,适合大规模推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是铝电解行业中炭块清理技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种炭块清理设备。
背景技术
铝电解阳极炭块是经过高温煅烧、混捏、成型、焙烧等工序,得到焙烧阳极块,再与导电钢爪连接后挂接在电解槽中,通过电解置换出铝金属。因此阳极炭块是铝电解生产必需的大宗辅助品,阳极炭块在焙烧过程中,为了避免阳极块的氧化变形,在阳极炭块周围铺设大量炭粒进行保护。所以焙烧后的阳极炭块的清理一直是行业内的一大难题。目前公知铝行业对经焙烧后的阳极炭块的各个表面及炭碗碗孔组的内表面粘结焦粒、焦粉进行清理,其具体清理工作方式为:主要是由固定式弹簧刮刀等简易装置,对重量约为1吨左右的长方体形炭块的两个端面(工序1)、炭碗孔组的内表面(工序2)、两个侧面(工序3)、上表面(工序4)依次铲刮(实现长方体炭块的五个面清理),然后炭块由液压推块机推入筒式翻转设备,由翻转设备将炭块底面翻转朝上(工序5),再将炭块推入人工清理台,由人工使用铲刀、手锤等清理工具对阳极炭块剩余的第六个面(底面)进行人工清理(工序6),共用了6个工序及设备进行清理,以达到对炭块的全面清理。
由此可见,目前铝行业炭块所用清理装置主要由固定支架、导轨、限位导向轨、固定式弹簧刮刀组、碗孔清刷辊组、炭块筒式翻转装置、(液压推块机)、人工清理台等机构组成。采用固定式弹簧刮刀组只能对炭块进行一次通过式刮铲清理,即炭块表面只能受到唯一的一次刮铲清理,并且固定式弹簧刮刀组的安装位置精度及限位导向轨安装精度要求很高,通常要求刮刀与炭块表面间隙为2~5mm,固定刮刀的刮剥压力由弹簧压力决定,因不同用户、不同批次焙烧后炭块几何尺寸偏差较大,炭块经焙烧后因烧损或变形,尺寸变化达5~10mm左右,同时因不同用户、不同批次焙烧后炭块粘焦情况及附着力差异较大,因此调节刮刀的刮剥压力及间隙非常麻烦,往往在调节刮刀压力时会引起刮刀刀刃位置精度发生变化,在清理炭块过程中常出现清理不良或卡阻现象,易损伤刀具及损伤炭块,设备故障率高,使用、检修、维护、调试难度大,清理效果差,生产效率低。使用过程设备多、生产流程长、人工劳动强度大,费时费力,严重影响了阳极炭块的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种炭块清理设备,以解决现有技术存在的阳极炭块清理困难,在清理炭块过程中常出现清理不良或卡阻现象,易损伤刀具及损伤炭块,费时费力和清理效果差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种炭块清理设备,包括机架、清理装置、支承轨道、导向轨道、驱动装置,所述支承轨道和导向轨道设置在机架上,所述清理装置位于支承轨道上,通过驱动装置进行驱动实现其摆动,在摆动过程中实现对炭块进行清理,所述支承轨道包括支承轨道一和支承轨道二,所述导向轨道包括有与所述支承轨道相对应的导向轨道一和导向轨道二。
进一步地,所述清理装置包括一组清理滚组和三组螺旋清理刀组,其中所述清理装置中的清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组中的一组位于支承轨道二上,而螺旋清理刀组中的另外两组位于支承轨道一上,所述支承轨道一和支承轨道二相互呈丁字形设置在机架上,所述清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组在导向轨道一和导向轨道二的作用下,通过驱动装置驱动清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组实现其摆动,在摆动过程中,依次实现对炭块的端面、炭碗、上下表面和前后面的清理。
进一步地,所述清理装置所包括一组清理滚组和三组螺旋清理刀组,所述清理滚组为炭碗钢丝刷清理滚组,所述螺旋清理刀组分别为端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组、炭块上下表面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组、炭块前后面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组。
进一步地,所述炭碗钢丝刷清理滚组包括有电动钢丝清理刷、钢丝刷清理滚筒、钢丝刷清理滚轴承座、钢丝刷清理滚轴承、钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机、小车车轮、车轮轴承、车架铰销、车轮轴、驱动支座一和车架,所述电动钢丝清理刷位于钢丝刷清理滚筒上,位于钢丝刷清理滚轴承座上钢丝刷清理滚轴承其两端分别与钢丝刷清理滚筒和钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机连接,所述小车车轮通过车轮轴承设在车轮轴上,位于驱动支座一上的驱动装置通过车架铰销与车轮轴铰接,所述钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机位于车架上。

进一步地,所述驱动装置设有多个,用于驱动所述驱动装置的动力包括有稳压动力源、单向阀、二位四通电磁换向阀、稳压阀、压力表开关、带电接点压力表、动力源管路回路,所述单向阀位于稳压动力源入口端,所述二位四通电磁换向阀、稳压阀、压力表开关和带电接点压力表并联在所述稳压动力源和动力源管路回路之间,通过所述二位四通电磁换向阀控制驱动装置运动。
采用本发明的一种炭块清理设备,与现有技术中的清理方式相比,其有益效果在于:
1、采用电动螺旋铣刀与电动钢丝清刷滚的组合清理方式。
2、采用摆动式刀架并配以气缸或油缸自位式清理方式及结构形式。
3、气缸或油缸的清理工作腔压力管路采用稳压阀,设备能自动纠正清理位置及清理压力,以防止炭块、刀具损伤,兼容了工作过程中因炭块几何偏差、炭块入位位置精度偏差较大而难以清理工况。
4、采用稳压摆动自位式电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组布置形式及其结构形式。更好兼容了因炭块因自身几何尺寸误差及输入位置精度误差而难以清理的工况。
5、采用对炭块的两个端面、炭块的碗孔内表面、炭块前后表面、炭块的上下表面进行全面清理的结构及布置方式。
综上所述,采用本发明的一种炭块清理设备,可以对经焙烧后的阳极炭块的六个表面及炭碗碗孔组的内表面粘结焦粒、焦粉进行清理,因而具有设备结构简单,安全可靠和使用方便的特点。同时也简化了工艺配置,采用自动化清理方式,减少了大量的人力进行操作,节约资金投入,为企业降低了成本,并且提高了生产效率,符合实际生产需求,适合大规模推广应用。

进一步地,所述清理装置包括一组清理滚组和三组螺旋清理刀组,其中所述清理装置中的清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组中的一组位于支承轨道二8上,而螺旋清理刀组中的另外两组位于支承轨道一7上,所述支承轨道一7和支承轨道二8相互呈丁字形设置在机架4上,所述清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组在导向轨道一1和导向轨道二9的作用下,通过驱动装置X驱动清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组实现其摆动,在摆动过程中,依次实现对炭块的端面、炭碗、上下表面和前后面的清理。

如图8所示,本发明的一种炭块清理设备,其中所述驱动装置X设有多个,并分别标识为A、B、C、D、E、F和G共七个驱动装置X,分别用于驱动清理滚组和螺旋清理刀组,其中用于驱动所述驱动装置X的动力包括有稳压动力源33、单向阀34、二位四通电磁换向阀35、稳压阀36、压力表开关37、带电接点压力表38、动力源管路回路39,所述单向阀34位于稳压动力源33入口端,所述二位四通电磁换向阀35、稳压阀36、压力表开关37和带电接点压力表38并联在所述稳压动力源33和动力源管路回路39之间,通过所述二位四通电磁换向阀35控制驱动装置X运动。
在实际应用过程中,采用本发明所述的清理设备,其具体工作过程为:如图1至图8所示,首先,当其中炭块由外部推块机(图中未画出)将侧卧炭块由支承轨道二8推入到导向轨道一1,炭块经导向轨道一1导向后进入位于支承轨道二8上的端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2,与置于炭块两端的端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2相对应的二位四通电磁换向阀35得电,如图8所示,此时中驱动装置A和驱动装置B伸出,即气缸或油缸伸出,如图7中的摆动刀架12向内摆动,压向炭块。同时,端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2、螺旋铣刀电机减速机18、钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机19启动,从而实现对炭块的两个端面清理。如因炭块推入清理工位出现位置偏差时,则驱动装置X中摆动气缸或油缸的活塞位置将发生变化,工作腔压力相应发生变化,则由图8中的自动稳压阀36自行调压阀工作腔压力,以保持端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2对炭块的清理压力,确保对炭块清理洁净且不伤炭块及刀具。气缸或油缸的清理工作腔压力管路采用稳压阀36,设备能自动纠正清理位置及清理压力,以防止炭块、刀具损伤,兼容了工作过程中因炭块几何偏差、炭块入位位置精度偏差较大而难以清理工况。当外部推块机将炭块推出端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2的清理工位后,端面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组2各机构返回原位并停机,处于待机状态,完成炭块两端面的清理。
当外部推块机将炭块继续推进到图2中的炭碗钢丝刷清理滚组3工位时停止,此时驱动炭碗钢丝刷清理滚组3的驱动装置C在二位四通电磁换向阀35得电时,同时驱动装置C伸出,钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机304启动,则位于钢丝刷清理滚筒301上的电动钢丝清理刷10插入炭碗内对炭碗进行清理。当清理完毕后,则位于钢丝刷清理滚筒301上的电动钢丝清理刷10退回,此时钢丝刷清理滚电机减速机304停机,处于待机状态,从而完成炭碗清理工作。
当置于图2左侧的推块机(图中未画出)将经炭碗钢丝刷清理滚组3清理完毕后的炭块从左向右推出,到达图2中的炭块上下表面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组5初始清理工位时,此时图8中的二位四通电磁换向阀35得电时,图2中的炭块上下表面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组5在驱动装置D和E的作用下分别对炭块的上、下表面进行清理,直至炭块从左向右运行结速,完成炭块的上下表面清理。
当炭块继续向右运行,到达图2中的炭块前后面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组6的初始清理工位时,此时图8中的二位四通电磁换向阀35得电时,图2中的炭块前后面电动螺旋铣刀清理刀组6在驱动装置F和G的作用下分别对炭块的前、后表面进行清理,直至块从左向右运行结速,完成炭块的前、后表面清理。
经过上述各工位的清理,完成炭块的所有表面及炭碗的清理工作,炭块从图2中的支承轨道一7输出。
