本发明特别涉及一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法。该提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,包括低密度装球,使染笼的装缸密度由0.35g/cm³降低为0.28g/cm³,低损伤染色和在复洗机的压辊之间增加传送带,天丝纤维铺在传送带上面,低张力的复洗烘干。该提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,能够有效降低染色对天丝的损伤及天丝纤维间的纠缠毡化,降低天丝纤维的断头,减少梳理难度,对于天丝混纺产品的开发及使用具有非常好的推广使用价值。

一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及毛条染色技术领域,特别涉及一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法。
背景技术
天丝纤维由于具有天然纤维的吸湿性,涤纶纤维的干湿高强力,粘胶纤维的悬垂性及真丝纤维的手感,因而具有良好的使用性能。但天丝纤维也有明显的弱点,由于天丝纤维原纤间结合较弱且没有弹性,如受机械摩擦,天丝纤维外层会发生断裂,形成毛茸,特别在湿态情况下,更易产生,严重时还会缠结成棉粒,给染色及梳理带来了较大的困难。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法。旨在有效地降低天丝纤维染色过程中的纠缠毡化,在复洗烘干时利用低张力的牵引系统,减少断头问题,提高成球性能,为有效梳理提供坚实的基础。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种简单高效的提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,其特征在于:包括低密度装球,低损伤染色和低张力的复洗烘干,其中:
(1)低密度装球即降低天丝球的装缸密度,降低压球机压力,使染笼的装缸密度由0.35g/cm³降低为0.28g/cm³,从而实现低穿透力柔性染色,最大限度的减少天丝纤维毡化和原纤化;
(2)低损伤染色过程采用染色、固色一浴法和从外向内的循环方式,染色泵速由75%降低为55%,以减轻染液的穿透力,缩短染色时间,减少染色过程对天丝纤维的损伤;低损伤染色步骤如下:
按浴比1:10计算,副缸进水将按配方比例的硫酸钠加入副缸搅拌均匀,加入主缸运转10min;料缸1将配方比例的染料和渗透剂SP-2溶解加入主缸运转10min,使染液均匀穿透被染天丝球;然后,以0.8℃/min的速率升温至50℃运转5min,使染液各组分均匀稳定的向天丝纤维内部渗透,再以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃运转20min,以使染料充分渗透至天丝纤维内部;从料缸2加入碳酸钠调整染液pH至9~9.5,继续80℃保温40min,以使染料分子充分与天丝纤维发生反应固色;固色完毕后降温排水并溢流冲洗,再用热水60℃冲洗10min,使剩余染料冲洗干净确保牢度要求;最后,加入抗静电剂和柔软剂在50℃运转10min,以提高天丝纤维的抗静电性能和可梳理性;
(3)低张力的复洗烘干是指在复洗机的压辊之间增加传送带,天丝纤维铺在传送带上面,通过传送带的辅助作用来减少生产过程中的张力,以减少断头的产生。
所述低损伤染色过程中染液的各原料及重量配比为:
染料:1~10份,硫酸钠:60~80份,渗透剂SP-2:0.5~1份,水:1000份。
为了提高其均匀程度,避免复洗加料不匀的现象,所述述低损伤染色过程后处理中加入1% o.w.f的抗静电剂FN 1027和0.5% o.w.f的柔软剂GA处理,以提升其在后道复洗以及梳理过程中的抗缠绕和可梳理性能。
本发明的有益效果是:该提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,能够有效降低染色对天丝纤维的损伤及天丝纤维间的纠缠毡化,降低天丝纤维的断头,减少梳理难度,对于天丝混纺产品的开发及使用具有非常好的推广使用价值。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细的说明。应当说明的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
该提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,包括低密度装球,低损伤染色和低张力的复洗烘干,其中:
(1)低密度装球即降低天丝球的装缸密度,降低压球机压力,使染笼的装缸密度由0.35g/cm³降低为0.28g/cm³,从而实现低穿透力柔性染色,最大限度的减少天丝纤维毡化和原纤化;
(2)低损伤染色过程采用染色、固色一浴法和从外向内的循环方式,染色泵速由75%降低为55%,以减轻染液的穿透力,缩短染色时间,减少染色过程对天丝纤维的损伤;低损伤染色步骤如下:
按浴比1:10计算,副缸进水将按配方比例的硫酸钠加入副缸搅拌均匀,加入主缸运转10min;料缸1将配方比例的染料和渗透剂SP-2溶解加入主缸运转10min,使染液均匀穿透被染天丝球;然后,以0.8℃/min的速率升温至50℃运转5min,使染液各组分均匀稳定的向天丝纤维内部渗透,再以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃运转20min,以使染料充分渗透至天丝纤维内部;从料缸2加入碳酸钠调整染液pH至9~9.5,继续80℃保温40min,以使染料分子充分与天丝纤维发生反应固色;固色完毕后降温排水并溢流冲洗,再用热水60℃冲洗10min,使剩余染料冲洗干净确保牢度要求;最后,加入抗静电剂和柔软剂在50℃运转10min,以提高天丝纤维的抗静电性能和可梳理性;
(3)低张力的复洗烘干是指在复洗机的压辊之间增加传送带,天丝纤维铺在传送带上面,通过传送带的辅助作用来减少生产过程中的张力,以减少断头的产生。
所述低损伤染色过程中染液的各原料及重量配比为:
染料:1~10份,硫酸钠:60~80份,渗透剂SP-2:0.5~1份,水:1000份。
为了提高其均匀程度,避免复洗加料不匀的现象,所述述低损伤染色过程后处理中加入1% o.w.f的抗静电剂FN 1027和0.5% o.w.f的柔软剂GA处理,以提升其在后道复洗以及梳理过程中的抗缠绕和可梳理性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种提高天丝纤维可梳理性的染色方法,其特征在于:包括低密度装球,低损伤染色和低张力的复洗烘干,其中:
