在专利文献1的制袋机中,将塑料薄膜沿其长度方向间歇进给。此外,在塑料薄膜的进给方向上,将冲刀、吸嘴插入机构以及密封头配置为隔开与塑料薄膜的进给量对应的间隔,在塑料薄膜的每次间歇进给中塑料薄膜处于停止时,利用冲刀对塑料薄膜进行穿孔,在塑料薄膜上形成孔。之后,再次间歇进给塑料薄膜,在孔到达吸嘴插入机构以及密封头的位置、且使塑料薄膜处于停止时,将吸嘴插入孔,之后利用密封头将吸嘴与塑料薄膜密封。因此,在向塑料薄膜安装吸嘴之后,利用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋,从而在塑料袋上设置有吸嘴。专利文献2的制袋机在这一点上也是相同的。
在此所说的密封是指所谓的熔接,包括热封、超声波密封、激光密封、高频密封、电磁感应密封。并且,在专利文献1、2的制袋机中,将吸嘴与塑料薄膜热封。
在该情况下,在向塑料薄膜形成孔时,与此同时,能够在其他位置将吸嘴插入孔,利用密封头来密封吸嘴与塑料薄膜,从而能够高效地使制袋机高速化。但是,另一方面,存在如下问题:在进行间歇进给时,张力作用于塑料薄膜,从而在塑料薄膜上产生拉伸,塑料薄膜还可能意外地蜿蜒行进或者歪斜行进,在孔到达吸嘴插入机构以及密封头的位置时,有时使孔与吸嘴插入机构未必准确地对准,从而使吸嘴无法插入孔中。也有时使吸嘴与密封头未必准确地对准,从而使吸嘴与塑料薄膜无法可靠地密封。由此,产生塑料袋的不合格品,但在具有吸嘴的塑料袋的情况下,其单价比较高。因此,迫切期望使不合格率保持在最小限度。
需要说明的是,也考虑在吸嘴插入机构以及密封头的位置,利用CCD摄像机或者传感器来检测孔以及吸嘴,使吸嘴插入机构以及密封头微动,调整它们的位置,但显然会使结构变得复杂,并且成本较高。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种向沿长度方向间歇进给的塑料薄膜安装吸嘴的吸嘴安装装置,其不合格率被保持在最小限度,结构简单且成本较低。
根据本发明,在与塑料薄膜垂直的方向上,冲刀以及冲压承受台配置在塑料薄膜的两侧且相互对置。并且,两者被可动台支承。此外,在与塑料薄膜垂直的方向上,密封头以及密封承受台配置在塑料薄膜的两侧且相互对置,在与塑料薄膜平行的方向上,密封头以及密封承受台位于与冲刀以及冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置。并且,两者被可动台支承。此外,在塑料薄膜的每次间歇进给中塑料薄膜处于停止时,冲刀朝向塑料薄膜以及冲压承受台移动,塑料薄膜夹在冲刀与冲压承受台之间,利用冲刀对塑料薄膜进行穿孔,在塑料薄膜上形成孔。此外,在形成孔之后,在与塑料薄膜平行的方向上,使可动台移动与冲刀及冲压承受台和密封头及密封承受台的间隔对应的距离,将密封头以及密封承受台配置在冲刀以及冲压承受台刚才所处的位置。进一步,将吸嘴插入孔中,在插入吸嘴之后使密封头朝向吸嘴、塑料薄膜以及密封承受台移动,将吸嘴以及塑料薄膜夹在密封头与密封承受台之间,利用密封头将吸嘴与塑料薄膜密封。因此,在相同的位置形成孔,插入吸嘴并将吸嘴与塑料薄膜密封。
在优选的实施例中,向密封承受台供给吸嘴,在可动台移动之后使密封承受台朝向塑料薄膜移动,将吸嘴插入孔中。
此外,在塑料薄膜的宽度方向上,密封头以及密封承受台位于与冲刀以及冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置,在形成孔之后使可动台沿塑料薄膜的宽度方向移动。
也可以是,在塑料薄膜的长度方向上,使密封头以及密封承受台位于与冲刀以及冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置,在形成孔之后使可动台沿塑料薄膜的长度方向移动。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
图1示出本发明的吸嘴安装装置。该装置是制造塑料袋的制袋机的附属装置,用于安装吸嘴1,在将塑料薄膜2沿其长度方向间歇进给的方面与专利文献1、2相同。而且,通过在塑料薄膜2上安装吸嘴1,利用塑料薄膜2制造塑料袋,从而在塑料袋上设置吸嘴1。
此外,在该制袋机中,如图2所示,塑料薄膜2被引导辊3引导,与此同时,塑料薄膜4被引导辊3引导,各薄膜2、4相互重合。此外,作为进给机构而使用进给辊5,各薄膜2、4被进给辊5引导,通过驱动马达使进给辊5旋转,将各薄膜2、4沿其长度方向间歇进给。因而,进给方向X是各薄膜2、4的长度方向(图2A)。
在该装置中,在与塑料薄膜2垂直的方向上,冲刀6以及冲压承受台7配置在塑料薄膜2的两侧且相互对置。并且,两者被可动台8支承。例如,与专利文献2的制袋机相同,塑料薄膜2、4沿水平面配置。并且,冲刀6配置在塑料薄膜2的上侧,冲压承受台7配置在塑料薄膜2的下侧,两者相互对置且被可动台8支承。可动台8呈通道状的剖面形状。冲刀6由锯齿刀构成。
此外,在与塑料薄膜2垂直的方向上,密封头9以及密封承受台10配置在塑料薄膜2的两侧且相互对置,在与塑料薄膜2平行的方向上,密封头9以及密封承受台10位于与冲刀6以及冲压承受台7隔开间隔的位置。并且,两者被可动台8支承。在该实施例中,密封头9配置在塑料薄膜2的上侧,密封承受台10配置在塑料薄膜2的下侧,两者相互对置。此外,在塑料薄膜2的宽度方向上,密封头9以及密封承受台10位于与冲刀6以及冲压承受台7隔开间隔的位置。并且,密封头9以及密封承受台10被可动台8支承。密封头9由热封或者超声波密封头构成。作为密封头9,也可以使用激光密封、高频密封、电磁感应密封头。
此外,在塑料薄膜2的每次间歇进给中塑料薄膜2处于停止时,利用冲刀驱动机构11使冲刀6移动。例如,作为冲刀驱动机构11而使用气缸或者伺服马达,并安装于可动台8,冲刀6与气缸或者伺服马达连结,利用可动台8以及气缸或者伺服马达来支承冲刀6。并且,气缸或者伺服马达向冲刀6作用,使冲刀6朝向塑料薄膜2以及冲压承受台7移动并下降,塑料薄膜2被夹在冲刀6与冲压承受台7之间,利用冲刀6对塑料薄膜2进行穿孔,在塑料薄膜2上形成孔。之后,冲刀6向原来的位置移动上升并复原。
在该实施例中,冲压承受台7是中空的,具有内孔12。因此,在利用冲刀6对塑料薄膜2进行穿孔时,塑料薄膜2的碎屑通过内孔12进行排出。
然后,在形成孔之后,利用可动台驱动机构13使可动台8移动(图2B)。例如,作为可动台驱动机构13而使用气缸或者伺服马达,并与可动台8连结。然后,气缸或者伺服马达向可动台8作用,在与塑料薄膜2平行的方向上,可动台8移动与冲刀6及冲压承受台7和密封头9及密封承受台10的间隔对应的距离L,将密封头9以及密封承受台10配置在冲刀6以及冲压承受台7刚才所处的位置(图2C)。在该实施例中,在形成孔之后,将可动台8沿塑料薄膜2的宽度方向移动。图1示出形成孔且可动台8移动后的状态。
需要说明的是,在图2B的状态时,在塑料薄膜2的宽度方向上,密封头9以及密封承受台10位于塑料薄膜2的外侧。因此,严格来说,密封头9以及密封承受台10并非配置在塑料薄膜2的上侧以及下侧,而是配置在塑料薄膜2的延长面的上侧以及下侧,但无论是哪种情况,在沿塑料薄膜2的宽度方向观察时,在与塑料薄膜2垂直的方向上,密封头9以及密封承受台10配置在塑料薄膜2的两侧的情况没有改变。之后,在图2C的状态时,密封头9以及密封承受台10并非配置在延长面的上侧以及下侧,而是配置在塑料薄膜2的上侧以及下侧。
此外,在形成孔之后,将吸嘴1插入孔中。在该实施例中,作为吸嘴插入机构而使用吸嘴供给器14,在向塑料薄膜2形成孔时,向密封承受台10供给并支承吸嘴1。例如,作为吸嘴供给器14而使用机器人,利用机器人操作并供给吸嘴1。此外,作为吸嘴插入机构而使用密封承受台驱动机构15,在形成孔之后使可动台8移动,在可动台8移动后,利用密封承受台驱动机构15使密封承受台10移动。例如,作为密封承受台驱动机构15而使用气缸或者伺服马达,密封承受台10被可动台8支承,且被引导为能够移动。此外,气缸或者伺服马达安装并支承于可动台8,且与密封承受台10连结。然后,气缸或者伺服马达向密封承受台10作用,使密封承受台10朝向塑料薄膜2移动并上升。该位置是冲刀6以及冲压承受台7刚才所处的位置,且是形成有孔的位置。因此,将吸嘴1插入孔中。
此外,在插入吸嘴1之后,利用密封头驱动机构16使密封头9移动。例如,作为密封头驱动机构16而使用伺服马达,并安装于可动台8。此外,密封头9与伺服马达连结,利用可动台8以及伺服马达来支承密封头9。然后,伺服马达向密封头9作用,使密封头9朝向吸嘴1、塑料薄膜2以及密封承受台10移动并下降,吸嘴1以及塑料薄膜2被夹在密封头9与密封承受台10之间,利用密封头9将吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2密封。因此,在向塑料薄膜2安装吸嘴1之后,密封头9向原来的位置移动上升并复原。密封承受台10也向原来的位置移动下降并复原。
密封是指所谓的熔接,例如对吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2进行热封或者超声波密封。也可以对吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2进行激光密封、高频密封、电磁感应密封。
之后,可动台8向原来的位置移动并复原。之后,在塑料薄膜2的每次间歇进给中,依次交替重复进行各工序。
然后,在安装吸嘴1之后,各薄膜2、4被进给辊5引导,利用进给辊5使各薄膜2、4间歇进给。出于这方面考虑,优选在进给辊5上形成外周槽,使吸嘴1通过外周槽。也可以将进给辊5沿其轴向分割,使吸嘴1通过各分割辊之间。
此外,与通常的制袋机相同,各薄膜2、4被纵密封装置以及横密封装置引导,利用纵密封装置以及横密封装置对各薄膜2、4进行纵密封以及横密封。之后,各薄膜2、4被引导至横向切割机(cross cutter),利用横向切割机来切割各薄膜2、4。因此,利用各薄膜2、4制造塑料袋,在塑料袋上设置吸嘴1。
因此,在该装置的情况下,在塑料薄膜2上形成孔,之后使可动台8移动与冲刀6及冲压承受台7和密封头9及密封承受台10的间隔对应的距离L,将密封头9以及密封承受台10配置在冲刀6以及冲压承受台7刚才所处的位置。进一步,将吸嘴1插入孔中,利用密封头9将吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2密封。因此,在相同的位置形成孔并插入吸嘴1,对吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2进行密封。
因此,在插入吸嘴1后将吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2密封时,能够使密封头9、孔以及密封承受台10准确地对准。该结果是,能够可靠地插入吸嘴,还能够切实地密封吸嘴1与塑料薄膜2,能够将塑料袋的不合格率保持在最小限度。在将塑料薄膜2间歇进给时,即使在塑料薄膜2上产生伸长而使塑料薄膜2意外地蜿蜒行进或者歪斜行进,也不会受到其影响。
此外还无需利用CCD摄像机或者传感器来检测孔以及吸嘴1而使吸嘴插入机构以及密封头9微动并调整它们的位置,从而使结构简单且成本较低。
在该实施例中,说明了在塑料薄膜2的宽度方向上,使密封头9以及密封承受台10位于与冲刀6以及冲压承受台7隔开间隔的位置的情况,但不一定如此。如图3所示,在塑料薄膜2的长度方向上,使密封头9以及密封承受台10位于与冲刀6以及冲压承受台7隔开间隔的位置,并被可动台8支承。然后,也可以使可动台8在塑料薄膜2的长度方向上移动,将密封头9以及密封承受台10配置在冲刀6以及冲压承受台7刚才所处的位置。
在使可动台8沿塑料薄膜2的长度方向移动时,也可以使可动台8并进移动(图3A)。也可以使可动台8绕支轴17摆动(图3B)。

Claims (4)

1.一种吸嘴安装装置,其向沿长度方向间歇进给的塑料薄膜安装吸嘴,其特征在于,
所述吸嘴安装装置包括:
冲刀以及冲压承受台,它们在与所述塑料薄膜垂直的方向上配置在所述塑料薄膜的两侧并相互对置,且被可动台支承;
密封头以及密封承受台,它们在与所述塑料薄膜垂直的方向上配置在所述塑料薄膜的两侧且相互对置,所述密封头以及密封承受台在与所述塑料薄膜平行的方向上位于与所述冲刀以及所述冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置,且被所述可动台支承;
冲刀驱动机构,其在所述塑料薄膜的每次间歇进给中所述塑料薄膜处于停止时使所述冲刀朝向所述塑料薄膜以及所述冲压承受台移动,将所述塑料薄膜夹在所述冲刀与冲压承受台之间,利用所述冲刀对所述塑料薄膜进行穿孔,在所述塑料薄膜上形成孔;
可动台驱动机构,其在形成所述孔之后,在与所述塑料薄膜平行的方向上,使所述可动台移动与所述冲刀及所述冲压承受台和所述密封头及所述密封承受台的间隔对应的距离,将所述密封头以及所述密封承受台配置在所述冲刀以及所述冲压承受台刚才所处的位置;
吸嘴插入机构,其将吸嘴向所述孔插入;以及
密封头驱动机构,其在插入所述吸嘴之后使所述密封头朝向所述吸嘴、所述塑料薄膜以及所述密封承受台移动,将所述吸嘴以及所述塑料薄膜夹在所述密封头与密封承受台之间,利用所述密封头将所述吸嘴与塑料薄膜密封,
在相同的位置形成所述孔并插入所述吸嘴,将所述吸嘴与塑料薄膜密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸嘴安装装置,其特征在于,
所述吸嘴插入机构包括:
吸嘴供给器,其向所述密封承受台供给所述吸嘴;以及
密封承受台驱动机构,其在所述可动台移动之后使所述密封承受台朝向所述塑料薄膜移动,将所述吸嘴插入所述孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸嘴安装装置,其特征在于,
在所述塑料薄膜的宽度方向上,使所述密封头以及所述密封承受台位于与所述冲刀以及所述冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置,在形成所述孔之后使所述可动台沿所述塑料薄膜的宽度方向移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸嘴安装装置,其特征在于,
在所述塑料薄膜的长度方向上,使所述密封头以及所述密封承受台位于与所述冲刀以及所述冲压承受台隔开间隔的位置,在形成所述孔之后使所述可动台沿所述塑料薄膜的长度方向移动。
