本发明涉及一种降噪消音润滑脂,包括聚乙烯蜡、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硬脂酸、烷基化二苯胺、磺酸盐、香精、苯三唑衍生物、改性聚脲,各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯蜡30‑40、硫磷丁辛基锌盐7‑10、硬脂酸3‑5、烷基化二苯胺3‑6、磺酸盐50‑70、香精3‑5、苯三唑衍生物5‑9、改性聚脲2‑6。本发明降噪消音润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于塑胶齿轮和金属滑动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于办公设备的塑胶齿轮面对高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种降噪消音润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的降噪消音润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种降噪消音润滑脂,包括聚乙烯蜡、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硬脂酸、烷基化二苯胺、磺酸盐、香精、苯三唑衍生物、改性聚脲,各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯蜡30-40、硫磷丁辛基锌盐7-10、硬脂酸3-5、烷基化二苯胺3-6、磺酸盐50-70、香精3-5、苯三唑衍生物5-9、改性聚脲2-6。
作为优选,所述降噪消音润滑脂还包括聚乙烯蜡40、硫磷丁辛基锌盐9、硬脂酸3、烷基化二苯胺4、磺酸盐55、香精4、苯三唑衍生物5、改性聚脲5。
作为优选,所述改性聚脲是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善降噪消音润滑脂味道。
一种如上述所述的降噪消音润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述聚乙烯蜡、硫磷丁辛基锌盐和磺酸盐加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入硬脂酸、烷基化二苯胺、苯三唑衍生物、改性聚脲搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色降噪消音润滑脂成品。

1.一种降噪消音润滑脂,其特征在于:包括聚乙烯蜡、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硬脂酸、烷基化二苯胺、磺酸盐、香精、苯三唑衍生物、改性聚脲,各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯蜡30-40、硫磷丁辛基锌盐7-10、硬脂酸3-5、烷基化二苯胺3-6、磺酸盐50-70、香精3-5、苯三唑衍生物5-9、改性聚脲2-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪消音润滑脂,其特征在于:所述降噪消音润滑脂还包括聚乙烯蜡40、硫磷丁辛基锌盐9、硬脂酸3、烷基化二苯胺4、磺酸盐55、香精4、苯三唑衍生物5、改性聚脲5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的降噪消音润滑脂,其特征在于:所述改性聚脲是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
4.根据权利要求2所述的降噪消音润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善降噪消音润滑脂味道。
5.一种如权利要求 1-5任一所述的降噪消音润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述聚乙烯蜡、硫磷丁辛基锌盐和磺酸盐加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入硬脂酸、烷基化二苯胺、苯三唑衍生物、改性聚脲搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色降噪消音润滑脂成品。
