聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,它涉及服装面料技术领域;它包含如下步骤:采用自主合成的、具有柔软功能的交联剂‑蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚,分别将丝胶蛋白、丝素蛋白、蚕蛹蛋白接枝在聚酯织物表面,以改善聚酯的亲水性、抗静电性以及生物相容性,从而得到聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能面料。本发明所述的聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,制成的面料具有吸湿性好、抗静电性好、生物相容性好、舒适度好的优点。

聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体涉及聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯织物具有优良的服用性能和力学性能,在纺织行业有广泛用途。但是由于每个聚酯分子只有两个端醇羟基,所以它的吸湿性差、抗静电性差、生物相容性也差,影响了服用舒适度。而蚕丝蛋白具有良好的吸湿性和保健功能,对人体皮肤友好。如果能将蚕丝蛋白接枝在聚酯表面就能得到既具有良好吸湿性、生物相容性又有较好力学性能的高功能聚酯面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种吸湿性好、抗静电性好、生物相容性好、舒适度好的聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、在高温高压下半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯,工艺参数是:蔗糖脂肪酸酯溶液浓度1%,浴比1∶30,温度130℃,时间60min;
2、自主合成的交联剂-蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚;
3、丝胶蛋白的提取:蒸馏水煮练30min,温度130℃,浴比为1∶50。,进行柔软处理;
4、丝素蛋白的提取:NaOH溶液浓度6%,浴比1∶50,温度100℃,时间30min;
5、蚕蛹蛋白的提取:NaOH浓度10%,时间30min,温度80℃,浴比1∶30,用浓度为15%稀盐酸调节pH将蛋白析出,进行柔软处理;
6、在高温烘焙条件下分别将丝胶蛋白、丝素蛋白、蚕蛹蛋白接枝在半镶嵌聚酯表面,接枝蛋白的工艺参数为:浴比1∶30,烘焙温度110℃,时间30min;
7、进行氨基硅油柔软处理,柔软处理的工艺参数:氨基硅油浓度20g/L,浴比1∶30,二浸二轧,轧余量70%-75%,烘干后170℃烘焙30s,即成。
本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,制成的面料具有吸湿性好、抗静电性好、生物相容性好、舒适度好的优点。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对上述技术方案进行详细的说明。
本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、在高温高压下半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯,工艺参数是:蔗糖脂肪酸酯溶液浓度1%,浴比1∶30,温度130℃,时间60min;
2、自主合成的交联剂-蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚;
3、丝胶蛋白的提取:蒸馏水煮练30min,温度130℃,浴比为1∶50。,进行柔软处理;
4、丝素蛋白的提取:NaOH溶液浓度6%,浴比1∶50,温度100℃,时间30min;
5、蚕蛹蛋白的提取:NaOH浓度10%,时间30min,温度80℃,浴比1∶30,用浓度为15%稀盐酸调节pH将蛋白析出,进行柔软处理;
6、在高温烘焙条件下分别将丝胶蛋白、丝素蛋白、蚕蛹蛋白接枝在半镶嵌聚酯表面,接枝蛋白的工艺参数为:浴比1∶30,烘焙温度110℃,时间30min;
7、进行氨基硅油柔软处理,柔软处理的工艺参数:氨基硅油浓度20g/L,浴比1∶30,二浸二轧,轧余量70%-75%,烘干后170℃烘焙30s,即成。
本具体实施方式在高温高压下半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯能赋予聚酯大量的羟基,解决了聚酯表面没有可反应基团的难题,为聚酯接枝高功能化合物提供条件。半镶嵌法效果好,工艺简单,对设备要求不高,适合大规模生产,半镶嵌聚酯镶嵌牢度高,具有良好的耐洗涤性,结晶度略微下降,热稳定性保持良好,亲水性有所改善,折皱弹性和柔软性稍有下降。自主合成的交联剂-蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚具有良好的交联作用,能在高温烘焙条件下将蚕丝蛋白接枝在半镶嵌聚酯表面,接枝牢度高,且具有一定的柔软作用。聚酯/丝胶蛋白高功能面料的结晶度提高了2.8%,热稳定性略有提高。随着丝胶蛋白接枝率的增加,织物的吸湿性增加,接触角递减,毛细上升高度显著提高;抗静电性得到改善;折皱弹性和柔软性下降,需要进行柔软处理。聚酯/丝素蛋白面料结晶度提高了3.1%,热性能保持稳定。随着丝素蛋白接枝率的增加,织物亲水性得到改善;抗静电性显著提高;折皱弹性有所下降,抗弯刚度稍有增加,但仍然保持在良好的范围内织物手感好,因此不需要柔软处理。聚酯/蚕蛹蛋白高功能面料的结晶度增加了1.2%,热稳定性略有提高,织物的吸湿性提高,接触角减小,亲水性得到改善;抗静电性也得到改善;折皱弹性降低,抗弯刚度增加,需要进行柔软处理。通过氨基硅油柔软处理,可以使聚酯/蛋白面料保持良好的柔软性。
本具体实施方式产生的有益效果为:本具体实施方式所述的聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,制成的面料具有吸湿性好、抗静电性好、生物相容性好、舒适度好的优点。

1.聚酯蚕丝蛋白高功能复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于它包含如下步骤:
(1)、在高温高压下半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯,工艺参数是:蔗糖脂肪酸酯溶液浓度1%,浴比1∶30,温度130℃,时间60min;
(2)、自主合成的交联剂-蔗糖脂肪酸酯缩水甘油醚;
(3)、丝胶蛋白的提取:蒸馏水煮练30min,温度130℃,浴比为1∶50。,进行柔软处理;
(4)、丝素蛋白的提取:NaOH溶液浓度6%,浴比1∶50,温度100℃,时间30min;
(5)、蚕蛹蛋白的提取:NaOH浓度10%,时间30min,温度80℃,浴比1∶30,用浓度为15%稀盐酸调节pH将蛋白析出,进行柔软处理;
(6)、在高温烘焙条件下分别将丝胶蛋白、丝素蛋白、蚕蛹蛋白接枝在半镶嵌聚酯表面,接枝蛋白的工艺参数为:浴比1∶30,烘焙温度110℃,时间30min;
(7)、进行氨基硅油柔软处理,柔软处理的工艺参数:氨基硅油浓度20g/L,浴比1∶30,二浸二轧,轧余量70%-75%,烘干后170℃烘焙30s,即成。
